Had a situation and instead of trying to sell, they went the extra mile and made it work. Get this... no extra cost. They like their jobs and you can tell by how they treat their customers with respect. I will go nowhere else from now on.

This is my first time visiting this store on Laskin. I want to shout out everyone, including the leadership, who took time to take care of what I came in for. They are all very professional in knowing what they are doing. I trust them the first time they handle my special Work wheels for mount and balance. I'll recommend them to all my family and friends for their tire specialty needs. Thank you

Absolutely the best place to buy tires, won t buy them anywhere else. You d be hard pressed to find customer like this anywhere anymore. Feel like they truly value their customers. I ll be back, already bought three sets of tires with them. They even busted out the torque wrench and did things right. Can t say enough!!!

Highly recommend! Needed a couple tires replaced and was in and out in 40 minutes. Brad helped answer some questions the day prior, but everyone in the shop was friendly and accommodating. It s a nice surprise now a days to receive excellent customer service, but I got it today at Discount Tire s Laskin location. Keep up the great work and I will definitely be returning!

Dee was AMAZING!!! He was able to get me all 4 tires and windshield wipers at a great price. He was super helpful, patient, and had great customer service! Would definitely go back to him next time I have any tire issues

Worst service and professionalism I've ever experienced. I went in to get my tires balanced to fix a slight vibration at 50mph. I was told I needed two new tires and four lug nuts as they were stripped. With hopes of all this work I was expecting a smooth ride after. NOT! On the way home I noticed the same vibration. When I got home I also noted a missing hub cap center piece. Needless to say none of this pleased me. So, I took my car back and explained all of this to them. They pulled out three boxes of center tire piece hubcaps and found mine or one like mine and put that on and were suppose to have checked the balance.Still not balanced after that visit , I'd had enough.I then went to NTB and explained my situation. After looking at my tires they said none of the tires were properly balanced and the brand new one was not balanced at all. During this process they also noted that my brakes and rotors were non existent. This should have been pointed out to me at Discount Tire when they had all of the tires off the car twice to be balanced.Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Discount Tire at Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. If this store is any representation of what there other stores are stay clear of all Discount Tire Centers.#DISCOUNTTIRESUCKS#DISCOUNTTIREHILLTOPVBSUCKS

I have been to a couple of Discount Tire locales and the one on Laskin rd in Virginia Beach, VA to date has been the best service and precise service received in the area. I had maintenance needed on my company vehicle and they went above and beyond that landed me premium tire grade above what the norm is. I had bought a jeep and got outfitted for a tire/wheel package set for the budget that I had and requirements I needed. Both times I had dropped off my vehicles and received updates rather frequently via text. Both times my vehicles were done way under the time quoted. I would like to recognize Keith and Victor (store management) for my flawless experience at the Laskin Rd Discount Tire VAB09 location. They have done a good job ,and from an outside POV, the other customers were treated the same. Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I bought used tires here and after installing it, they didn t even bother taking out a huge white sticker on the threads. Then after 6 days, I hit a curb lightly and it popped and deflated.I called and the manager said he ll be able to refund me but all their available tires were above $150. They lack so many selections and it ended up me spending a lot more money than I wanted.

I totally recommend Discount Tires!!!! DA'VION M was amazing! I went in and ask for my 2 tires change and ask if they have a certain tire that I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have it in store at the time but they can order it for me and will get to me by tomorrow which is the next day. Booked it for the next day at 2:30pm and they had called to tell me my tires are in if I could come 10am or 10:30am I choose 10:30 so I could get ready. Got there 10:05am they took me in and finished my tires in less then 30 minutes!!!! It was literally so quick and fast. I was in and out. Anyways service was amazing and the employees were super nice and helpful! They answered all my questions that i had and were patient with me. Oh Can't forget! I got a free tire rotation with my military discount Amazing team that you guys have, keep up the great work guys

What a surprise!!! As I walked to the door, Brad met and welcomed me in. When I told him one of my tires had a slow leak he took my keys and pulled the car into the building. Then, he asked for my information. One thing that was nice is the car was then already in the stall to be worked on. Brad indicated it would be about an hour. About 15 minutes later I asked why it would take an hour and he said it normally takes less than half an hour but they were shorthanded this morning. Then about 10 minutes later the technician (whose name I didn't catch and is not written on the invoice) came to the showroom. He had pulled the car up to the front, handed me the keys and the invoice. The invoice was for --- wait for it ---- $00.00. Zero, no charge.... I looked around to see who had paid my bill and then he said they don't charge for flat repairs. What??? The invoice indicated Free Flat Repair and Rebalance AND he reset the Tire Pressure Indicator Light.... ALL for No Charge.... Wow.... Not only am I writing this review I'm going to post the same on my FB account. This is the store I'll send my friends to and the store I'll definitely include on my shopping list when I need tires or accessories. Even if they're not the least cost, I'll do business with them again if the pricing is at least competitive. This is a good place to check out.

Really appreciated the patience and service provided to me at this location. They were knowledgeable, asked the right questions and even called me back with a great offer after I had ended the first phone call to make sure I was considering my options. D specifically was a huge help and the entire team made me feel comfortable! The wait time was . Incredible. I was able to get all 4 tires replaced on my 30 min lunch break Will be back again and again and recommend you do the same. Thank you, Discount Tire team!

Visiting VA beach and woke up to low pressure in one tire. Stopped at one place and they do not work on Tesla at all, even tires. Called discount tire and they said bring it in. They found a large nail in the tire and repaired it for free. Great brand new store. Staff very friendly. Thanks Dee.

Quick, easy, friendly and an absolutely great price!! Highly recommend this location! From a competitor I got told it is not possible to repair the tire and offered me a new tire. So I went to Discount Tire for a second opinion and I was very happy to do so!!Tire is fixed and doesn't leak, Discount Tire found with me a new customer and both parties are happy

I bought the tires online and was able to get them installed the same day. As I sat in there and listened to some really rude customers, the manager and Brad were overly polite and doing what they could to make things rite even when it wasn't the store or the employees fault. After sitting there for about 1.5 hrs my SUV was ready and I told both the Manager and Brad just from what I witnessed in person and heard on the phone calls they have my money from this day forward. I highly recommend this Discount Tire to anyone sick of dealing with rude employees elsewhere.

Keith, Brandon, Brad, you guys were AMAZING! We had a tire puncture & could not make it to store. They came to us!! Put spare on, repaired tire, & sent us on our way...no charge! We have been Discount Tire customers & will be for life!

Thank you!! I was in tears when in VA Beach for just 1 day for my kids tournament and I got a flat tire. My tires are from Costco and they did nothing because they didn't have the tire I need in stock. I was 240 miles from home with a spare tire on and Costco said "good luck". Went to Discount Tire and they sold me a used tire for a very reasonable price and I was back at my kids tournament in less than an hour!! Please open a store in NoVA

Jesse went out of his way to get the rare tires I needed in stock within an hour! I can now head home to NC stress free after coming to town for a family emergency. The whole staff has excellent customer service!!

I needed 4 new tires for my SUV and went there because of a previous tire (which I had bought at a different place) and they had fixed it at no cost, on top of being very nice and client oriented. I got my new tires in a timely manner with a great price match. Their warranty is awesome and so is their road hazard commitment. I definitely recommend to check them out when you need replacement tires.

This business has exceptional customer service. I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. The tech discovered one of my tires was damaged. Since I had purchased the tires and road hazard coverage there, they ordered me a new tire and replaced the tire the next day. Each interaction I have had with the staff has been EXCEPTIONAL. The staff seems to actually like their jobs, and enjoy making customers happy. They have been quite successful in making me happy!!!

I brought my truck in for a tire, well as there bringing my truck back out they had some kid backing it up dropping my clutch in reverse and in first he actually spun tires pulling it up to me. No shame towards him. Management should know way better then to let an unexperienced kid back my manual antique truck up EVER! I will never return to this specific discount tire and again no shame to the kid I actually hyped him up for it cuz ik she's a bada$$ and granny gears typically torqued up but still a what if should always play in the back of their minds, it's my vehicle not yours.

Wow. If I could give this location 10 stars I would.I would send anyone here. Clean, professional, super knowledable, and generous meeting all my needs. Had a tire with a bolt in it. Replaced tire and on the road in under 35 mins. Worked with me on pricing, too! When IM IN A BETTER PLACE $$ WISE, I will be bringing my business here 100%.

All the other 5-star reviews are accurate. Large selection of tires to choose from. Streamlined intake process. Clean facility. Quick service. Very friendly and competent service.The manager, Keith, very engaged with the staff and customers. He absolutely takes pride in his store and servicing the community.
