This has to be one of the best auto part buying experiences ever. Jess and the crew were amazing very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. They did not have the part that I was looking for and they sent me to another location and I picked it up over there, everything was lovely. Please commend them if not give them a raise for their outstanding customer service and professionalism sincerely Mr Derrick.Ps Jess tracked me down to let me know I left my company C.C on the counter.

Haven't been to this store often but usually customer service is very helpful. Today was a different story for some reason. I came to get some bulbs for my cars headlights. I was searching for more information on the bulb I needed. I realized one of the employees (Short black lady w/ glasses) stopped and was staring at me instead of helping me or asking me if I needed help. I acted like I didn't see her and kept looking for my bulb. 1 minute after starring at me from the counter she decides to ask me if I needed help. I looked over and said yes but she never walked over to me she just kept starring. I was expecting her to walk over to me so I wouldn't have to speak loudly in the store because I was in a aisle and she was by the cash register. By the way she wasn't busy doing anything. She wasn't working or anything she just stopped everything she was doing just to stare at me and then doesn't ask me if u needed help. She seemed like she had an attitude or something so I just didn't say what I needed help with and continued looking. 1 minute later she walks away and whispers to her coworkers something and i hear laughter. Not sure if it was about me. After she finished talking to her coworkers I hear saying "young man!" as she walking over to the aisle I was in. She finally walks over to me and I proceed to tell her what I was looking for. We walk to an older black man, who by the way was very helpful throughout the entire process. Next I began to talk to him explain to him my issue. He then helps a lot more than the lady did. She then comes back over and jokingly pushes her coworker out the way and then ask me "so do you want the bulb on the screen?" I say I already have that bulb installed in the car. Seems mostly like she was trying get me out the store as quickly as possible instead of helping me solve my problem. And as someone who doesn't know that much about cars I expect the employees to help me as much as they can. I eventually figured out what the problem was and left the store. Like I said the older black man in there was very helpful and has great customer service. The short black lady w/ glasses who didnt really help me today was very rude and has poor customer service. I don't know if it's because she thought I was young or what but her treatment towards me today was not professional.

The customer service here is outstanding & loyal. They love what they do here. Brandy and her Manager helped me with everything and assisted with my parts and issues. I was stuck with a bad battery and Brandy changed it out within seconds and got me back on the road in no time. She is very proficient, professional, and very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Everyone in this store is wonderful and won me over. I will be returning customer forever! :)

After calling quite a few auto parts stores for a rarer part to no avail it was a blessing to reach Dwain at O'Reilly. He was on point with the exact info I needed to provide to get EXACTLY the correct part! I was told only the dealership carried them and the price was 5x as high from the wonderful dealership that had none in stock. Dwain dealt with my frustration and lack of knowledge with that of an absolute expert at his profession and the was hugely helpful with a kindness I had completely unexpected. From this point on O'Reilly and Dwain are my ONLY choice in auto parts and questions. Thank y'all.His boss was a wonderful help as well but I unfortunately didn't catch her name.

I went to get some Refrigerant R-134A for my car. I walk in the door and am greeted right away by Guy. I tell him what Iam looking for and he leads me to the product, he tells me what they have on sale and the specials. He told me which on he like the most and why, I agreed and bought it. Guy was very nice and was very helpful, makes me want to go back again

The staff here are extremely nice and helpful! I highly recommend coming here for any needs. I was in an accident at the beginning of September and the lady I spoke with when I got there helped me find the right things to get my hood to stay shut for me the rest of the way home. She even looked at my car first to see what all was needed in her opinion. I had another 300 miles to drive home to pennsylvania, and the confidence she gave me that the solution she provided would allow me to get home safely made my day not so bad. She knew exactly where everything was, and was very friendly and made me - and more importantly my pregnant wife - feel safe in an unfamiliar area. I wish I remembered her name, i couldn't thank her enough!

Had a coolant hose snap on me a couple days ago less than a mile down the road from this store and I couldn t have broken down in a better place. I managed to drive my truck here and I was amazed at how helpful the two gentlemen behind the counter were. Both Bruce and Jonathan helped me find the parts I needed and Bruce even went as far as to lend me tools and help me figure out and even solve a couple issues I was having with the setup. Service really couldn t have been any better. Thank you Bruce and Jonathon for getting me back on the road at a fraction of the price(Just the parts) going to a mechanic would ve cost me!

Employees at O Reilly s are so funny and cheerful. Very helpful as well. The guy there put on my windshield wipes for me. They also offer free battery checks and car computer checks. Great service, good prices. Military discount

I'm done with this place. Unless your lucky enough to get Guy to assist you, you will more than likely be there twice as long just to get the wrong part. If you walk in and get the store Manager to help you, you'll be lucky if she doesn't take a phone call while helping you, if she does she's not coming back to you and now you have to wait for one of the other guys to finish with their line of customers. This has happened to me 3 out of 3 times this lady has tried to help me.

I had walked out of another auto parts store chain after receiving bad service and went to this location of O'Reilly's on Diamond Springs Rd. What a difference! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady that helped me, she was quick to find my item and install it and had my daughter and I laughing within minutes. It was worth driving a little further for such awesome service!

With my 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo, I have been to a bunch of auto parts stores around town this year. Yet, honestly, this was my best trip to a store by a long shot. I would have been okay with just purchasing the products and figuring things out at home. However, I instead received excellent customer service from Guy D., as well as from some of the other employees there this afternoon. They were very helpful and I walked away feeling more confident in my vehicle than I was before.

I went to O Reilly in Virginia Beach, Va ( 1291 Diamond Springs rd ) and couldn t have asked for better customer service! Mr. Jeremiah Cooper was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to come outside and have a look at my car. I went to Autozone and advanced auto parts and left very unsatisfied. Definitely will be back when I need anything car related.

Becky was superb. I called and she assisted me over the phone. It took me about 45 minutes to get up there since i had just woke up. She had already pulled the air filter and low beam bulb for my car. She was very proactive she had 2 different bulbs as one or the other would have been the right one. It took us about 10 minutes to replace both bulb and filter. Thank you Becky for your service u definitely are fit for customer service will be back soon. I'm the young lady with the 2014 Kia Soul

Had a person who works there check why my engine light was coming on with no apparent problems to the vehicle.After he got the code he told me what the diagnostic device said the problem entailed. He recommended I try a certain product 1st (in my gas) before I even think about going to the dealer.Total cost of product was about 7 dollars and the light had gone out by the time I started the vehicle. I applaud the employee being so knowledgeable and the considerable amount of money he saved me over what the dealer would of charged! Thank you O'Reilly's

I stopped in here a few times a month for the last seven months, every other time I experience this one employee being rude to the customers or talking down to one of the other employees. I prefer to avoid conflict and poor experiences while shopping, so I would avoid this employee when shopping at this store. I had an issue with a part and needed to warranty or return it. I was redirected to the Manager. Turns out the employee I tried to avoid was the Manager (Areblu). In short, We had an unpleasant conversation where she belittled me, would take the time to understand what what the problem was as if she had her mind made up before I even spoke, and used language to insinuate I was lying about the condition of the part. Then, as I was walking out the door, I could hear her say "did you hear that S T U P I D M F-ER trying to lie to Me" to some one else in the store. I placed the unreturned part on a shelf as a reminder to never return there again.

I needed to replace my rear turn signal bulb, and they loaned me the tool I needed, even pulling the socket off the store shelf for me. Friendly and helpful!

We were at the Oreilly s this afternoon, We came in for a Master Air Flow Sensor, Lamonte went above and Beyond to help us with what we needed and I couldnt be more happy!! We will shop here from now on just because of this sweet guy!! Thank you again for your amazing Service... This guy needs a raise!!!

After being told by Auto Zone that they couldn t replace my battery because it was too difficult , then the dealership saying they couldn t get me in until Monday, Jerimahi was my life saver!The piece that was too difficult was removing a cross bar that had three bolts. Jerimahi walked out with me to see if he could do the installation, walked me through all my battery options, then stood out in the rain in 40 degrees on a Friday evening to install this battery for me. I cannot thank him enough! He was so pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Not only was the battery cheaper than what the dealership quoted me, he also knocked it out in like 15 minutes. Which was quicker than the drive alone would have been to the dealership. Thank you so much, Jerimahi!

I am extremely happy with the timely and prompt services that I received soon as I walked into this O'reilly auto parts store. I arrived barely making it driving my vehicle to the store having problem with its power/ having issues getting it to start that almost left me on the side of the road. While annoyed , frustrated and tired from being out in heat dealing with my vehicle, I received professional and excellent customer service from Mr. Guy one of the store representative. He was very polite and patiently listened to my issues and conducted the appropriate checks and even after having some troubles that did not stop him from figuring out what needs to be taken care of to get my car running back to the road. He figured out the problem, quoted and searched for the product- what I could afford then right away installed my new battery with free installation that pretty much took care of my problem and everything was back to great condition with my vehicle running great again. He gave me some tips and advice on preventing the problem from happening and I was on my way.Now I believe that was a great example of customer service ensuring that I was assisted correctly unlike other stores that will just tell you just about anything to get you to purchase or even take advantage of lacking knowledge about vehicles -this store in not one of those types.. I am glad that I came to this store to get the service. .. Thank You so much Mr. Guy!!!!***O'reilly Auto parts offers military discounts as well!

Life saver. A factory wiper came apart. O'Reilly's got me back on the road with great wipers. The attendant tried to find a discount without me asking. None was found, but he took the time- Thanks for that.They are always quick and always friendly.

I hate this store. I feel like a criminal everytime I come in. You can't walk down the aisles without being followed and being asked what you need a thousand times... Very uncomfortable experience... I'm a black male and every black male or female that walked in before they even stepped foot in the store your asked what you need even if the employee is helping someone... Im also a business owner and have an account with O'Reilly's so this is not a good look for this store...

The manager Chris at this location got a smart mouth. He didn't offer military discount at the register, but i know for fact they do have it. So when I asked about it he made a rude comment, "they don't ya enough huh?" Why would they offer a military discount at this store in the first place? Is this how they trained their employees, esp...the manager? Well Chris, Oreilly probably paid you too little for you to be so disgruntled.

These folks "Care". Legitimately. But, will still roast you the whole time and can take what they dish. 5 starsSee Blue with all your Subaru issues, she is so fond of the brand and has expert level knowledge to keep your Subie running like a Trump Voter from anything truthful.
