Came in on a Sunday afternoon, was able to get the oil changed in under 15min. Great service, they've got a good team of mechanics at this location. Synthetic oil change was $117, and there are usually discount coupons available on the jiffy lube website if you check beforehand.Drove 25min to this location because of the positive reviews here compared to other Jiffy Lubes in the area. Patricia the cashier was so sweet and professional. She totally made the experience. They were also super fast, it took me 15 minutes to get an oil change. I will definitely start coming here. I m not sure why I ve ever gone anywhere else.

You'd think that an oil change would be simple, but the folks at jiffy lube managed to strip my oil pan, causing the drain plug to fall out and all the oil to drain out as well, leaving the back end of my car absolutely COVERED in oil. This carelessness on their part left me stranded halfway through a 10 hour drive home. When I called them to ask them to make it right, nobody answered. I called multiple times and nothing. They can't be bothered to answer the phone, and they can't be bothered to change your car's oil without causing hundreds of dollars in repairs, not to mention an unexpected night in a hotel. If you like your car at all, take it somewhere else.Service: Oil change

This Jiffy Lube is my favorite place to get my oil changed. The staff is efficient, fast and pleasant. I have gone to other Jiffy Lube locations and the service and staff were horrendous. Keep up the good work

Every time I go I m greeted and welcomed. My service doesn t take long at all. The young lady that works there is always so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Everytime I bring my work vehicle in for routine maintenance the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The best part is when they make a recommendation they actually tell you the truth with regards of how soon you actually need the work done. Instead of the pressured upsell, they inform you of the situation even if the work won't be completed that day. They are honest and operate with integrity. 5 star service all around.

I truly love this Jiffy Lube! The workers here are very friendly! They get the job done quickly and make sure everything is good to go. They don t try to con you into buying more services you don t need either. They offer military discount as well - much respect! Thank you! I ll always come here!

Of all the Jiffy Lube locations I've been to, this is the first I've visited where all of the staff I interacted with were women. Incredible! I was so pleased with the level of care I received. They were professional, efficient, and wonderful to work with. Every other location I've been to, when interacting with male staff, I have felt belittled and intimidated, and I've had some variation of "this is your air filter, would you like us to change it?" - not here! I was not upsold for anything, nor did anyone assume I had no knowledge of my car. I was treated with respect and consideration, and was in and out in 15 minutes or less. My plan was a oil change, flush brakes and transmission since I didn t have time or means to do myself. I went here this morning to be first customer in the garage so I can be in and out quickly. I got there at 810 after opening and luckily I was the first customer yet I wasn t going to get in and out and have a good experience as thought. Upon arriving there was only one tech there. I had to get out the car walk around to the front to see what was going on. He says give him a second (note no one was wearing name tags this whole experience), then 10 mins later another tech shows. They then proceed to just go next door to 711 and get snacks. Then another person shows about 830 I assume the girl who runs the desk. They then sit outside for 20 mins using the phone or vape pens and talking. Finally they start to work on my car. Another customer pulls up and has to park behind my car because the one techs truck is still parked in front of other garage door. I tell them might as well go somewhere else they ll take an hour before they even start. I even tried to speak with the techs a couple times to ask a question and was completely ignored till I raised my voice, I couldn t ask the girl because she was still outside on phone and vaping. Then find out I couldn t get transmission taken care of because they don t have the products I d have to go to the dealership. All in all did they know about cars and complete the 2 of 3 jobs I asked for, yes. Everything else tho customer service and anything you d want a employee to exhibit on the job that s a big fat No. I ll likely never go to this one again and will find somewhere else or other means to get my vehicle taken care of.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I had tires delivered from Tirerack and dropped off my rims after the tires were there. They were very friendly and helpful. I told them they could complete them at their leisure over the next couple days. They called back in less than 3 hours and I picked them up with correct side marked on the directional tires. I did have to remind them of the Tire rack pricing, and they corrected it without issue. Very happy and made me want to give them more business.Service: Tires

As I pull up to the garage at jiffy lube on Independence to get my oil changed, I advise the technician of my previous experience at that same location, of how the technician failed to replace the lid to the oil tank, resulting in an empty oil tank the very next day. I drive 100+ miles a day for work. I watch as he checks the inside of the hood itself for oil, and then wipe his hands as he discovered oil....no apology. The very next day (2 days ago), my dash is telling me I have an emissions system problem. I believe this is not a coincidence.Service: Oil change
