Used them for the first time this week, great to have a shop in the neighborhood! I do most of my own work but some things can t be done at home. Entire team was friendly and polite, and the service was performed quickly and very well. I would recommend them and will use them in the future when the need arises.

Adrean went above and beyond to make sure that all of my family s needs were met. From the moment we walked in the door, he greeting us with a smile and listened to our needs. He didn t try to pressure us into buying anything and he was extremely informative. I appreciate that he was knowledgeable and so helpful with everything. I have been looking for a mechanic that I can trust, my family has definitely found it! We will be bringing all of our vehicles here for service. Thanks again, Adrean! 10 out of 10, will recommend everyone I know!

Went for my state inspection sticker. Friendly, service quick enough. Was told I needed a headlight service for an extra $120 because the plastic lenses were cloudy.The problem is that after 3 days, the headlights are clouding over again. When I pay $120 for a service expect it to last more than a couple days.Super disappointed. Feel like I was taken advantage of. Big scam alert from this cowboy!

I went here recently as my mother had gone to get an inspection first. The experience was very pleasant and quick. The overall service took about 20 minutes if that. They have two seats available in the same area where you speak with the receptionist. Not huge but convenient and also you will be very physically close to the person who sits beside you. Not a big deal to some but heads up if you plan on waiting for your car and have concerns about touching shoulders possible with the person sitting next to you. I would definitely recommend this place. They close early on Saturday so try not to wait until the last minute.

Was greeted as soon as I walked into the door with very nice kindness. Service was prompt and they got to work on my car immediately and was done in less than 20 minutes. Oh my goodness I was very surprised And very pleased with how I was treated and how the service was. . I will definitely use you guys next year for my service thanks again for your quick service happy holiday I wish I could give you guys 10 stars I would. So here is my 10 stars

The wait as short, and the manager Melissa was super attentive to my needs despite it being super busy. She was really informative, and told me exactly what my car did, and didn t need done to it. The cost for a state inspection was 20.00 in comparison to places that took advantage of me and charged me 90.00.her team was also honest and efficient with completing my oil change. I will definitely be back for other car services.

My wife and I would want to express our gratitude to NAPA BP and their management team for creating a secure and welcoming environment. The staff is kind and competent, and the office is kept immaculate. They can handle any circumstance since their mechanics are the best in the business. In addition to installing my brakes and changing all of my fluids, they also performed a safety check on my car. I am at a loss for words about how amazing these are. Actually, everything about my experience was excellent from the first phone contact to the appointment. The staff claimed there would be no problem as they would wait for me till I arrived when I phoned them back to let them know I would be arriving late. Whoa! This demonstrated to me how Their dedication to providing excellent customer service and expertise were truly remarkable. I was informed and kept up to speed on every step of the process by NAPA BP. Ultimately, the cost was just an added bonus. I didn't have to dispute anything, not even the cost. They are fantastic. They are my new mechanics because of their excellent customer service, and I will be bringing my priceless truck to them for routine preventative maintenance. I discovered them on the internet website. Thus, give them a call to get your car or truck serviced if you require auto repairs and preventive maintenance. They are the best store in the community. Many thanks to the NAPA BP crew for providing the greatest service I've ever had.

I called early Saturday morning to see if I could get a state inspection done. This place missed my call but was so kind enough to call me back and able to get me in within 30min to get the inspection done. Never had such great quality service where someone went that above and beyond for a customer. Highly recommend this place, really nice people work here!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Thank you the mechanic and the service person at the desk for taking very good care of my car. The wait time was good as soon as my car came in you all got on it and expected it right away to make sure that everything on my car was safe and that I would be safe in it thank you so much I really appreciate it and next year I will see you when it's time to have my car inspected again I'll see you sooner if I have any issues that need to be repaired thank you all so much

Mike and his team are so amazing! I drove here from the west coast and my check engine light has been coming on and off. Even though they were busy, he was able to squeeze me in that day knowing my days off were not regular. I went to NAPA Car Care for my car's state inspection. The staff who assisted me was very approachable & friendly. When he told me that it will be done within 30mins, I was surprised coz most of the car shop I've been to before has longer waiting time. They finished it on time and even called me that it's all done. I'm so happy with their service that I told them am gonna go back to bring our 2 Toyota trucks for state inspection as well. Two thumbs up to all of you guys!

The place is really small but they do good work. I was happy with the tune up for my son's car that I requested during his inspection. They didn't try to sell or push un-needed services or repairs that other garages tend to do. I would definitely use this garage again.

Love the convenience of this location, but you do pay for it. The price for an oil change was rather high (+$75). I may travel farther to get sub $50 in the future.They give a Check Sheet where they evaluate your Systems/Brakes/Tires on a 3 point scale (Green/Yellow/Red). However, I question the accuracy of the evaluation.They evaluated my one week old tiers as yellow ( May require future attention ). On the flip side, the last time I was there my air filters were supposedly Red ( Requires immediate attention ) but this time they were Green. That said they were very fast. I do plan on coming back for state inspection and maybe oil change if I am very busy and willing to pay.

I only pick this place because of walking distance to my house. Dropped off my vehicle for inspection and less the 45 minutes I was called to pick up. Melissa very friendly and professional. Will be doing my business there from now on.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a shop before. Carolyn was beyond amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The tech working was also great! He had my car done in no time even after having to order parts for it.This is an amazing team. I had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment at another place nearby for an oil change and state inspection online, when I got there a sign on the door said no state inspection till further notice. I used Google to find this Napa which was nearby. Don't let the look of the location deter you. I walked in and walked out in 40 minutes everything done. The man at the front counter was super cool and friendly as was everyone else. This is my new go to place!!!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Quick service by friendly staff, Mike was great! The tech knocked out 2 state inspections in about 25 minutes and didn t push anything onto us. Will use again and definitely recommend using.

My daughter had her car inspected here and told me about it, so I decided to try them. It took less than an hour for my state inspection. The staff was courteous and professional and upon my leaving I told the guy behind the counter that I'd definitely be back. I finally found a place I can trust. Many thanks!!
