A very professional, polite, and down to earth staff. I pricing is very far, the tires are good to at least B grade. It's definitely a good place to get a tire in a pinch.

I just got my tires here today 15NOV23. Im writing this review because i couldnt find the kind of review i wanted to see for this place. Customer Service is great the girl in the front counter was nice and the service was quick. I did ask to see the tires before they installed it and the first set i saw one has a patch on it so i asked them to change it. I will be going on a trip from VA to CA and i will be updating whether or not these make it all the way and it i find any trouble with the tires i got replaced. i only had two from this location. The photo is the disclaimer that they have on their receipts. i paid 106 for two tires for my honda civic.

Mandy, Used Tire Express Executive Assistant, provided great service. I got two back tires without any problem whatsoever. Saved me at least several hundred dollars had I got my work done somewhere else for the same service. Only took 15 minutes, and it was same day service. Mandy made the conclusion to use, Used Tire Express very easy.

Went it first thing in the morning, they immediately found my problem with my tire and took care of it.Everyone was amazing, 5 out of 5 will be coming back for any tire issues and when I need new tires.

Kayla and her coworker (guy with the goatee) were GREAT! I got a flat while out of town visiting my boyfriend. They took care of me and treated me with kindness. Kayla worked a miracle and found me a new tire at a good price to make sure I could drive back home to South Carolina safely. They ordered it and were speedy putting it on. I would gladly return to this location if I ever need a tire again in the Virginia Beach area. This team is OUTSTANDING and they care about customers!

It was a Friday rush hour time on the evening and they were about to close 30 mins to spare. I was so glad that there was a used tire place close by. I noticed something was wrong with my rear tire when I came out of a lovsl store, looked the place up saw the reviews and hurried down Indian River Road. Very nice folks and got the job done quickly, and back on the road I went making money. Very professional! So glad yall were open. I will use yall again, highly recommend!

Don t waste your time going to this location. Holland Rd is 100x more polite and the mechanics actually do their work throughly. Center cap fell off a tire I got replaced at this location and I tried to get a reimbursement. I was left on hold for 20+ min, front desk literally asked sorry what were we taking about & after the 3rd unsuccessful call to management I was told the owners are married and they are out of office celebrating . First call was over a week ago & as of today no one has reached out. Holland Rd location is 10/10 and Brandi at the front desk is amazing, but Kayla over at this location and the manager and owners clearly don t care& all this could ve been avoided with a courtesy call.

Took my car here a couple of weeks ago and told them I had a slow leak. The young lady behind the counter told me that the technician couldn t find anything wrong with my tires that they looked in good shape. Unbeknownst to me he put a hole in one of my lug nuts and tighten them so tight that the next place I went to broke the damaged one off. I m not sure what land we live in that damage is done to customers vehicles and nothing is said. Completely unprofessional. I will never visit again.

They were upfront and fair with their pricing and service. They switched out the tires quickly and were knowledgeable about my tire too. They saw my rim had corrosion causing deflation but just focused on what I needed to get back in the road without any high pressure trouble. The girl answering the phone was very upbeat and friendly, I'd go back to them any time I need a tire

the front receptionist is friendly and helpfull :) i got my 2 used tires in good shape. they also can do TPMS install, just bring your oem pre program tpms (ill get one in amazon) and they will install it at $25 range cost ;)

I have to say Kayla customer service was awesome they didn't have my tire but she immediately called there other shops for me and I was so concern on how bad my tires were Jason went to go checked them out for me and immediately let Me know I needed a tire I went to there other location and boom everything worked out. I really want to give a big Thanks to Kayla and Jason we need more people like them with great customer service . I will definitely be back. Thank you Jason and kayla

I went here to replace one tire that was flat. The gentleman working on my car noticed I had another tire that was a hazard. 2 tires for $113.00. Great price! It took maybe 10 minutes. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

I took truck 37" 275$ tire and wheel in to get the valve stem replaced and left with a gashed wheel and a tire that had a 1" wide deep cut into the side wall. When I confronted them about it , the tech completely denied and the manager refused to accept responsibility. My intention was to go to Tread Quarters across the street but saw this place on my side of the road and figured its just a valve stem, what could go wrong? DO NOT GO HERE. After the incident I went across the street to Tread Quarters to have them inspect the tire, they said keep an eye on it, its a bad cut. They also said they know exactly what the inexperienced tech at Used Tires Express did to cause this, they said its obvious he doesn't know what he's doing, its also obvious that the shop has no integrity.

I went to this establishment looking to have a 22 wheel mounted on a new rim. The lady at the counter quoted me $45 and proceeded to tell the technician. She comes back to me and says the technician does not want to do the mount and balance. To be sure I asked the tech and he said the same thing to me( he didn t want to do it). I asked for the general manager contact information and proceeded to call. I spoke with the GM and I was offered to go across town to another location to have the work performed. I stay 3mins away from the Indian river store and to me that s an inconvenience. It s surprising to me that a GM would condone that type of behavior when their company is there to provide a service.

We took 2tires to be mounted and balanced and they WAY over charged at $40 each and then the balance was done incorrectly causing a steering shimmy. We turned around and had to pay another shop (a reasonable amount) to fix it. Do not recommend.

Came in to have a set of aftermarket rims mounted on the tires currently on my car. After being told by the younger male and female staff worker that they would be able to complete the job, I proceeded to get my car ready to pull into the garage. As I was getting into my car, the older male technician yelled from across the lot and said he refused to work on my vehicle and gave no explanation as to why. The female staff worker at the desk had no idea either and questioned why he would turn down money. She was nice enough to refund me and apologize.As much as I wanted to support a local shop, I will take my business to someone who is willing to help.

I had a very good experience at used tire express today on Indian river road. I got an almost new tire installed by Carlos, great guy & superb service overall. I will definitely be returning back, you have a returning customer!

I went to the Indian River location to repair a spare tire that would not hold air. When I got there one of your tire guys (Josh) determined it was a valve stem that was dry rotted. Josh was awesome! He replaced the valve stem and we agreed that the new stem was the fix. Josh went a step further and recommended I replace the tire due to more dry rot all around the outside edge of the tire. Since it was a 20 year old spare; I agreed but needed an immediate fix for the vehicle. Josh had concern regarding safety and impressed me for going the extra mile. I usually don t participate in surveys but his customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I will recommend Used Tire Express to everyone I know going forward. Thanks UTExpress and especially Josh!

I bought 4 tires from there in December. It s May and I ve already had to replace two. I thought I was getting a deal because the prices were pretty reasonable but as much as I m replacing them I could have just bought new tires. Also the staff needs to be more professional when customers come in. I m all for jokes and enjoying the job, but when a customer comes in and we re having a casual conversation, Nobody should be comfortable enough to be screaming the N word in my presence. I was instantly turned off. I don t know if the guy actually worked there or if he was a friend of theirs but he was doing a little too much for me. Loud and embarrassing.

I appreciate Desiree and Jason so much!!! Seeing how this is the holiday weekend they helped me out with my quick tire repair!! They are the coolest laid back people, but their about their business. Reasonable and affordable prices. I have definitely found my place for used tires and excellent customer service. Check them out!!! Thanks Y all!!!!

Poor customer service. They replaced my front brakes and since then it hasn t stopped squealing. The mechanic claimed he fixed it and that I just needed to drive on it because it was new. After a couple of days it is still making noise and I was told that I cannot get refund and that I needed to use my own gas to drive to a different location for it to be checked. Why would I trust them when they were the ones that messed this up. I m glad to know that s how they treat military personnel.

I needed my tire replaced and had to go to this location due to a malfunction at another location. Pulled up at like 5:01 and they did the installation for me. Appreciate them staying after close to help me. Thank you!

Fast service, good price and phenomenal customer service!After calling other local tire companies in Kempsville VB, they all said they did not have the trailer tire I needed and basically hung up. I called Used Tire Express and they not only found the tire I needed, they went to the other store location and got the tire, brought it back in 30 minutes and replaced it in five minutes! It s not just that the other stores didn t offer to help find the tire and Used Tire Express did, it s the level of customer service and the feeling they actually cared to help me!Great job and I m proud to give this review! A company worth trusting!

So I have bought at least three tires over the last few years from this place. My last tire I bought I noticed it would lose some air pressure every other week and I just added air. But the frequency increased after a few weeks. I brought the tire back and they discovered a bad patch on the tire that was done by them before selling the tire. But because it was more than 30 days they refused to repair it unless I paid. So the logic goes that they sold me a patched tire and then confirmed that the patch was bad but demanded I pay to have their bad work repaired. When all goes well it is easy to be a good business. It is when something goes wrong that a business shows its true colors.I will not return to this place as a customer. And to anyone else thinking of doing business with them, be aware that they sell patched tires and will not have your back even when they can see that they sold you a defected product!!!

Ok, I had ordered brand new aftermarket wheels and mud terrain tires. Called around to find what I thought was a good deal. "Kramer tire" had promised the mounted and balanced tires by the end of next business day. Called before off work to be told the tires were too cold and won't hold air. Yea because they're a big name tire company right? They only attempted 1 wheel and looked like they just gave up. So on crunch time on a Friday afternoon, I high tailed and picked up wheels and tires. Had called used tire express to be told to bring them on in. Very helpful staff. Friendly and obviously got the job done and done right. On a Friday last minute call in the afternoon and a used tire shop pulls through for me with off road wheels and mud tires. Coming from a used tire shop says a lot about these folks. Highly recommend this company. Hands down willing to do business when the "big name" tire companies will not. Thanks again USED TIRE EXPRESS. Will definitely do business here again and will recommend to all family and friends. Thumbs up
