Not the best experience but the job was done. If this was a crime scene, you would have been caught. Oily finger prints inside door panels and oil on my front fender. In addition, my drain plug and oil filer had oil all over it. It takes a minute to wipe off any residual oil and that should be the standard. Didn t know cleaning exterior windows was included and checked off but not accomplished. For the price charged I would expect better.

I have been bringing my vs to this Jiffy Lube location for years. It s usually hit or miss as to what type of customer service you ll receive. But I continue to support this location because it s conveniently located near my neighborhood and I can honestly say that I ve have more positive experiences than negative.But unfortunately the poor quality customer service I received last Saturday (4/6/24) May prevent me from returning.I wasn t quite sure if it was time for an oil change yet. But I was preparing for a road trip and figured worse case scenario I would get the top off service. After waiting to be acknowledged there was a young female that approached my vehicle and it was very clear that she did not want to be at work that day.She proceeded to give me instructions without even so much as a hello, good morning, or how can I help you. Eventually she realized there was no dipstick and continued be very nasty and negative.This cause me to leave without having anything done to my vehicle. I politely said it s okay. I m just going to leave.I am sharing my experience as a once loyal and hopefully valued customer and in the hope this will prevent (or at least lower the chances) of others being treated the same.

Super quick and friendly. Pulled up vehicle info from prior visits so they knew my info and previous visits. This is a salesman work vehicle so we put many miles on this car. I came to this location roughly at 5:30pm, to get a quick oil change Mr. Jerome who states he was the manager was not friendly at all. It almost seemed as if I wasn t a paying customer. I then asked for him to put a sticker on my windshield, he first says he reset it in the car. Ok, can I still have my sticker please. I should have just just made the trip to my dealer, and it s cheaper.

The location I went to at 6365 Indian River Rd. Norfolk, VA 23464 was way more efficient than the one at 2463 Little Creek Rd. Norfolk, VA 23518. They actually took the time to vacuum my car which added an extra special touch. Thank you Indian River Rd. location. That s truly great customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called corporate in regards to the service that was rendered paid for a complete service and was not giving check behind them. They didn t refill my windshield, but then check the air. The tires service was just poor. No one ever called me back from the store for any type of credit or response to my complaint I would not recommend going to Indian River Store to no one

Zero stars as in zero service....Husband came up there for company car oil change and was turned away as it had been over 20,000 miles since last check up. Mind you my husband literally had taken over the company car 1 week ago and trying to get it up to par. This car had been serviced at this location before. What a terrible company to turn customers away.....repeat customers at that.

I give it 5 stars because I went in for an oil change and a head light that was out. The employees have a high level of integrity, they didn t have the correct oil filter and apologized for the wait, also the bulb wasn t out it was just a bad or lose connection. They could have just changed the bulb and charged me or just left the old oil filter and called it a day. Also I like that they check tire pressure, vacuum, clean windows. Highly recommend!

I went to this location in August to get a full synthetic oil change. Only after draining my oil and throwing away the oil filter did the supervisor let me know that they did not have that in stock and put in a synthetic blend instead. Not only did I not authorize them to put that oil in the car, the supervisor told me the oil was already tossed so I would have to purchase oil or get my car towed to a different oil change facility. This was predatory, and even after complaining, the district manager never responded to my emails or phone calls. I can not steer you away from this franchise enough, it is a coin flip if you will treated like a decent person or not.And as an added bonus, they smoke cigarettes in the bay so you'll get a lovely air freshener after the service too!Service: Oil change

I have gotten oil changes from this establishment in my company truck and every single time the oil filter comes loose half way through the life of the oil change. I ve presented it every time and all I have ever gotten was we will tighten it. Now this last visit I told the girl running the counter and she didn t even acknowledge me. Next time it happens I m bringing the truck back and jiffy lube will fix it free of charge. And another thing is they say they top of the fluids which they didn t and adjust tire pressure which they didn t and on top they say they clean the windows and vaccum the floors and never do that eitherService: Oil change

The staff was polite and professional. Handle my oil change quickly. Only issue, was during checkout, I was told I was low on coolant, and that they didn t have what I needed to use?!

On 12-20-22 I spent $116 for oil change and fluid check they check off everything was ok not 2 months later I find out my transfer case seal has been leaking for over 4 months which they check off as good with no leaks which cause the transfer case to go bad. Extended warranty didn't cover because they say jiffy lube should have noticed the leakage now I'm paying $3000 out of pocket from there technician not doing the job I pay them for. And Jiffy hasn't reach back out to help correct the issue. Very disappointed with their service.Service: Oil change

Went here to get a quick oil change because my engine light was coming on. I pulled up to ask the guy which way I had to go into the building. I had opened my door because my windows don't work. The gentleman proceeded to push the button to win my windows down before I could tell him my windows did not work the window was halfway down. There was another gentleman in the shop that was trying to get the window back up. He looked into the fuse box thinking it might have been a fuse just need it replaced. He told me to go to the Dodge dealer and they could probably get it up. I explained to him I don't have money to go to no Dodge dealer or time I had to get to work within an hour. First I had to take my dog out before I went to work. The gentleman proceeded to keep working on the window and finally he got it back up. But in the process they had taken stuff out of my car in order to get into the fuse box and I had lost a brand new mascara that I had just purchased that day. This really upset me because everything should have been double check to make sure he was back in the car. Money wise things is tight for me.

The service was fine, took a little long but did have a couple cars stacked up. I had an old Groupon that I was hoping to use as the balance paid never goes away. The girl looked at me like I had 2 heads. She gave no effort to try and accommodate so I could just pay the balance after the Groupon value was applied. I ll use at a different location and not go back. Upon leaving I had to ask for some degreaser as a technician left an oily footprint on the floor mat and side molding.Service: Oil change

I brought my truck in today to all the workers sitting out back smoking. I needed cabin air filter, oil change, and tire rotation. They charged me for a tire rotation which was never done as I marked the tires to make sure. Oil change was fine until I looked in the engine bay and there was oil all over the place. I watched them drive out of the shop with my skid plate hanging off to which they told me the bolts of my less than 2 year old truck were rusted off. They couldn t figure out how to put the skid plate back on (because I watched them try to put it in the wrong spot) and decided to put it in the back room after about 20 minutes of trying. I had to ask for the skid plate of my vehicle back before leaving. I was also charged for an oil evacuation which isn t possible on my vehicle. Worst oil change experience by far I have ever had.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Please let me start by saying that I have been a patron of Jiffy Lube for over 10 years and have never experienced this type of service! The manager tried to refuse my coupon was very argumentative called me names and was threatening! Jerome is the manager in question, and should be let go from the company as he is liability to the company! Very very unprofessional. I Would like to speak to corporate!Service: Oil change

They didn't put new coolant in because they said they didn't know what type of coolant my gmc takes. They said the coolant that's in there looks like water. Funny thing is they put the coolant in there last August when I got my oil change. So they should know and be responsible.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Asked if they could make sure my skid plate gets put back on properly evidently they did not like that request considering the nasty response I got from the oil changer. Customer service is a lot to be desired here. Irony is they have customer service stuff posted all over there walls in the lobby. Will not be coming back. Lost a customer.

Terrible. They left oil all over my seat and just gave me something to clean it up. They did not take initiative or offer to clean it. Nor was an apology gave. I don t know where the old crew is but these new guys are not professional. Someone contact me asap for a refund or money to clean my seats.

This place by far delivered the best customer service I have ever received at an auto shop. The manager, Jason, was absolutely phenomenal! He was patient, courteous and forthcoming with the plethora of issues going on with my vehicle and addressed them all accordingly. The team (Jason, Justin, and Richard) did a great job and my overall experience was amazing. I had the best experience I ve ever had with any oil change. The women that greeted me and took car of my oil change was amazing, She had excellent people skills and was extremely professional.
