Mr. Ray was open on a Sunday and I was able to drop it off that day. He showed me what the issue was on my vehicle before I left. By the next day, my car was finished and ready for pick up. I was charged less than half the price that big commercial and non commercial mechanics were charging. Thank you so much for your help! Me and my fianc� will definitely be loyal customers from here on out!

Great experience in unfamiliar area! Recently moved to the beach and had no repoire with anyone. So i went soley off google reviews and location. Ray answered the phone first and was extremely helpful and sounded as if he wanted to help. Which was quite different than calling others and it seemingly like an inconvenience or "would try to take a look at it". Ray communicated through out the process and even suggested acquiring a part needed from a used yard that would save a lot of time and money. I was great with that as it is an older vehicle. I was able to get the car back same day. The front hub assembly was the problem and he even acquired the other side as he said I had some time but the other one was gonna need replacing. Which I knew to be true. I am grateful for his prompt attention and making me feel comfortable and in good hands. He isn't a large shop. He is a true mechanic and was more than fair. I highly recommend Ray and plan on returning to get other side done soon.Thank you Ray!

This is the second time I ve had Ray service my Honda. This time he fixed my AC in this extremely hot weather. Always polite and always gets the issues fixed. The prices are fair and he is a very nice professional mechanic. I just moved to Virginia Beach not to long ago and it feels good to have a good mechanic nearby. Thanks again

I called Ray on Saturday morning and had an electrical issue with my Hyundai Veracruz. I was so pleased, because he is one of the only automotive shops open on the weekend. He told me to bring my car in. I did and he called me back within a couple of hours and told me what the problem was and how much it would be. Also, he went above and beyond checking my "Check Engine " code and fixing that as well. Ray has my business and I recommend him to anyone.

Awesome experience! Fair price and great service. Was able to diagnose and repair an electrical issue preventing my car from starting in only a few hours. Dealership told me it would take 2 weeks.

Thank you Ray! Saturday evening, on a holiday weekend, my check engine light went on and my car struggled to start.I m visiting from out of town and needed emergency service so I could get home the next day. Ray was able to take my car that night, and by Sunday morning it was ready for pick up. I m so thankful! Thank you thank you thank you!

Seriously can t recommend this place enough! My car started shaking at around 5 PM yesterday evening. I know absolutely nothing about cars so after a frantic call to my mom I googled mechanics near me and called the first place that was open (this one). He asked a few questions about what was going on then told me to bring it in and he d try to get it looked at by the next day. We dropped off our keys, fully expecting to not hear anything until the following day considering it was already pretty late. 2 hours later he called and said he had not only diagnosed the problem, my car would be ready to pick up within the hour! I was shocked and so thankful. He also charged a very reasonable amount considering how quickly the work was done, on top of my sheer ignorance of how car stuff works which I m certain was apparent to him.

On thanksgiving, I went to Virginia Beach for a vacation. While I was almost 1.5 miles away from my hotel, my car was not accelerating and engine sign was coming in the dashboard. I was completely clueless and was sure I am in a great trouble as that was thanksgiving eve and almost all shops were closed near to my hotel. Suddenly I got the no of Rayalls in net and immediately called him. He was available in his shop and told me to come immediately with my car. I reached there and he took the key. Next day morning around 12 pm he texted me saying my car is ready for pickup. Great attitude and very good behavior. Will recommend everyone to reach out to him if you are in that area even in Sunday.

While on vacation with only 2 days until I had to travel 350 miles home all my break system warning lights came on. I first went somewhere else and they gave me no help. I found Ray and he took my car right away and had it fixed by the next day. i would recommend Ray to anyone. He was friendly and polite. Thank you, Rayalls for getting me back on the road so quickly! I returned from a trip to my car being completely dead in the airport parking lot. My car is a hybrid so simply jumping the battery didn t work. Rayalls was the only place open on a Sunday. They found the problem, fixed it quickly and charged a very fare rate for the work. I will definitely be a return customer for any repairs, regular maintenance and state inspections.Service: Auto battery replacement

Ray, that's the way to go. I drove all way down from Massachusetts for a weekend vacation. My car break down. I went to Pep Boys and Firestone first. I didn't know Ray was opened Sunday. Both shops made a real high estimate and I had to wait for Monday. I couldn't wait because I had to drive back home Monday early. Called Ray, he told me to go there. 4 hours after he was calling me. Car is all set and ready to hit the road. Half of the price and car was fixed. Thank you Ray. You're the best.Service: Auto brake repair

We were in VA beach for a tournament, and on a Saturday afternoon between games, the check engine light came on. Most shops were closing for the weekend, but Ray's was open and had Sunday hours, so we took a chance. He was able to get our car fixed quickly for the trip home at a reasonable price. I really appreciated the additional notes on a few items to get done back at home. I highly recommend Ray if you need car repairs and are in the area.

My car broke down on a Sunday and Rayally s Auto Repairs was still open. He was incredibly helpful to fix my car and get it in that day. He communicated the issues to me quickly and I was able to pick it up the next day. Great experience, fast service, and reasonably priced. He even was nice enough to do a oil change and top off all of my fluids.

This shop is amazing. I took my vehicle here because i was having transmission issues. Ray was able to fix the problem in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Ray is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he is doing . I have not had any issues with my vehicle since. Ray is now my go to mechanic. Ray is the absolute BEST. I ve been going to him since 2015, and he s always gone ABOVE AND BEYOND what s needed. If I m in the Hampton roads, my car goes to Ray 100% of the time.He s always willing to take you the same day, and finish the car the same day. He is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for his customers. His pricing is always reasonable, and gets you the best deals on parts. Had a great experience a couple weeks ago. I was visiting my husband for the weekend and late Sunday evening my car wouldn t turn on (I had to drive four hours back to NC in the morning for work). Of course my car would start acting up on a Sunday when most auto repair shops are closed. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Mr. Rayalls Auto Repair while frantically searching on Google Maps for an Auto shop nearby. I called him up and he was informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend checking him out if you're ever in need of a second opinion or new Auto shop.

I called on a Saturday at 3pm he was still open when i let him know tow trucks were charging me way too much for a tow 3 miles away to his shop he referred me to someone else that could tow for cheaper he fixed my problem and was reasonable and fast. Here is my experience. I decided to go to Virginia Beach to spend my labor day weekend with my family. I drove 4 hours but made it to my destination safely. Suddenly my car breaks down on me at 8 PM on Sunday. I was desperate to find a mechanic and I came across Rayalls Auto Repairs. Let me say how beyond grateful I am to have found this Auto Repair! Mr. Ray took my call at 8 PM and said he would fix my car the very next morning which was Labor Day!!!! I don't know about you guys but I don't know too many mechanics that work on Sunday evenings and holidays and Mr. Ray was available. He literally saved my life and my car He told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a very fair and affordable price to fix it. I was happy and blessed. He was very professional, honest, reliable, and very humble! If you ever find yourself with car problems then go to Mr. Ray! My wife and I were driving on I-95 from NoVA to VA beach when the engine splash shield came off. An incredible state trooper and towtruck driver assisted us to get us patched up for us to get back on the road (a story for another day). Then the following day, which was a Saturday, we went to 6 different shops, unfortunately all of them said to comeback on Monday, before we stumbled into Rayalls Auto Repairs. His shop was closed when we got there. We called him and let him know our situation. He immediately said it is an easy fix and that he will be there shortly. Came after about 15 minutes or so and fixed it in 10. He was very helpful, honest and gave us some additional information (unbiased) that we needed.Thank you Rayall

Great service!! When my check engine light came on Sunday during my weekly errand run, I panicked. I'm new to the area, needed the car Monday afternoon, and where on earth was I going to find a mechanic open on Sunday at 5pm? Rayall's, that's where. He told me I could bring it in right away, and then he called the next morning to confirm what repair was needed, the price, and when I could pick up. By 2pm on Monday I had my car back and in working order, and he even showed me the specific part that had to be replaced! I think it's safe to say I've found my go-to mechanic in Virginia Beach!Service: Engine repair

Ray really helped me out when my engine splash guard came loose on the front and was dragging on the ground. It was horrible weather and I couldn t risk continuing driving, of course it s Sunday and nobody else was open. Ray was available and got the repair done in what had to have been less than 20 minutes. I understand it s not a crazy repair, but I still needed the help and he was amazing. I was out of town and my truck broke down on a Saturday night. I needed to get home the next day on Sunday. I was in a really tough predicament. I found this shop on Google. I was able to get in on a Sunday morning and have my truck repaired and back on the road in a short period of time. He was very knowledgeable and informative about what happened and what he did to repair the vehicle. No beating around the bush no funny business. Extremely professional and fair. I went to another shop I won t mention and they had my car for 2 weeks just to tell me it was my fan I took it to Ray and man he had my car back to me FIXED SAME DAY and he even let me know some future maintenance I would need!!!
