Amazing experience! Came in needing a pair of tires that wouldn't break the bank. They threw them on and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes!! Definitely recommend them if you need any work done. Outstanding customer service as well! Very satisfied! :)

Nothing but good words for these guys. They are fast, offer great quality, great prices and amazing people to do business with. Dylan offered to help me out on ways he s not required to and before I even asked him to. You can tell they truly love what they do, so I can t recommend them enough.

The experience here was amazing! The auto mechanic spoke with us stating all cars are fully serviced and inspected thoroughly before even put on the lot. Dylan (salesman) was great to work with as a he was very knowledgeable about the cars and very patient and flexible throughout the process. All and all, great customer service!

Having had only one other experience dealing with buying a used car, I can tell anyone who contacts Eben-Ezer Auto Imports in Norfolk, VA. that you will be in good hands. I received courteous, professional assistance marked by great patience every step of the way, and especially navigating via computer the maze of legal documents that are always required during the car-buying experience. Mr. Dylan Mejia, who is owner and president of this business, is exceptional in how he goes about selling his inventory, especially reducing the stress related to this type of car buying.I should point out that he was in Norfolk,VA, and I in Florida, which made completing this transaction more challenging on both sides. We are both smiling today. I think I am very lucky CARFAX directed me to finding this rare older car at his location, whose manufacturing stopped in 2007. What is unique about this car is that Ford bought Jaguar with permission to develop an expensive sporty sedan, with the very best features of Jaguar and Ford engineering. The only exceptions regarding the agreement between them was not using the Jaguar logo and its distinctive car shape, since Jaguar would continue to manufacture the car using its original and/or upgraded features, logo and iconic shape. Great car and great experience!
