I called about 7:40 AM to schedule some work for Friday December 1st. I guess the women that I talked said she was supposed to send a link so I could agree to my appointment for Friday, well it's 11:40 AM and still no email, I even checked my spam folder. These people wonder why prophet upset with them? You bring in your car expecting it to be fixed and they push you away, where do you go to fix your car at the last minute? People like this who don't want to work should be Fired and have someone else who wants to do work etc. It just gives the company a bad name, that's why I had to post this so people know even Firestone Management.

It was easy to schedule the appointment online, the oil change is reasonably priced, I received numerous email updates, the guys at the front desk are very nice, my car was ready quickly, the location is convenient

I started coming to this shop about a year ago and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and most significantly, honest. Rose in particular has been a pleasure to work with. The prices are fair and they ve proven they will not sell you items just for the sake of it. An honest shop isn t always easy to find, so I wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

Worst experience I ve had at a Firestone. When coming back to the shop to ask about how the wear on my brake pads decreased over time I was told The measurements differed because it was a different technician. How did my brake pads increase thickness over time from 6mm to 8mm when I drive and use the brakes everyday. Makes me wonder if my car even got inspected??? Thanks Firestone.

Just stopped in for an oil change.No one working at the front desk, the 3 in the garage kept looking over but were apparently too busy to even acknowledge that I came in.Needless to say, my one and only stop here.

I bought my Firestone Destination LE tires in a set of 5 (full size spare for this guy!) and kept careful check on the alignment, tire pressure and rotation intervals to get every mile out of them I could.Then last week I got two nails in the right rear that this location fixed easily enough, fast service, fair price and I'm back on the road!Then the air pressure indicator on the dashboard showed the same tire down a week later. Took it back and there was a NEW nail in the tread too close to the sidewall, so it can't be fixed.#Bummer!They sold me one new tire, put the spare on and took the undamaged left tire and put it up as the spare pretty quickly.Then the technician checked the torque on all the lug nuts and made sure all 4 tires were able to communicate with the air-pressure monitoring system. The final two were nice touches and are the mark of a complete, professional job done well by a technician that takes pride in a job well-done.

Fantastic. On vacation in Virgina Beach. Had a tire issue on a rental van. They got me in and out with in a hour. We're concerned about me getting back to my vacation. Guppie took outstanding care to make sure my vehicle was once again safe. Thank you Firestone.

I hate yo admit that I am on a first name basis with this shop, but with all the construction in our neighborhood I seem to be here at lot. My wife must has a magnet in her tires. Roberto (service manager) is super friendly and the crew works hard and has always been fair. No one likes a flat, but these guys will get you patched up!

They're the best around. The service manager is a cool guy and doesn't try to rip you off like some places do when they know you're a lady. Genuinely has your best interest. Good prices and the service is done in a timely manner. Small waiting area if needed with a TV. Definitely recommend. They helped me when I had a big nail in my tire..as well as when I needed a new battery and alternator to Make sure I was back up and running. Thanks guys of firestone vb blvd.! I'll be back for any of my service needs in the future!

I was very impressed! I was in a bind, as my windshield wipers stopped working during a terrible storm. I went here, as suggested by Auto Zone, and the kind mechanic tightened the bolts and had me off and running in 10 minutes. I was happy to pay, but he insisted in taking no payment. He saved the day and made my day. I will most definitely be coming here for all my services now. Thank you!!

Do not go to this shop. They will only cash cow you and telling that your car needs to fix this and that. Worst experience overall.

I was happy about the services you like to feel comfortable when u trust someone with your vehicle she was honest, when Becky called to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle l knew she was telling me the truth. I will return for future service keep up the good work.

I made an appointment for an oil change and only had to wait 40 minutes. I thought I would be there for at least 2hrs. I have been going to Firestone for 12 years and have never been dissatisfied, there always wonderful!!!

I have been coming to this location for 7 years. Went to another location previously. I always have satisfactory service and they get it done fast. They are honest and don't add unnecessary repairs. Mostly go there for state inspection and oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Outstanding experience! Quoted me $86 for a tire where nearby tire shop best quote was $128. I asked for a rotation and then got a call informing me their test (which I didnt expect to get) found the vibration wasn't from tires so I was charged for rotation I didn't need. Done in a few hours. Fair and honest!

Stopped by to pick up 2 tires just the rubber. The service manager was friendly, however, I was given the wrong tires. When I returned to have the problem resolved, the service manager was quick to assist and apologized for the inconvenience.

Went in to buy four new tires. Kryston helped us decide, then we reviewed the tire from customer reviews. They stayed with their estimated price, and called us about a couple of things. She was very patient with us as we took our time to make a good decision, and answered all our questions.All said and done on their sale week, we were under $400.

We were greeted by a flat tire when we were about to leave Virginia Beach to travel home--Oh no! After getting it changed to the donut, we got it to this Firestone Center. They were able to get us in quickly, repair the tire, install a new sensor & remount the tire. They road-tested it (to make sure the sensor was set.) The waiting area was clean and comfortable. It took approximately 30-40 minutes and we were on our way back to Michigan. Yay! They did a good job and did it quickly. Who could ask for more!?!

I'm a mechanic in the military, but I am not allowed to take my POV into the government compound to do my own repairs.I use Firestone at this location for most (if not all) of my work to maintain my vehicle. The customer service is outstanding, the service is quite good.I can highly recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Luckily I'm smart enough to know when they're trying to price gouge.. An example... $170 JUST FOR LABOR to change rear breaks.... Not including the extra $50 they quoted me to get the brakes, I went down the road and got them for $22. It takes this place three hours to change brakes, it's obvious they shouldn't be in the mechanic business or they're gouging prices. Also wanted to charge $120 labor to install a 4ft piece of brake line with three bends in it.... The cherry on top was the bone head manager Jesse saying he refused to do any work unless I got new wheel cylinders put on bc he didn't think he could loosen a rusty bleeder screw... He said you can get that truck out of here unless you're replacing it, which he wanted an additional 500$ to do... Outrageous. We'll see if their regional manager calls me back and does anything about it. I would highly suggest you don't get anything done here even if you're broken down like I was. I paid for a tow to another place and still got it done for cheaper with an oil change and fuel filter. This place is an absolute joke with the people in charge here

If I could post negative stars I would I was told one thing on the phone and when I got there it was a whole another story. I explained to the women on the phone I would be getting to the store at 6 am they open at 8 and won't take state inspection appointments on Saturdays its 1st come 1st served which i am ok. But I asked the woman on the phone. If I am there will they take the night drop or me 1st she said they would take me. Now have waited 2 hours for them to open thats on me but the guy at the counter says oh we have to take the overnight cars 1st really these people are not even here

I took my van to get it serviced and inspected. They did everything with excellence. I had a custom wiring job that I wanted them to do (bypass the horn) and they did it to the letter.Special thanks to Ted, Roberto, and Jesse for keeping me updated soon every step of the process.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS SERVICE GARAGE!!!
