Went here today to do a State Inspection, Mr.JB serviced my car with loving care and Mr.Steve helped me at the front desk. JB was transparent with what needs to be replaced on the car to pass Inspection. To prevent me from driving in an accident prone vehicle, Mr.JB and Mr. Steve was detailed with the price breakdown and notified me what was needed to pass inspection (he even presented parts from the car that needed replacement!) I was transparent with the team and told them my finances were funky and they were still able to work with me! JB AND STEVE ARE THE BEST!

I had a mixed experience at Tire Choice during my car's state inspection. The service was prompt, but my car failed due to an exhaust leak. Their rigid insistence on a complete, costly exhaust system replacement felt unnecessary and financially inconsiderate. I had the issue fixed with a considerably cheaper patch job at a muffler shop. Afterward, my car passed inspection at Tire Choice. Despite the initial speed and honesty, their lack of cost-effective flexibility resulted in a three-star rating.

Got a same day appointment for a transmission flush when there were none available elsewhere. Fast and courteous service..... Tire Choice is also my go to for tires and inspections as well.

Had a flat today got the vehicle here and Steve took care of the issue and I was up and going again, great customer service, would go back in a time of need again.

I have been using this shop for some time and have gotten timely and excellent service every time.Most recently took my older truck for oil change and inspection. Though passing inspection the master mechanic JB carefully went over a number of items that I would be needing in the near future.I agreed with each of his recommendations and asked when it could all be done. The manager Jennifer and JB said it would be timely but all could be done that day.JB showed me what he was doing at every step, not that it was expected but I was waiting anyway and impressed with his knowledge and skill.Exceptional work and excellent people, can't praise or recommend them enough.Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and obviously knowledgeable about her business.

I needed a state inspection so I found this place on google near me. I tried to make an appointment but they were like first come first serve, so I immediately went over after work. Jennifer greeted me with a smile and my mechanic JB was just as friendly. I was able to use their Wi-Fi & watch tv in a nice clean comfortable air conditioned area while I waited with my daughter. I did get rejected for my inspection but they immediately sought out the most safe and economical option to get me back on the road. They got me in and out, and was just a blessing to us overall. Thank you Tire Choice, I will be referring everyone I can to you for car repairs, service & inspections!

Steve at Tire Choice has been amazing! I have a huge bulge in one of my tires and he s been such a great help to get me all squared away with a new/safe tire for my vehicle. He s been so professional, kind and helpful through this whole experience. This is my first time at a Tire Choice and i only came because it was close to my job. I m so glad i came! He made this whole experience easy and painless.

While the store manager was pleasant, I would definitely not come back here. My initial, confirmed appointment was cancelled because their mechanic called out.My then rescheduled oil change took an hour, whereas it s normally a 15 minute service. There were 3 other customers that were turned away for various reasons while I was waiting in the lobby that hour.I asked for a discount on my overpriced oil change due to these inconveniences, to which I was denied. Something has to change if they want to compete with the myriad of competitors across the street .

Would be worse... Had one wheel stud replaced... The tech said after I brought it back that he thought some of the studs weren't very good.. well they over torqued them and snapped the other 3 off and had to grind/cut the other bolt off.. the worst part is they charged me 100+ dollars then charged me again.... They didn't even have the parts to do the job.. I had to go buy them from autozone

Never go here !!!!!!!!!!! Rip off scam scam scam. Nobody there has a clue what there doing and customer service is in the dumps. The guy at the front desk is quick to want to fight . Ripped me off for $80 to do a alignment and they loosed stuff on my truck and never re tighten it.i almost wrecked coming home. Tried to align my truck with out tightening the tie rod ends after I even told them they were loose then tried to tell me my wheel bearings are bad and that's why. Just had new wheel bearing installed less then 1500 miles ago.. it's just a group of people trying to make a quick dollar.. this place is trash....

It's been a few months since I've been but, I was there for over 4 hours waiting for a tire change. And instead of asking me for help in resetting the tire pressure indicator they were going to "figure it out". So that took another 45 minutes. Also Just non stop newsmax on the tv while the guy at the front makes weird comments under his breath about the cRaZy liBz

Would reccomend! The receptionist Jennifer was so helpful and nice, I was really flustered trying to find the tires I needed and she was able to help me so fast even though they didn't have them.she made quick work ordering them unfortunately I had unforeseen circumstances and ended up having to cancel I felt so bad and was honestly a bit cautious on canceling knowing how other places I've dealt with get mad or rude, but she did not ever and was really understanding. I really appreciate you and a huge reason of why I'd go back.

First time using this company. I can't remember the employee's name, but she was delightful. Went out of her way to help me and as I waited in their nice lobby, we had nice conversation. Service was efficient and will definitely be back for other services. Thank you

The Manager Jennifer, was very helpful in working with my budget and helping my family out. Had to replace a tire rod get an inspection and get a re-alignment Quick responses and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this auto shop!!

Wonderful experience. I had a tire that needed repair @ 5:30 pm. They close at 6pm. Antoine, Steve, and Todd took care of us! Steve took the time to check all of the air pressures before we drove off.. I will definitely return if needed. Thanks Geico for making the referral.

What a blessing this store, Steve and Brian were to me! I had my oil changed at Priority down the street and had metal showing on my front tire. I travel 85+ miles a day each way commuting from the Eastern Shore to Hampton Roads everyday. When I was told how bad my tires were, Priority let me know and their technician walked up to the customer service rep and said "that's a job for tomorrow cause I'm leaving." I know people have lives and want to leave when they are supposed to get off but I was left worried sick because I drive across the 17 mile bay Bridge and through 2 tunnels to get home. I was scared to death to drive home now knowing my tire was so bad. I called Tire Choice and Steve answered the phone. At this point it was 5pm. He was so nice to me, took into consideration my situation and said they would stay late so I had peace of mind driving home. I arrived at the store a few minutes later and Steve greeted me at the front of the store and got the ball rolling. I can't express my gratitude to him and Brian, the technician, that stayed late to take care of this for me. There aren't many people in this world that put others before themselves anymore but that's exactly what was done for me. Being able to drive home safely was a blessing to me and I hope Steve and Brian are recognized in some way for their incredible customer service.�Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

Not a good experience. Made an appointment online and when we showed up. We were told that they are behind on services. That it would take all day. There were a lot of other issues with the person working so, after 30 minutes of trying to explain that everything was done on line. He quoted me another $400 dollars over the quote online. Ended walking out in discuss and found a better place to work with and saved $300 over Tire Choice Auto Sevice Centers.

A few weeks ago, I went to a reputable auto repair shop because my car had a shake and it was getting worse. I was told that I needed struts and two new tires estimating around $1500. The part was ordered but somehow this didn t sit right with me. So, I cancelled the job. One afternoon, I was driving by Tread Quarters and I strongly felt to have them check out my car. I had never been to this shop before. The Assistant Manager (Jay) was very polite and ran down a list of things for the mechanic to check during the test drive. To make a long and grateful story short. The only thing that I needed was a balance, alignment and two new tires. I walked away paying only $109 for the alignment. I had a warranty on the balance and tires. I am so grateful for the Assistant Manager and the mechanics who diligently served me with excellence and honesty. Tread Quarters on Providence Road, a team you can trust!

Quick Service! In and out within a hour for my most recent visit. Great Service.Outstanding!! ...After getting the tires suggested by the Manager I immediately could feel the difference in my ride.. The wait was long, but after getting into my ride it was worth the wait...I left very pleased and happy that I went with the tires Travius suggested. I feel like I am seating higher and the ride is much smoother.... One Satisfied Customer!

This was my first time coming to Tire Choice, I normally use one of your competitors (they did not have any openings until mid week). This WILL NOT be my last time. Though this location seemed very short staffed, Steve was very courteous, he took the time to answer all the questions I had, and I received my car back before the time it was supposed to be ready. Kudos to Steve and the other young man (I did not catch his name) for such prompt service. You now have a new customer.

Decided to take my car in for a second opinion after the dealer quoted me an obscene amount for repairs after an inspection. Assistant manager Robert and his team were able to squeeze me into an already busy schedule, performed a diagnostic and offered recommendations based on their findings, which by the way were far more detailed and made more sense than the hogwash the intake person at the dealer offered. I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way knowing my vehicle was in the hands of experts. Special thanks to Robert for answering my many questions, and explaining the mechanics, parts and processes of the repair. The technician was also available to explain his findings and the repair process, which is a plus! My car is fixed and feels great, thanks to you guys! The team here is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and highly recommended. I will definitely return for future service! Thank you!
