On the way to vacation I hit a pothole causing me to purchase two new tires. I made an appointment online because of the ratings. They were really fast efficient - they even cleaned up the debris on car mats.

Provide outstanding customer service! Very knowledgeable and as well as honest! Steve Vijay.If you need any kind of work done, come and see them, I promise you they will take care of you. Tire pressure etc.

I dropped my car off and left it overnight to get some maintenance done. I picked it up the next day and discovered that a rodent had chewed a hole in my backseat. When you trust an auto shop with your vehicle, you should feel comfortable that the vehicle will not be returned in worse shape than it was in when you dropped it off. My car was in excellent condition. Now I have to find an upholstery shop and I have no idea what that will cost. I very much regret taking my car here.

Manager Stephen Farnsworth is my go to expert on all tire related issues, in fact on all automotive problems. If he and his staff can't fix it they will refer me to someone who can. Did I mention they are super affordable?

Great experience here a few weeks ago. They had originally installed tires I had shipped to this location two years ago. I was in for just a rotation and balance. When I came back 1.5 hrs later, manager informed me that due to front end strut issues, (which I knew about), that tires should be replaced. Told him i planned to trade car in within the month. He didn't charge me for the rotation or the balancing. Wow who does that?

I'm usually all about promoting businesses in the area, but this business does not deserve any royalties.Not only was the man at the front desk beyond unfriendly, these people charged me $570 (not including maintenance and installment fees) for a car battery. When I got to work I told the guys at our garage how much they charged, and they told me my Hyundai sedan was not specialty and did NOT need a high-cost battery. I should not have paid more than $350 at the most.They completely screwed me over. I will never choose this business again and I hope this helps others to completely avoid this place.

I've bought tires from Tread Quarters, now Tire choice, for years on numerous personal and business cars and trucks. This was the first for me to have service at this location. I dropped off one of my trucks at 8:30 am for a tire rotation and explained in detail how I wanted it done. I received a call from the shop at 1:17 pm and I had to explain again in detail on what I wanted done. I received a call at 3:21 pm and was informed my truck was done and ready for pick up. I arrive and the first thing I noticed was my tires where not put on as directed. I ask the counter person why my tire rotation was not done to my specification, he informed me he didn't want have to charge me. When I first came in I produce my receipt which showed I have a lifetime: tire balancing tire rotation and road hazard. The bottom line is I wasted 7 hours and now I have to return to another shop to have my truck serviced to my specification. I do not recommend this location. Poor customer service and a total waste of my time.UPDATE: I contact customer service as requested. They said I would be contacted by the district manager to resolve my issues. It has been 3 weeks and no response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW UP!!!!!!!!!

I was told my Repair would take two hours and when I called in three hours later to see how soon my car would be ready, I was told it just went in the bay . I was very disappointed that I wasn t told that instead of two hours my car would be there five hours.

Great customer service lives here! Jasmine was AMAZING when I called from across the street at another tire place that was not even close to average service and she was able to assist me with ease and comfort! This shop provides great customer service, fast service and reliability. I highly recommend this tire shop!!

Thank you, Stephen!This place is amazing . I was in dire straight when I called and visited. I had invested $1,700 at the dealership within a weeks time to fix a starting problem on my 07 Saturn Outlook. Now I know the vehicle is older. However, I maintain this vehicle regularly, so I expect it to run well. The dealership kept charging me to diagnose the same problem over and over again .The final straw was when I had to return the vehicle for the same issue after paying the $1,700 just for them to say that it can be fixed for another $1,400...no, sir. A good friend of mine told me to shop around. That's what I did and found Tire choice.This shop is AMAZING from the courtesy to professionalism to the work! I give 5 but I wish I could give 10 . Bring your vehicle here and let them take care of you!!!You'll thank me later.Thanks, Tire Choice. Big thanks to Steve and the mechanic!

Had a flat tire before we were about to head home from a weekend at the beach. The team was very kind and took great care of the problem. Even checked out the rest of the tires and car to make sure nothing else was amiss. Very reasonable price for the service, hope these guys get all the business.

I ve been looking for an honest and affordable auto center since moving to the area. Highly recommend this place if you re looking for genuine answers to what needs to be done to your car, instead of a place who will overcharge you for things that don t need to be changed. Tyler (mechanic), the woman at the front, and the manager were all great and explained everything throughly. I left with relief knowing I have now found my new auto shop.

I had my first VA State Inspection due since moving here and I heard mightmares of how wrong this could go depending upon the integrity of the inspector. Two friends recommended this location and they didn't let me down. Took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for inspection, already well aware that she was good to go. Sure enough, no games, no BS passed inspection and I was called and told to pick her up whenever I was ready. Polite, knowledgable and trustworthy staff coupled with fast and efficient service! I definitely recommend this location!L.Bellman

We got a flat tire as we departed Virginia Beach, spare was deflated. We pulled in to this shop as a "walk-in" they had us back on the road in just over 90 minutes. Considering how busy they were already with previous appointments, that was amazing timing. great service.

I scheduled an oil change on Dodge minivan for a specific time. When I got there I was told I was 3rd in line and needed to leave it for about 3-1/2 hours. About 2 hours later they called saying the oil change was done and they recommended replacing my air filter so I agreed. No quote was offered and I figured it would be an extra $20.I picked up my van and was shocked the air filter cost $65! Air filters for this van are available for less than $15. I was also disappointed by the dirty boot print left inside my vehicle. It looks like the mechanic stepped in oil then entered the van.

Tire Choice on Laskin was amazing. Manager Joe Dozier was extremely busy on a Saturday but got my car in because I'm here on a weekend getaway and my check engine light came on. The technician was amazing and checked everything he could think of to make sure I felt safe driving home. I would recommend to anyone and will always go there when we are here at the beach. Excellent service!!! Thank you so much Joe and team.

Brought my BMW in because I was having electrical problems and my battery light kept flashing on. They found the problem was the alternator. They replaced it and had my vehicle ready by the end of the day at a reasonable price. Excellent service !

I've been here a few times for conventional oil change. Prompt service and I've never had them try to pad out the bill with extras. Will continue to use them.

From the time I walked in until the time I got my keys back could not have been a better experience. Robert greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful. Answered every question I had about the service and quoted me an estimate which I felt was very responsibly priced. They were very busy that day so I left my Ram for service and was very pleased when after a couple hours Robert called me to tell me the job was complete. I expected it to take much longer. When I returned to pick up the truck again I was very warmly welcomed back. I truly felt appreciated as a customer and was very happy with the service provided. I highly recommend using this Tread Quarters and if you have the pleasure of having Robert help you or won't be disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. Joe at the front is not easy to talk to can even be rude sometimes. Made promises and didn't stick them. Took way longer than it should have and didn't explain to me why. Never told me my final price, just wanted me to swipe my card. The worst part is the cost. The labor is 140 an hour and they will get as much as they can. They did fix the brake, but the issue with my car pulling was not addressed even after being charged for it, nor was there any kind of recommendations, or follow up info. Finally, they told me I need to pay about $1,700 for a new AC compressor. My AC works fine after a 30 dollar bottle of ac pro from walmart. Pick another location, they change managers a lot!

Outstanding customer service & automobile servicing. Went in for an oil change and was promptly taken care of. No additional or hidden fees and I left the shop extremely satisfied. Was not blindsided by any additional service offerings and felt comfortable and secure under their care. They even replaced some of my fluids that were running low at no additional cost. Rob, the manager, was the first person I engaged with behind the front desk and he was easy to get along with and knowledgeable. Ryan, the technician, did a superb job and and I thank him for his service. Would highly recommend this location for your automobile needs!

I m recently widowed and was nervous about taking my car in for repairs without my husband but coming here really put my mind at ease. Rob is a fantastic manager. He s very personable and helpful along with the rest of his staff. They will definitely get the job done. I m very happy with my choice.

Wow! This store on Laskin Road has gone DOWNHILL since the management changed. I have been a customer here for seven years and two vehicles. In the past year, I have had several less-than-satisfactory interactions with Joe, the gentleman who is now at the front desk. He is not an honest man. The past issues include his trying to tell me I needed services I knew I did not need because they had been done just days prior at the dealership. What has made me write this cautionary review, however, is the blatant lie he told me this morning. I came up to the shop to have my state inspection done and arrived before the shop opened. I waited until opening time and was greeted by Joe as he opened the door with the news that his state inspection technician was out with COVID and had been gone for 2 weeks. Joe directed me to another Tire Choice location. When I got to the other location, they were able to help me. When I mentioned that the Laskin Rd.store couldn t do it because their technician was out with COVID the person was surprised because apparently the Laskin Road location does not have a state inspection technician, nor do they have a license to do state inspections.The outcome was the same regardless of the lie that Joe told me. His store could not do the inspection. But the lie was the problem for me. Coupled with the lies about service items my car needs, the deceit about the reason his store could not perform an inspection is the last straw. When someone shows you who they are, believe them. It is a pattern for this individual to be less than truthful. I will not take my car to the Laskin Road location again.

I have used this location for many years because I felt I could trust them. That all changed last week, new ownership might be responsible. My pregnant wife dropped off the car for a state inspection to Mark. Mark called back after they performed their review. As they explained what was necessary to pass state inspection, Mark started by explaining both required services and recommended services without differentiating between them. The total service cost was well over $1,000.When I asked them to be clear about what was recommended and required, Mark backtracked and then quoted a significantly reduced $504 for three services. I told him I was going to shop around the work and call him back.I shopped the work. One location quoted $457, and another was under $300.While calling for quotes, Mark called me to share that he found some special coupons to reduce the cost by $50. I called back and told him I found another shop that would do all the work for about half of the price they quoted this was a reputable chain and not a mom & pop mechanic that quoted me the lower rate.When I told him about the lower quote, he asked who quoted the much cheaper service. I told him they were across the street from him, and Mark responded with an arrogant, Good luck. After Tire Choice failed my car in its state inspection, I got in my car to take the vehicle to the other shop; Mark called me back and said that he doesn t like losing business. His mechanic wasn t doing anything, so he would be willing to meet the competition s rate, even though he didn t like doing that.I told him no, thank you.I took the car to the other chain auto shop, and they pleasantly ended up giving me a rate lower than they quoted over the phone.I took the car back to Tire Choice on Laskin at mid-day after correcting Tire Choice s failed inspection items, and they stated that they weren t able to get to the car until the next day. I looked into the auto shop and over half the bays were empty. We moved our child s car seat over to the other vehicle, believing that we would be without our vehicle for the day.My pregnant wife went back into the shop and asked them if state law required prioritizing our car since it was for a state inspection. Mark said yes, that was true, but they were too busy to get to it today.The same day, 50 minutes later, they called us back and said it s done and ready for pickup.Overall, I felt Mark was not forthright with information through our entire interaction, if not dishonest.I used this shop for years and loved it; I recommended it to many people, including family members. It may have just been Mark, who is the core of the problem.In any event, after we chose another company to perform the work with more satisfying results--I don t believe I will be using their services again. I will now encourage everyone to tread-lightly when choosing Tire Choice on Laskin.

Wow! Received an excellent service on mother s day! Had an appointment at 10 am. Extremely professional yet very friendly gentleman greeted us. Speedy service and very trusting environment. They are there to help and make our lives safer - in my case - with new tires. Excellent customer service with great quality! Give them a try on your next trip for a new tire or oil change- you then will experience the difference.?

The gentleman at the desk was less than friendly. Called with a laundry list of things I needed to fix / get done (one of which was an oil change which I literally just got done 4 days ago). Gave me an astronomical price for everything (over $1700) (including telling me I needed a new tire, which just passed inspection). When I explained I JUST had the oil changed and the button reset on the car, they outright lied saying the oil light came on! S.H.A.D.Y! Beware! I'm very leary and won't be returning. And charged me a $68 fee! Not my first bad experience here, but is definitely my last. P.S. took the car for a 2nd opinion and was told EVERYTHING was perfectly fine!

Close to 50 bucks to remove a nail in one of my tires. Maybe I m old school and Things are getting really expensive. But good Service and I was in and out.
