Wonderful service! extremely customer friendly, very reasonable prices and they were incredibly fast as far as repairing my tire. Now that I know that they offer oil changes, and pretty much any other service you could think of for your car, I will be returning there in the future for such things. I highly recommend this location. They are very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

First time customer and was satisfied. I actually was assisting a shut in with getting their tire replaced with a nail. They ordered the tire and made the appointment. I brought the car in.The location is just off the intersection of General Booth and Dam Neck. Parking in front of the business is tight. However there is plenty off to the side. The walk up was debris free.Service was great to get the car back quickly. Total wait was 30 minutes. The lobby was clean with chairs and small TV. They also do oil changes and sell wiper blade replacements.The price though ouch! Almost $300 for a single brand name to match the other factory specs. The transaction was smooth.I would recommend, but also price shop. There is a Discount Tire across the street.

The people of Tire Choice (Mark and Melissa) are wonderful; I always receive great service here - and so does my car! I have purchased new tires and I always get my oil change and state inspection done here. I previously resided in a small town but moved back to the larger area that is the beach, and I was looking for that small-town hospitality that I could trust. I found that here.Five stars!

First time using Tire Choice. If time permits I prefer doing my brakework my self. This time I didn't have time, and all other shops were booked out days. Called Mark (manager) at the eleventh hour, and he's like drop your truck off 730 in the morning and we'll get you done. On top of that their fitting in an oil change. Their prices were with $50 of what I thought was reasonable for what I'm having done. So great service, good prices.

This is an amazing location. Staff is welcoming and will adjust to your schedule. I never love having to take my car to the shop, but Tire Choice on Dam Neck makes it much easier!

Always reliable, friendly and amazing staff, great mechanics who are honest and reliable. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. Things always done in a timely manner and they always call and confirm with you before doing anything to your car.

Great service today. They had our tires in stock and communicated a time frame for us and got us in and out! This is our second or third time using them and will continue to come back.

I have been coming here since before they were tire choice. Mark is absolutely amazing! The customer service here is always above and beyond, never any issues with any repairs and always gets me in as fast as possible. Prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend this place for any car needs!!

I typically only go here for inspections since it s in walking distance. I m always treated kindly. They are friendly and timely. I m always a walk in and rarely have to wait more than a day.

Do not go to this place, especially if you have out-of-state plates. The manager, Mark, will add a state inspection to your service and charge you without your consent and then REJECT the safety inspection. He will then call you a liar and a swindler if you confront him about adding it without consent. He was so verbally abusive that I had a tachycardia episode right there in the lobby. Thankfully, I was able to quiet it down however, if it had lasted much longer I would ve been taken to the emergency room. I do not know how this company allows him to get away with this as I have read more negative reviews than positive.

I have been bringing my 2004 Dodge Dakota to Tire Choice on Dam Neck Road for 7 years and Mark BohnThe manager is awesome (so is his cashier she has the best customer service I've seen in a long time) Mark has excellent customer service he treats me right he tells me the truth about what's going on with my vehicle, they really take care of you over there that's the only place I will take my vehicle thank you Mike

Had my oil changed. Worked me in with being a few minutes late for my appointment. However, the 3 vehicles all had the tires tightened too much and they were stuck. The tow truck driver that came to help change the flat 3 days after the tires were rotated, balanced and aligned said it was overly tightened. Make sure to check that the oil has been refilled as we were also 3 qts low when checking it 1 week after the trip and that was with a new oil plug.

Took my car here for an inspection and had a great experience! The mechanic was honest with me and answered all of my questions. Other car places in the past have tried to pull one over on me but I had the complete opposite experience here. 10/10 for transparency and communication. Will be taking my car here from now on!

Brought car in for Virginia state Inspection and to check tires. replace if needed. Was told power steering hose is leaking and emergency brake would need to be adjusted to pass. Tires are good.Received fail Inspection for 23.00After having car checked out. Oil residue was observed from oil filter above power steering hose from last oil change filter removal. Emergency brake adjustment was correct.Service desk very polite. But technicians need to have more attention to detail.

I came in with a bad valve stem on a tire. Seeing that I was a veteran and I was also wearing a mechanic shirt from my Part Time job, the manager took care of me personally, and would not accept my money, not even as a tip.Top rate service, fast in & out.My one & only VA beach tire shop!

So I had my tires balanced and rotated and I specifically requested that the tires be pumped up and at their correct psi since I had just bought the suv . I should have known that they wouldn t do anything extra because I had to go put air in my tire since I could see it was low and I decided to check all of them to make sure they did what I requested .. they did not all 4 of my tires were at 20psi and below .. mind you I have a big suv and they are supposed to be at 40-50psi .. I had to spend at least 30 mins after I got off work at 9:30pm filling up all tires when it should have been done in the first place very disappointing since the customer service at the front desk was very nice.

I have been to Tire Choice on the corner of Dam Neck and General Booth many times. Mark has always provided me exceptional service and recommendations. The staff at this location works extremely hard to take care of the customer. Melissa has been exceptional too. They do the work that is needed. My go to auto repair center.

the mechanics here are absolute angels!!! after Take 5 on holland messed up my engine i took it here and they fixed me up in like 2 minutes free of charge because it was a simple fix. i even offered to tip the guy and he refused. the staff here are so kind, friendly, and selfless. i will DEFINITELY be coming back here if i ever need another repair! i m a pizza delivery guy and they saved my job! thank you, tire choice!!!

Wanted to take the time out to thank Mark and Melissa for their hard work and integrity. It has been a month since they fixed my truck and PT cruiser and both are running like they're new. Not to mention I wasn't over priced. After 3 years of living in Virginia Beach, I have finally found the place to go. I highly recommend this place. Mark was working the front back and even took calls on his day off. Thank you both again.

I travel a lot for work & I was around the area at a job. My tire kept acting funny and I was referred to them. They were able to find the problem (a nail) and fix it. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes! Thank you so much for making my experience painless and friendly!!! 10/10 recommend

I was referred to this place by a friend. Visited here on April 22th around 9 am. No other customers were in the shop. I asked to get 2 tires mounted that I previously purchased. Had the tires in the car. Just needed them put on my car. The guy told me Tirechoice couldn't do it unless I brought the tires from them. So I ended up going to Firestone across the street. And I called a different Tirechoice to see if it was possible, and the man told me they could. Just needed to drop off the car and tires. Guess the guy at this location didn't feel like working that day.

Walk in for a state inspection. Wam-bam in&out. 20 bucks, car back same day. Solid deal for a state inspection.

My daughter accidentally broke off my exterior door handle on a Saturday evening so I immediately called Tire Choice that Sunday morning. Not only did they promptly order the car part but I was able to be serviced by midday Monday. Mark was phenomenal with working with me to get my repair done in a reasonable time and I highly recommend Tire Choice to anyone in the area.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Melissa and David R. My car was towed to her shop, and the next morning it was already fixed and ready to go. They are extremely caring, and quick. I ll be coming here for all my services for now on. Highly recommend everyone to go there!

Great service. I have taken my truck here a couple of time for service and part changes. Fair pricing and if you call and plan ahead they try to get you same day service. Highly recommend and military friendly.

Stopped by unscheduled for a tire change and I'd have to say the customer service was superb. I was in and out very quickly and the service writer was very personable. Honestly wasn't ready to leave by the time my car was done. Guess I need to pick up a few more nails in my tires to catch some great conversation again. But all in all fantastic service from both ends of the shop.
