made an appointment easter weekend thinking I was going to be seen after the weekend but surprisingly they got me in that Saturday. Super quick and reliable. they called and told me honestly what was wrong with my car compared to other places I've gone to that will only repeat the code fault to me as if I know things about cars. Once I get a new car I know where I'd like to go for any problem I have. Thank you.

Squeezed us in last minute after another shop messed up our appointment time putting us in danger of missing the wedding we were going to the next day 4 hours away. Awesome guys kept us entertained and did our state inspection quickly. 10/10 would recommend

Staff was very friendly, informative, & very efficient in service to my wife s vehicle. I personally plan to bring my car into this specific shop for all future repairs because the service was so amazing. I think they overly exceeded in Trust the Midas Touch.

Great customer service!!Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable at their jobs.Staff always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.This place is better than any dealerships service department!!! I 100% recommend MIDAS on Holland Rd., Virginia Beach to anyone that needs any maintenance done on their vehicle.

Received great service from my phone call to driving away with repairs done! All of my questions and concerns were addressed up front. I was able to get an appointment right away and repairs were completed in no time. I will definitely continue using this locally owned business for all of my automotive needs. Great experience!

A courtesy call when the repair went from $4-500 range to $1500+ would have been nice. It didn't seem like they wanted to deal with us but they sure were willing to take our money! Definitely never going back.

This is my 2nd time at this location since moving to the area 5 months ago. The first time was for state inspection for my registration and the most current time is for replacing my brake pads and rotors. James assisted me both times and was very helpful. It s hard for me to take off from work and I was taken care of the same day both times.

Been coming here for about 2 years. Great service and friendly staff. James always give it to you straight and gets the necessary work done. Oil changes take about 1 hour when you make an appointment.

I have brought several vehicles to this location over the years to get state inspections. Sometimes it's pretty quick and in and out and sometimes you have to leave it overnight which really isn't a big deal. But the last few times I've been up here and dealt with the front desk clerk named james, I've got nothing but a foul mouth and a foul attitude. Seems the way he treats customer to the owner. As another business bringing business to you this is completely unacceptable by any standard. Easy to see why there is only 3 stars

I had such a positive experience here. Other repair shops give you the run around but this crew got it the job done without hesitation. James and Lance were so helpful. I came in for an oil change and brakes. The technician showed me where the issue was and it was addressed and fixed. Fixed my car up nice and I have no problems!

This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I was told I had a nail in my tire and it wouldn t pass inspection, the price the quoted to patch the tire was EXTREMELY to much so I went somewhere and came back for another inspection, only for them to tell me it s metal in my tire. They had my car for 8 plus hours and when I asked to see what they were referring too, they guy said he didn t know because he s not an inspector. I asked for him to ask the inspector to show me and instead he just rushed me out the door with no real explanation.I will never give this place my business again.

I recently took my car in for a couple of repairs. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service we received. Nice, friendly staff, clean lobby, and they fixed my car at a fair price. I was very nervous to drive my car everyday and now it runs great. I will definitely come back when my car needs any future maintenance.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

Came in for a transmission flush. Almost wasted money on an unnecessary step. They guided us in the right direction towards getting is back on the road. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off to get an inspection and to fix the issue causing the check engine light. My car was drivable when I dropped it off. When I picked up the car, as soon as I drove it out of the parking lot my brakes did not work at all. I had to pull the emergency brake to stop and ended up running over a median because my brakes did not work. My brakes were working before it was serviced by Midas. The mechanic messed up while fixing my vehicle and they were extremely rude to my boyfriend when the issue was addressed. Instead of acknowledging they messed up, they treated us terribly causing my boyfriend to be very upset. The man in charge even got so aggressive that my boyfriend was told to leave or the cops would be called . All because the mechanic couldn t just admit he made a mistake causing my vehicle to be non drivable. My car is still having issues to this day but unfortunately they do not care and we re extremely rude. Luckily, I have video footage of how I received my car back after they serviced it. My back tires, brakes and rear bumper all damaged because of a mechanic s mistake. Terrible experience.

Mike and his team are very professional, accommodating, and work quickly. I dropped off my car, they called me about an hour later to give me a couple options of what needed to be done immediately and what was optional. They gave me an estimate of the repair cost and when I went to pay it was exactly as they stated.Will definitely return in the future!

This place is shadey, don't go here. When I came in there was already having an issue with another customer then they tried to over charge us. I know what I heard on the phone and they guy said he repeated the price 3 times. Liars. And the guy insulted me.

Visited this Midas location on 5/10 to get assistance with an engine light. The team took me in same day, got the replacement parts needed, and resolved the issue all within a few hours. Great attention to details, fast, and exceptional service overall - cannot thank the team enough. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman at the front desk - he was superb!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Was having a problem with my lights, took it in and they found the problem, which was the dimmer switch. They have a mechanic(lance) here who grew up working on antique cars like mine so that's a plus! Thanks for fixing it (from visit in February)Went in for an oil change and asked them if they would be able to secure my exhaust pipe to the car, since it's was in a very precarious situation. They were very reasonable with the price and did a pretty good job. Will continue to come to them for my maintenance needs. Thanks guys!
