Super happy with the work European Autowerks does on my Mercedes. I have had them work on my Mercedes CLS63s AMG in the past and I just had me G-Wagon serviced with a few repairs like the alternator replaced, brake service, scheduled service etc. I have always been a "take it to the dealer" guy but I get better service from this locally owned business for a much better price. The thing is, when you walk in you feel like you are at a dealer service center or better to be honest. I drive from Chesapeake to have them to my work but it would not matter where I live. I would drive across Hampton Roads to have service experience I can trust but is still affordable.

A great experience. They are very personable and professional! They were prompt in answering my questions, sent me a quote via text message for the work I needed done, and made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. Most importantly, they let me know what services were needed and what services are optional at the time due to the condition of my car. I appreciate not being nickeled and dimed! I will definitely be coming back when I need more work done.

Full transparency, I thought I was booking a service appointment with a previous mechanic, but I accidentally picked the wrong place. Totally worked out for us though and will be returning for all of our future needs. We managed to inherit an audi when our child got new orders, and not having a bit of background on this car, we took it in with the concerns. Communication was AMAZING. Everything was laid out. I received an email with quotes and pictures of what they found and what they recommended(as a woman, this eased my mind a bit that I wasnt being taken advantage of and that the work quoted was justified). They were prompt and efficient and very thorough. Taylor let me know everything ahead of time and took the time to explain every step. He let me know what I absolutely needed and what could potentially wait just a bit longer(I was protesting doing everything in one shot). He made this process that I typically view as a nightmare, an absolutely pleasure. A car brought in for service by happenstance ended in a guaranteed return customer. Thank you!

Fantastic. They were able to diagnose our vehicle quickly and were in constant contact. Taylor really went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process involved, the TBS from Mercedes as well as the estimated time and cost of repairs. Very reasonable pricing as well. Will bring both our vehicles here in the future. Thanks Taylor!

Taylor the Service advisor was probably one of the most friendly people I ve ever met. He s very punctual and he will definitely let you know what their plan is and what they found with your vehicle. I 100% recommend this place. I m not gonna take this car anywhere else.

The employees were extremely helpful and understanding with my issues. They also were communicative and had my car ready the very same day! They explained the pricing to me and it all made sense. I would gladly go back and will return for my next oil change.

Brought car in for a pre-purchase inspection and mentioned a few things that I already noticed that were in need of repair. What I got for $350 was a confirmation of what I already knew. Didn t check faulty raise/lower system or several other issues that I didn t mention. Instead, merely commented on fluid levels and other meaningless crap like battery age, tire tread, etc. I remember when you guys were just getting started. You ve come a long way .in the wrong direction. The good news is it only cost me $350 to find out what all the other bad reviews found out the hard way. Steer clear of these thieves.

Believe every bad review you see, I m sorry I didn t. We just threw $1500+ down the drain. Said they fixed our car, came to pick it up and it was in worse condition than we left it in, then they say oops let us hold on to it for a couple more days, then wanna charge us another $2000+ to fix it. I also notice that they don t wanna hold themselves accountable for ripping ppl off and will blame the costumer but we have paperwork and messages as proof. These ppl are crooks.

I'm going to start off by saying that I will be bringing my VW here for work/maintenance from now on! The gentleman at the front desk is very professional and assists you through the process of check in and is extremely honest on what to expect when it comes to possible time frames that they may be able to work on your car.You first notice the sleek, modern design of the interior once you step in to the business. The only thing they are missing is some deep, melodic house music playing in the background. You check in your vehicle on a tablet. You are able to choose the make/model of your vehicle and can elaborate on what is the issue with your vehicle.The bathroom is very clean. There is a wait area with seating that also offers a variety of keurig coffees and teas. There is also a small refrigerator with water.Luckily, they were able to work on my car quicker than expected. I received a text from the business with a link. I tapped on the link and was taken to a personalized report with what they found wrong on my car and what they recommend servicing. They also provide pictures and videos! After viewing the report and pics/vids, I called the business and gave them to green light to fix my immediate problem.Honesty, complete transparency, and quality mechanical work is what makes this place stand out from the rest.

Great work clean shop bathroom clean.nice lounge. And they clean the car when the work was done. Wouldn't hurt to have some treats after all " Mercedes, BMW" we classy that way.

Great service, quality work. Service advisors were friendly and the online platform for sharing inspection results and service quotes was easy to navigate. A bit on the pricy side but OEM parts and good work for it.

I have been struggling finding an expert to fix my Alfa romeo and finally I found European autoworks. They have such a great service and professional technicians for any type of European car. They have fix my car in once day and I have constantly receiving updates about the status of the repair.They have great work ethics and extremely helpful.Shoutout to Laura who is in charge of the customer services , she is the best to deal with and will make the entire process easy and smooth.I had great experience and highly recommend to anyone who own European cars. That's the place to go DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME seeking.

very professional front desk, my only issue is for a shop called EUROPEAN Autowerks, they were stumped on how to work on my BMW from Europe. if you have had a car shipped over from Europe, I d save your time and skip over this shop.for reference, i requested for them to take a look at my tachrometer as it wasn t working (which is understandable i suppose, it isn t that common of an issue). and I requested an oil change. both of which were unable to get done.

This shop is definitely a rip off. I called them and asked how much they charge for an oil change on my Audi A5 2010, they told me $199.99! ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE DOLLARS AND NINETY NINE CENTS! FOR AN OIL CHANGE? LOL. A tech that knows what their doing should be able to do an oil change for about 30mins, 45mins max. And they call this shop European Autowerks? Right. Plus they only use the oil that they have. They wont let you pick the oil that you want for your OWN car. And the worst, dont know who I spoke with, but man they are rude. They didn't even sound like they had any interest in helping me out or doing business with me. So NO, I did not bring my car there. But If you have the money and dont care how much you spend on your car and want to deal with a customer service like that person I happened to spoke with, then goodluck. Dont think that just because they charge more, you'll get better service. They already failed on first impression. And their price is a total rip off. Or you can try Accurate-tune plus. I just got my oil change done there. Very nice owner and clean shop. I just gave them a 5 star.RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY:I wouldn't have given you guys a 1 star if it wasnt for the guy I spoke with yesterday. For charging people a lot, like $199.99! for a small job like an oil change, for charging that much money, your people could at least treat everyone with respect (not just as a customer but a person) and a lot of patience, understanding that customers have questions and that not all people is as smart as your people. Maybe I will be calling your shop again in the future just to see if you're culture actually gets better and if maybe change the way I feel about your shop. A lot of times, workers dont care about the customers as long as they get paid because its not their own business they are ruining. Maybe you yourself act very professional and a nice guy. But I cant say the same thing about your worker that I spoke with yesterday.

I own an E320 CDI Mercedes, towed it in two months ago for a leaking fuel injector seal. Was quoted $3300 to replace one injector, reseal other five injectors and replace a couple ball joints - $175 tow charge. I agreed because we include a 3 month/36k mile warranty - best in the business . Two months later, one injector they sealed is leaking. I drop the car off for warranty work and get two quotes instead. $1100 for another new injector or $6000 for five new injectors. I ask about the warranty and am told it pretty much only covers the new injector. I ask them to just fix the leak because I can t afford another large repair bill, $220 quote. Chris calls me back in an hour to tell me they are uncomfortable repairing the leak because the injectors look original I was hoping he would honor the warranty. I ask about the warranty again and tell him I just don t have $6000 for five new injectors and another useless warranty. I get a call telling me my car is ready and ask to pay the bill. Chris tells me no charge. I think awesome, they gave me warranty work! I go pick my car up and the injector is still leaking no charge because they didn t do anything! I get the car home, 60 miles, remove the leaking injector, clean it, install a new copper washer, use a new bolt and magically no leaks! I put 250 miles on the car this weekend and still no leaks.European Autowerks will up-sell you to death just to get your money but will not honor their own warranty! Stay far away from this place you ve been warned.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had a great experience over all I got an inspection and a tire rotation done on my car I only rate it so low because I drove it only one day to and from work and I barely made it home the next day my front tire almost fell off on the highway because they didn t tighten my tire on properly

The team at European Autowerks did an outstanding job installing running boards on our Mercedes. Mercedes does not make running boards for our particular model so the owner, Eric, searched far and wide to find the right set for our SUV. We cannot be happier with the look and installation. Everyone at European Autowerks were super helpful and friendly. This is a top notch business that really pays attention to the details and customer experience. I dropped my Mercedes C 300 off for a maintenance and to check for a transmission problem that I research was occurred from a low battery. After I declined services for the $600 diagnostic fee, when I picked up my car, my command module was disable. I immediately called to speak with a manager in reference to the problem. But was declined . And when I showed up the next morning, they did not want to further work on my car. Their are several 1 star complaints this year , and some in reference to them causing more problems. I am now filing a complaint with Jason Mayores, the attorney general of Virginia, under the Virginia, consumer complaint line. I suggest all others do the same.

Fantastic place. Got my car in with transmission issues on Tuesday and got it back by Thursday after having to get my whole transmission dropped. The price was reasonable since it s a European car but they were still able to get it lower. I would definitely come back here. My new clutch feels great!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The staff, especially Chris, was very professional and courteous. We had an issue with the suspension on our 2006 MB S-class. The team was able to get us in within reasonable time. Unfortunately, we had a couple related issues arise after the car was fixed, which they promptly resolved. They also gave us a loaner vehicle the last time we had an issue. We are very happy with their customer service.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

The customer service was awesome! They kept me informed about my car through a system that I feel that was cool because it gave me a full detailed description of what was wrong with my vehicle. Then Chris gave me a call to discuss the pricing of fixing the problem. I will be returning if there s anything else wrong with my car!

Great service and Team getting the answers to car owners to get their cars back on the road quickly. Easy drop off and pick up of car even after hours. European Auto Works can't handle just about any German or European car helping to fix any issues.
