I made a 10:30 appointment for a state inspection. I dropped the car off at @10:20 and told them I would wait at the Starbucks across the parking lot. At 1:30, not hearing anything I returned to the store and found my car had not moved. I went in and was told that the car being inspected before mine needed a lot of work to be done to pass the inspection. I was furious. Three hours of waiting and my vehicle was not touched. It took another 50 minutes to have my car inspected. I was not happy mainly because I should have been given a phone call to advise me of the delay. I was and am very disappointed with the service I received.

The two people I talked with were very nice and happy to answer all of my questions. The estimated time it would take was very close.I also like the fact that your people test drive a vehicle after working on it. My car was aligned and it was done wonderfully!I have had other places not test drive and have the steering wheel not set straight. Definitely bringing my other cars here for work

I love this store. The folks that work the front desk are very good at communicating issues that arise as well going over the work order when the work is completed. I like the fact that they do not try to sell products that are needed like other oil places. The professionalism of the staff is impeccable.

I have had a lifetime front end alignment for several years and that is what brought me in this time. the people are polite and professional and provide the services i need in a reasonable amount of time. I have used this store for many years and i am completely satisfied with the work.

This location is going to be my new go-to for all future tire needs. Sam's warm and friendly disposition is so refreshing! She genuinely cares about the customers that enter the store and it shows through her smile, her conversation, and overall willingness to assist in any way possible. Robert, the technician that worked on my vehicle, was very friendly as well. He greeted me with a smile, had a pleasant sense of humor that I really appreciated, and did an excellent job on my vehicle. Sam, in case I didn't say it enough whilst I was there, I will say it again: You're awesome! Keep being you and thank you for providing me with an amazing experience!

Customer service was excellent! Wait wasn't long at all even though it was quite a few people waiting. Tyler did a great job of explaning everything and was very helpful. Definitely will go back when i need more work done

I came in with a couple of hours before closing needing a new tire. They squeezed me in when anyone else would have said no. They have great service and customer service. Highly recommend coming here for all your vehicle maintenance needs

***Update*** After my post a few weeks later Firestone reached out to me about my last visit an attempt to make things right. Long story short they definitely made things right and with me they corrected the issue that I had with my car and I have to say it feels like a brand new car. With that said I am very happy with the outcome of this entire situation they handled thing very professionally. I want to leave my original review to show that they do read these reviews and listen to their customers and if things aren t right they are willing to make them right. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a a good place to take their car to get look at if so don t hesitate.Been here a few times actually more then a few times with me and my wife s car. Anything that I don t have the time to fix or buying a tool that I ll only use once I bring here. They are pretty good about getting you in and out within a reasonable time even with a full parking lot and prices are fair and they normally do a good job. But recently I had some work done beginning of the month actually (January 2020 shocks front & back $1300) they told me i needed new shocks it would fix the problem it didn t not to upset about it because I needed new shocks eventually anyway so no big deal I guess. But what I do have a problem with is the grease they applied to my new parts and my car when they finished up. They sprayed it everywhere even on the back of my rims which it doesn t belong all in the wheel well which it doesn t belong break lines all of that even on the side of my car from over spray which it doesn t belong then they only greased one side. Some places it really doesn t matter but all on my rims and side of car like come on. Normally don t do reviews but I had to for this it s just a little much especially after spending $1300 to get something fixed that didn t even fix the issue. A few pics for your viewing pleasure.

I dropped my truck off at 1915 on Thursday ,I placed my key and envelope on the red drop box. I went by the store going to an appointment at 0900 , the truck wasn t moved and my wife drove by at 1700 and it was in the same spot. I called the store Friday at 1830 and it took them 7 mins to locate my key , they said it was on a shelf in the drop box , so that wasted a whole day,They said it would be completed Saturday, which is was do by 1115 when called me , The issue is was my key secure in the box since they didn t see it the next morning. When would the maintenance would ve been completed if I hadn t called?I had to call Thursday morning to ensure they could do state inspections, since last month , they didn t have inspectors to do it and I Jade to take it to NTB.I was a Goodyear customer for 30 plus years and left them earlier this because of some of the same issues.As I told the manager Firestone was trending the wrong direction, She didn t rely what happened to my tru

My experience with Firestone at this location was one of the best customer service experiences I ve been a part of. Tyler was a true professional that provided assistance immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my car s needs were met. I definitely recommend asking for Tyler any time you visit Firestone!

Did a Tire Rack delivery thing - and eveyone here was fantastic and sharp.. even funny. It was new shoes for a 2000 Jeep.. "Does it have TPMS"? ... "Noo, it doesnt even care if you have your seatbelt on" ... *laughter from the counter :) ... Perfect job, attentive, friendly and on the mark in all respects. Easy and painless. Definitely recommend.

One of the few corporate shops I somewhat trust. Everything to do with auto repair is expensive and over priced no matter where you go but at least I feel like it'll get done right.

Went there for an appointment on March 25th for lifetime alignment I have used numerous times. Since it was there I had them balance tires also. Well 3 and 1/2 hours later truck just getting down. Week later I'm rotating my tires so the newer ones are on the back. It's a tire place you should know the better traction tires goes in the back on a rear wheel drive vehicle. So now I know why my tire rotation was free cause the guy got to happy with impa t and trashed 4 studs and 4 lug nuts and through some lug nuts that are not designed for my vehicle on there. Left a broken stud and threaded another lug nut so that has to be replaced. Never again will I come back to this store. I knew I should have went to military highway store Never had a problem with them. Costing 30 $ to replace parts that were fine and the hour to do it myself the right way. Trust me if I could afford a alignment machine and tire balance machine would do it all myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Was nothing but talking and music playing loudly from garage the whole time

I got a flat tire within view of this Firestone location, so I pulled in. They inspected the tire and said it could not be repaired due to a large gash, and asked me if the tire, which I had bought at a different store chain, was still under warranty. When I said yes, they agreed with me that the best plan was to put on my spare tire so I could drive it to that store. They put on my spare and didn t charge me anything! What an honest and helpful mechanic!Service: Tires
