Great service and the front of the store were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service technician kept me up to date on brakes and what I needed. All in all great experience. Definitely a place I will return to get my car serviced.

Have been coming to this location ever since I started driving. Very good service, super friendly and knowledgeable. Always feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. Definitely recommend for your car care and repairs and def tires! They usually have good deals too. I got buy 3 get the 4th tire free.

All I can say is wow! I just moved to the area, have had really bad luck finding mechanics but I am so glad to have called and worked with this crew! John and Ryan helped me get it all set up, went in for an oil change originally but got a whole lot more done and am so thankful for that. I am looking forward to going back and taking care of my car properly with the crew there!

I had my car in for a simple change of the cabin filter. I explained to the serviceman why it was to be changed. He told me that one of the tubes must be clogged and that is why it was taking on water. He fixed the problem and I was able to run my car through a car wash and it wasn t leaking.

General Booth location had some issues while trying to remove/replace ball joint on my 2014 tacoma. Wound up being in shop, on rack, for 5 days. Christian and his crew were absolutely amazing during the whole process. Their customer service is second to none.

Do NOT go to this Firestone location, drove my vehicle 24miles after having it serviced. They denied ever working on my vehicle even with showing my receipt. My wheel fell off and damaged my truck, luckily I nor my family got injured. Filed a claim through corporate and they backed the store even with the proof of work, they held my truck for 2 DAYS and still claimed that no work was performed! I will never recommend this Firestone or any other one to anybody after this experience.

Thanks to the team. They were very efficient and it only took 3 hours to complete the job. Called in at 10am, dropped off my vehicle by 1130am and was able to pickup at 230pm.

After having an appointment to fixing my car, I have waited over 5 hours to change one thing only. They were not crowded, just taking it slow. My car was fixed but not completely. Another issue came up!!

Update 09/01/2022. In response to this review, Firestone was willing to reimburse me for the amount I spent on auto paint to attempt to repair this myself. I feel like this was a fair resolution.My issue was not with the staff or the service. I left my car there to have the brakes replaced and get a state inspection. When I picked it up several days later, there was significant damage to the bumper and Firestone (this location and corporate) would not assume any responsibility for this happening on their property, while in their possession. I was told it probably didn't happen in the bays and most likely occurred in the parking lot, but no one could say for sure. I was directed to go next door to DAV Thrift Store to see if their cameras picked anything up. The manager there (very nice) was willing to help, but there were several variables that would have needed to fall into place and I would have had to file a police report to get the process started. I was heading out of town and did not have time to do this. Neither this location, nor corporate, was willing to pay for the repair, paint, or make any gesture whatsoever to rectify this situation; no mention of commercial liability or garage keeper's insurance. The attitude was "Oh well. We can't control other people or what happens in our parking lot." I paid out of pocket for paint to attempt to repair it myself as best as I can. Not worth going through insurance. Do not recommend using this facility unless you can wait and keep eyes on your vehicle at all times. Will not use again.Service: Brake service & repair

Appointment at 3:15 to get tire repaired.Told 30-45 minutes and no problem waiting. Arrived at 3. Did not look at the car until AFTER 4. Tire could not be repaired. Purchased a new one. 2 1/2 hours later, finally finished. Don't make appointments. Don't say it's a 30-minute job when it takes 2 1/2. Don't ignore someone waiting for you to finish your work and act as if they aren't there. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

It is important to note that to schedule an appointment you MUST call the store directly. Scheduling using the website or cal center does nothing to actually make an appointment. I found this out when I made an appointment online, showed up on Monday as scheduled and was told there wasn't an appointment actually available until Thursday. All the website and call center do is send a request to the store, where someone will call when they get to it.

Read reviews. Everyone can't be wrong. Made apt for Sept 1 inspection. Didn't look at car till Sept 5. Quoted 1855.00 to pass car. Wanted to replace light bulbs. Rack and pinion. Emergency brakes. Etc etc. Just moved this car here from another state here. While waiting overheard service advisor quote another customer 300.00 who went in for an inspection stated high low beams didn't work. Customer said as far as he knew they worked fine. A senior citizen. I believe Virginia State DMV should do an investigation of this location.

Except for the restroom being pretty nasty, this place was above my expectations. A special thanks to Christian for making my visit affordable and pretty quick. Very satisfied and will most likely be a repeat customer.

Called and scheduled an appointment (spoke with a live human being from Firestone). Showed up and after someone from the shop floor finally got around to the line that had built up in the lobby I was informed that my appointment was scheduled with someone via an online interface and that he actually had several people in front of me and did not have a timeslot reserved for me. He offered to let me wait for an available slot to which I declined. Your appointment taking system is your problem, I took my business where my time was respected.

Great Automotive shop! Went here for an alignment with Firestone Chimney Hill's recommendation because their alignment machine we're down and made an appointment. Sure enough General Booth accommodate my service need and honor my lifetime alignment. I recommend this shop and thank you to the friendly staff!

We experienced a flat tire on our way to Sandbridge. My husband reached out and Christian went above and beyond to search for the specific tire we needed and when we brought the vehicle in for the tire he assisted him right away and replaced the tire. Awesome customer service. Gave them a call 2 hours before closing for an alignment and state inspection. Thankfully they were not too busy and fit me in. Took less time than expected. Additionally they were open the next day on a Sunday in which I got a tire mounted and balanced on my other vehicle. Was in and out in about 30 mins. Great place for minor car maintenance.

Called to ask about dropping my car off for an inspection. John, who answered the phone, wouldn t let me finish my sentence and said I m not a psychic . You sure aren t, John but I know what you are.

I highly recommend! Marcus from the start went above and beyond! I went in for inspection and sure enough needed a few things completed and they took care of everything and they were friendly, fast and efficient! I also took my husband's car same day dropped it and he needed one thing completed for a windshield and they were on it right away! Christian, Taylor & Steve are all very accommodating, genuine honest good people thank you all! Extra thanks to Marcus! We will definitely be back and recommend others.Service: Wheel alignment
