They gave me a high quote but gave me a discount! They did an awesome job and I greatly appreciate their service and willingness to go above and beyond given how long I have been a customer! Jason and his front end manager did an awesome job!

I have been in the area and looking for a trusting mechanic and I have found them. My car has been running through oil for the past few months pretty fast and I was not sure what the problem was. I had taken it to another mechanic shop and the problem was not caught until I brought it here. All it was, was a gasket. The staff is great and very helpful, I highly recommend this place!

My experience at this Indian River Rd. location was one of a kind! If you have not tried this place, you are missing out on a hidden gem! I made an appointment because I had a nail in my tire. The young man at the front, took me early, got my car in the shop, and fixed my tire himself. He had me out in almost 30 minutes from the time I pulled in the parking lot. He was kind and polite. I will definitely be back for the new set of tires I need! Thank you, Trent!

I've been going here for years. Jason is the best Service Manager that I have ever dealt with! There is a new young man working for him, Trent, and he is also very knowledgeable. I never got around to making a comment until now. The reason......I went somewhere else and had a bad experience. Yes, Jason couldn't get me in and I went to another service center. Mistake!!! It's hard finding a mechanic that you can trust. They have never tried to do extra work, only what needed to be done. I know, because I'm a retired Navy aircraft mechanic. Thanks again!

Jason and the team are great! Always friendly and kind. Got a nail in our tire - came in and were all done in less than two hours.We went there again for the inspection. The windshield had a crack that would not pass but Jason referred me to another professional who came in and replaced it right there in the shop for a great price. I also asked for oil change to be done and they accommodated that as well. Outstanding customer service! Our two cars are in great hands!

I had a 1:00 appointment for tires and called to come early. I got right in and my car is ready for me when I got off work! Speedy and efficient, I'm very happy. Trent was very professional and had a smile on his face. Bob put the new tires in and they look great. I will be back to ntb! Very satisfied customer!

I had taken my car to be serviced at 3 different shops prior to stopping at NTB. Not only was I discouraged because I had spent a ton and the problem was not resolved but the customer service was poor. When I got to NTB Jason and his team could see I was defeated and did their best to do everything they could to resolve the issue. They took their time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. 100% would recommend.

A wonderful and friendly staff, from the moment I walked in (both times) until the moment I walked out (both times )!! They had my state inspection done within two hours!!!! That alone deserves 10 stars . Thank you for treating me and my family so kindly.

I can t say enough about this incredible team. Every time I ve come they have been top notch. I am so grateful for their quick and helpful inspection of my tire, and even changing it for me in MINUTES without additional charge. Will always come here! Ask for Jason, but they re all 10/10.

Called to have 4 new tires put on. They gave me a 9 am appointment and a quote for the next day. Dropped it off at 8:55 had it back by 10:30 and under the estimate cost. Happy Happy!! Trent, Bob and Aaron did a fantastic job!

I recently purchased a set of four tires for my Highlander from the NTB store on Indian River Road in Virginia Beach. It was a great experience! Trent the young man who took care of me was exceptional. He was friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to get me any discounts that were available to me. The store itself including the waiting room, bathroom and even the service bay area were clean and tidy. They even had puzzles and word books out for customers to enjoy as they waited.

They were able to quickly get me in to have my tires replaced. They noticed my inspection was way past due and offered to complete it. Later in the week they replaced my brakes. Very quick good work and fantastic customer service, I will definitely keep coming back for all my cars needs

Everytime I go here I get the best service and the best price.(I always call around, you never know when there's a special going on) This last time I was told by a competitor that I needed a whole brake change, rotors and pads both back and front. Came over here and saw Jason(who even came in on his day off to make sure it was taken care of right the first time) he gave me a (free) brake inspection and it turns out I only needed the pads replaced. I don't know why I bother ever going anywhere else, these guys have never done me wrong!

Visit NTB today and the staff was excellent. Jason is an awesome employee. Jason explained everything that I needed for my car and gave me a quote. Jason put my mind to rest as I was really worries about the problem and cost of the repair but stopping by NTB was the best thing I do.

I would recommend Jason and his crew over any other place In Hampton roads. I dropped off and it was ready within two hours. They took their time and answered all my questions and even went through the bill with me. I take all my vehicles there. They make sure the cars are taken care of a with friendly attitudes.

Great service! Brought in 2 tires on rims to be replaced with new tires I provided early in morning. The mechanics all looked busy and I said I was in no rush and tomorrow would be fine. They called and said they were ready by 1030 and I picked them up by 1230. They seen me drive up and brought the tires to me and even helped load them into my truck. It's been a long time since I have experienced individual service like this and will certainly continue to use NTB for my service needs!! Well done guys!!

Woke up this morning and my battery said don t feel like it today!! Got a jump and went to the Indian River location. Trent got me checked in real fast. Technician Bob checked out my battery! Yes I needed a new one!! I m back on the road!!!!! Trent and Bob are AWESOME!!!!!

Fantastic service. Had a big nail in my tire causing a slow leak. They were super busy so they put air in to get me to the next morning appointment. Dropped it off. I was greeted by 4 happy and smiling workers - all laughing and personable. The service time was very reasonable and they called me the second it was ready! Great service.
