William and his staff have gained a customer for life.I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS and wanted Michelin's on it. When we went in I chose to go to 18s and the wheel selection was awesome . They make my car look 1000% better while keeping the beautiful stance it already had.I think my dad got a little jealous so he ended up getting a set for his Lexus. Throughout the entire process William kept us informed and always made sure our experience was perfect.I would recommend RNR to any friends or family.

Very friendly service, took care of my complete tire and wheel needs, even replaced a bad hub for me. This is what good service should be. Its like my car has fresh J's on it.

I usually get all my tire service done at RNR Little Creek in Norfolk but I was traveling in Virginia Beach today & was feeling nervous about my tire pressure because my TPMS indicator light had been lit for several days with no apparent loss in pressure. I decided to stop by RNR on First Colonial, hoping they would check it out. These guys are AWESOME! They put my car in the shop immediately & within minutes found the issue. Good news was my tires were fine. Bad news I needed a new sensor or I could simply live with the indicator light always being lit. I was a little concerned about the price to repair the part but they worked it out for me. I was in & out in a jiffy! Seriously the best customer service ALWAYS! And always with a smile. And one thing about RNR, if they ever complete a service that s not to your satisfaction they will make it right! Thanks guys!!!

We received exceptional service. Mike our technician worked above and beyond to ensure we had everything taken care of before we returned on a long drive home to WI. Richard squeezed us in (provided great communication during the process) to ensure we were able to stay on our travel schedule. Very kind and knowledgeable team!

I just wanted to thank William and the staff at RNR for a very pleasant visit! The guys were so pleasant to us.We were traveling and had an issue that they were able to resolve at the end of the day with a full house. Has to be one of the cleanest tire stores I have ever been to.Thanks again!

This is by far the best service I have experienced with getting a lift for my truck!!! I ve owned a lot of trucks and been to a lot of local shops RNR First Colonial is second to none The manager Sean is hospitable and listens to exactly what the customer wants and needs He is patient and always there to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction of your build If you take your truck anywhere else for lifts, rims or tires. You re foolish! I am so proud of the work that RNR has done. I even advertise their name on my windshield. Superb service 10/10 will be going back soon!

Came here to get some tires mounted, balanced, and put on my Truck and Sean Wesch didn t hesitate to get it all done in a timely manner even though the shop was closing in 45 minutes. Usually other shops will turn you around and he did not, got me back on the road in less then an hour without a hiccup. Definitely recommend this location to get you taken care of , its rare to see shops care about customers like that anymore. Thank you Sean

I was convinced that I needed an alignment after replacing four tires in a span of five months. As I braced myself for the hefty bill I expected, I noted that the RNR techs could have taken the customers waiting beside me for a ride, particularly one lady who seemed to have a developmental disability. To my surprise, these people were treated with dignity, and more impressive, honesty. I know that because the techs didn't charge them for problems that worried them, but didn't require a repair. They provided these customers an explanation and sent them away without charge. Turned out, I didn't need the alignment I thought I needed either. No charge. I walked away without the worry that brought me there, which made my time worthwhile, knowing I can get back and forth on my long weekly drive without issue. "Huh," I thought. "Honest mechanic." I will be their customer for life.

Omar was super welcoming even though I came in 30 mins before closing. Sean was referred to me to help with removing my tire because my key lock was damaged. He was swift with the job and gave me new lug nuts. I can t thank these guys enough. I m definitely a forever customer now!

Visited the place by chance to repair a flat tire on a rainy day. Honestly, they exceeded my expectations. Nice staff, took me in without an appointment, Omar was amazing, had a friendly conversation, told me expected time, and when the time came to receive the car, there was No Charge despite having two nails in the tire as they repair flat tires for free. Thank you guys for your hospitality, will definitely be back

This was my first visit at the First Colonial Road location and Omar Santana took very good care of me and my truck! He made me feel safe knowing that they were there to help me and not take advantage of me because I was a woman. I appreciate the time and effort he put into answering all my questions. Returning back to them with an appointment to 4-tire replacement and rear shocks for my Outlander.They also showed me that brakes needed new pads, and got them squared away!! They came in a pinch to help me with my Yukon XL SUV. Their payment plans worked out great for me and made it VERY manageable and equitable for me! And their techs got me ready for the VA State inspection!! Just wished they did do state inspections!!

I unfortunately found a nail in my tire right after getting off work. I called this place 10 minutes before they closed and they were nice enough to stay open later to get my tire replaced and make sure my car was all set. Thank you guys. Definitely a big recommendation to this place.

I went to RNR Tire Express on First Colonial, thinking they dealt in used tires. I quickly found out that they did not deal in used tires, but that didn't stop Sean Wesch, the Manager, from offering his best effort to try to help me out with my tire issue. They checked out my tire, diagnosed the problem and took care of it in no time flat! Professional, fast service, and their pricing is second to none!

Sean Welch @ RNR Tire Express provided hospitality and service to my needs for my ford F150. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me competitive prices and had integrity on giving me what I needed and not just trying to sale something that wasn t required . You can have good faith that you will be taken care of.

This place is probably the most reputable company I've gone through with car repairs . They've done my alignment and tires here, plus a few plugged tires. The fellas at the front desk are professional, courteous, and always answer my questions with honesty and integrity!!!!I recommend coming here for your car repairs .

RNR has a great selection, showroom, and list of services although this is not a review about that. They have something above and beyond those things that makes them stand out.Recently I was traveling with my family, several hours from home and in VA Beach on a road trip. At some point we must have picked something up in the tire and developed a slow leak. Not something we immediately noticed. Unfortunately for us in the morning we were set to head to an event, we learned the tire went all the way down over night. It was a Saturday morning so there were some options. We used BMW roadside assistance to get something sourced to help and the local BMW dealer never responded. The second factor that complicated it was the SUV has 23 rear wheels, so not something NTB or other shops can do. They don t have the machines to handle those wheels.After finally getting a service to fill up the tire and one stop at NTB, we arrived at RNR roughly 20 mins before they closed for the night (and weekend). Not the ideal time for them of course, I m certain all in the shop were winding down after a long day. However after Sean W greeted me, and I explained what our situation and predicament was, he didn t hesitate in asking for the keys. He knew RNR was one of the only options around that could assist. Plus there was a family trip home hanging in the balance.The guys in the shop found the issue (puncture) and they got us back up and running in about 30 mins!!Sean and the crew didn t have to help but he happily chose to. Their customer service is exceptional.

Picked up a screw in the tire of my new Jag and was pretry upset. The Jaguar dealership service department never called us back. NTB where we had gotten tires for my Jeep never even picked up the phone. Being relatively new to VA Beach and not knowing many places I did a Google search for performance tires near me. RNR was on the top. I called and was told to bring it over. So I blew it up and drove over and was immediately welcomed. They took her in quickly while we ate lunch nearby and she was patched and ready to go within just a few hours. Then we went to pay and they said "no charge for tire repairs" What? Danny was amazingly helpful amdaccommodating! They have earned our business for all of our vehicles.

I'm really big on reviews. Going to businesses with good ones and staying away from businesses with bad ones. You can't make everybody happy and I get that but I had a great experience today. I came in with a number in mind and cash in hand. Mike was helping me by telling me prices and style options. I was there for maybe 20 minutes, bought rims and tires, stayed within my budget and had them mounted immediately. Very very professional and courteous. Like I said, reviews are a big deal to me. I'm giving these guys a 5 and that's not easy for me to do normally. Great job and thanks Mike!

Good quality tires and helpful staff. I also appreciate that they do complimentary tire rotations through the life of my tires because I bought all 4 from them at the same time. Great quality and service.

Omar was the man of the hour today.I was ISO a lock socket for my vehicle. Dealerships would have to order at a special rate because of the offset of teeth. I cold called a few tire shops, simply hoping for the best. Omar Santana treated me like a 20yr customer, not a walk in. Not only did he double check the socket for fit, he sent me on my way with a good conversation and a commitment from me to come back when he can really help. Too easy! #nocharge. You don t get that these days. You should check them out for your wheel/tire/acc needs.Lance O

Great service and staff is very knowledgeable about whatever your needs are, whether it's tires, rims, alignments or lifts they will help you out. I absolutely love the bigger tires on the Jeep next year will be a lift and rims hopefully and I will definitely go here for them both! Highly recommend this place they do 6 months same as cash as well!
