$180 for an oil change and a new air filter for an F-150 gasoline engine is very expensive. Also, the receipt said they clean the exterior windows and vacuum the interior. The exterior windows were not cleaned at all and the interior vacuum was a weak attempt. Very poor value for what I received. I would definitely not recommend to anyone else.

I wasn't really offered any options for the oil change service. It was done so fast I didn't even think they did it. The tire balance machine I was told was not working properly and that was my main reason for going there. They forgot to put my mileage sticker in the window. They didn't check or fill my other fluids nor the air filter which I knew I needed. This is a review of two visits.Won't go backService: Oil change

Very good and thorough service received today and excellent customer service. Oil change plus completion of all items on their list which are included with oil change. I came to this location after having been to a location in Norfolk where many of the items weren't completed. I would definitely recommend this Hilltop Jiffy Lube.

We spent approximately $100 here for an oil change which was done with no issue but the service receipt I received states they vacuumed the interior, checked/filled tires, washed windows but none of these things were done.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came up there on Saturday for a oil change was very fast but they spilled oil all over my engine by the time I got home my engine was smoking really bad due to all the oil they spilled and my oil cap was loose. I went back up there for them to fix it and they said they fixed it but I still am getting a burning oil smell when I turn on my ac or heat.

I go to the Jiffy Lube on First Colonial Rd./ Hilltop. They are terrific! Courteous, efficient, and, as name indicates, jiffy ! I am a regular with them, and will remain a loyal customer.

Awesome experience!! I went there to get a power steering flush, transmission flush, Serpentine belt replacement, and fuel cleaning. Hats off to Chris he was very knowledgeable and took care of me. The truck is running great!! Chris had all of this done quickly and did an excellent job!! A+ service! I came to this location because the location at General Booth Blvd told me that they had an oil shortage, for the type I wanted to purchase. Chris and Seth did an outstanding job. I was in and out very quickly. Chris even gave me valuable info on improving my cars' performance. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my auto maintenance. Thanks again guys.

Jiffy Lube on First Colonial in Virginia Beach provide awesome service! They really went above and beyond with their service by vacuuming my car, providing free refreshments and quick service. They even gave me a discount plus coupons. Definitely would recommend

My vehicle was damaged during the service. I watched the whole thing happen but the owner of the franchise said nothing happen? I have an estimate form the Toyota dealership that outlines the damages. No one from Jiffy Lube has done anything to help resolve the problem. You have been warned the owner/ operator of this business does not care about you as a customer!!! In response to the owner. You are a liar, liar, liar. You have already denied the claim prior to my post! Liar, you are a Dirt Ball. The only reason you responded too my review is because it has been Posted! Liar!

Fantastic service! They went and picked up a replacement battery from their supplier before close when mine died unexpectedly since I was only going in for an oil change, which undoubtedly put them past normal hours for cleanup and they stuck with the car and myself the entire time I can't recommend them enough.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The staff and manager were terrific! But when we arrived for our "jiffy lube" they didn't have an oil filter for a 2019 Silverado, what?????. Then when we came back, NOW THINK ABOUT THIS....they didn't have enough oil and had to go out and buy some from an auto parts place. I came here after having a not so good experience at the great neck location. I called this location and told the manager, Chris, what happened at the great neck location and he was more than understanding. After the call, I went over there to have the issue fixed and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very appreciative of Chris and how he handled everything!Service: Oil change

I went in for routine oil change. They were so professional, and just plain old nice! There was an issue with my vehicle shortly after, I contacted the main office and they resolved the issue almost immediately! Couldn't ask for better service!
