I recently took my Ford Explorer to Vencam Auto Repair due to concerning engine noise and white smoke emitting from the exhaust. The team at Vencam, particularly Jack, was quick to diagnose the problem as a faulty turbo. Their communication throughout the process was clear and efficient, ensuring I understood the issue and the steps needed to fix it. The replacement of the turbo was handled professionally, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service provided. A huge shout out to Jack for his exceptional service! Highly recommend Vencam Auto Repair for anyone living in Virginia Beach, VA (Kempsville Area) and is in need of reliable and effective auto repair solutions.

Would recommend to this shop to everyone that has trust issues. Vencam came in under budget, called every other day to provide updates, replaced a blinker bulb at no extra charge (which doesn't seem like a lot, but they could have tacked on additional labor costs), and provided pics of parts removed. The repairs I had done were extensive (turbo replacement, timing chain & exhaust) and so far I am happy with Vencam. This is now my families go-to garage.

Walked in to talk to Steve to get estimates of getting my car fixed. He was very easy to talk to and very helpful. I decided to move my car from dealership to this shop and definitely it was the right decision, besides I save a couple hundred I was happy with their service. Another mechanic who was there was also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this shop.

We just moved in the area and needed some auto repair and state inspection. Found Vencam on internet search. They had good reviews so decided to go there. They took very good care of repairs at a fair price. I found Steve a very friendly, honest and respectful. Had a wonderful experience at this shop. Being a lady is stressful to get a proper tune up and know I m not getting ripped off. The technicians were very helpful in helping me understand everything I needed and didn t try to make me get anything unnecessary done. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend anyone else to support this small business!

Best mechanic I have ever been to. They charged me barely over their shop minimum and had great communication the whole time and did not try and sell me on anything unnecessary. We will be going to them in the future for any of our car needs.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The work has held up with no issues. It is usually easy to get an appointment, and the phone is answered quickly by an actual human, who can set up an appointment without transferring me or putting me on hold. Vencam auto repair is the Best in the Beach! I had my SUV towed to their shop over the weekend and used their convenient drop off/key drop around the rear of the business. Monday morning after they opened they quickly assessed the problem and called to let me know what was going on. Their communication is amazing, I knew what was going on with my vehicle the entire time through their online invoice. The repair was made quickly and I m back on the road. Very professional and honest team. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else.Thank you Vencam!

I bought a battery elsewhere and they weren't able to install it for me so I went on Google search to find a reputable business that wasn't a chain company. I was a walk in and Carl said he would take care of it for me with no issue. When I brought it back the next day for the battery installation it was a quick and easy process. I ended up scheduling an appointment to come back, because my brakes and rotors need replaced as well, so I decided to be a loyal, repeat customer and continue to give them my business. I love it here because you get the feeling of a small, hometown business feel as opposed to the chain companies that tend to not always do a good job. Great customer service, fair prices and quality work!

Great place to get your car serviced. Very personable with their communication and even checking up on me to see how my car is doing after each service. None of them are pushy but they are very honest and thorough about what your car may be and in what time frame. They are well priced too which is good because car work can be pricey in general. This was the best auto shop experience I have ever had. Everyone I spoke to was professional and kind. I clld late Friday 9/22 to ask abt scheduling a state inspection. Carl got me set up for Sunday night drop off. Life happened and I completely forgot. Carl clld Monday to check on me and was still able to get my car inspected, tires rotated and out the door Monday afternoon. The total price for new wipers, tire rotation and inspection was very reasonable. They even went the extra mile and tucked a broken plastic piece back into place for me, which I hadn t even mentioned. As much as I d like to keep this secret gem of a shop to myself, I want folks to know Vencam is highly recommended!!! Thank you Carl and team! We will be back!Service: Wheel alignment

I needed to get my truck ready for a trip to Mexico. During their work, they discovered a blown wheel seal which caused oil saturated brake linings. Great attention to detail and communication! I highly recommend the Vencam Team!!
