I am in the military and had my fiance drop off my mercedes for negative camber and inner tire wear. Had her go to the dealer because i was confident they would fix it. They charge her $4000 and let her leave with a car that was too dangerous to drive. Nothing was repaired and the car drove the exact same way as when she dropped it off. Did anyone even test drive it on the highway. I am extremely upset that I'm fighting for this country and getting taken advantage of by the very people I risk my life for. I really hope you guys can correct this and do the right thing. $4000 spent for absolutely nothing.

Extremely long wait for the "Express service". Went for a Service A and right coming back home I got the tire checking alert on the dashboard. Tires were very descompensated and low pressure.They were supposed to be checked in the service. Not acceptable for a Mercedes service!

I've had 4 service experiences here so far. The first 3 were awful. From being denied a loaner vehicle when they kept my car for several days to being rudely told that services weren't covered under my service plan even though the salesman who sold me the service plan said they were. I was not a fan of the miscommunication or my treatment.The saving grace was visit 4. It was a different service advisor. I saw Greg this time and he literally changed the entire rating. He was kind and professional. I'd recently had surgery and he made sure I had a chair in the waiting area and brought all my paperwork to me instead of making me walk to the office. He was very helpful and explained everything going on. He gets 5 stars and the others get none.

This dealership and its crew is always helpful and professional and goes out of its way to be helpful where possible.
