I love this place. I own 2 Teslas and I take them here to be serviced over bringing them to Tesla because Scott's service is way better and higher quality than the Norfolk Tesla. He gets things done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. As long as his shop exists I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Scott has serviced our Saab for 6 years now. We have never had anything except a stellar experience with Courthouse Imports! He is efficient, friendly, organized and takes care of our car in a way unmatched by other car service businesses.

After having 2 shops decline doing it Courthouse Imports performed a state inspection on my Tesla Model Y. They were courteous and competent. We found Courthouse Imports a few years ago, and wish we had found them a lot of years ago! Hands down the best automobile service we have ever experienced. We live in Michigan and we're bringing a vehicle back from Norfolk, VA. Scott and his team got us right in, checked to see what maintenance needed done to ensure a safe trip home then proceeded to stay late on a Friday night to complete the job so we could get on the road home safely the next day. Courthouse imports took great care of my car. Scott and his team gave a very thorough assessment with my vehicle when I had to bring it in for a check engine light issue. Scott is amazing! I have been using him for years. It is so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust, and I trust Scott implicitly! I have had him give me repair options with him my vehicles multiple times just to have him talk me out of the more expensive route because he didn t feel it was necessary. That just doesn t happen these days! A great mechanic and an even better person....what a combination!!!

You'll be hard pressed to find a better place to take your vehicle! Scott and his team are absolutely amazing at what they do. They're knowledgeable in all aspects of troubleshooting and repair. Your vehicle won't spend extra time in the shop just because nobody can figure out what's wrong with it. If you want the best for your car to ensure that it lasts as long as possible, keeps you safe, and never has need of a tow truck, don't look anywhere else!

I have been dealing with Courthouse and Scott for several years. I have to say the quality of service is excellent. One of if not the best experience I ve had with auto repairs. I consider myself a self taught DIY auto mechanic but there are some jobs that are too technical or too big for my driveway so I am always looking for a good, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic. I have dropped two vehicles off here and the phone calls to report the findings I already knew both times but I never let on to a shop that I already know what s wrong. It s kind of my test to gauge their truthfulness. Both times when I received the call to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle Scott was spot on. Of course there were some recommended actions which I appreciate but the root problem of why I took it in both times were exactly what I was expecting. It s hard to find an auto mechanic shop who doesn t try to up sell a bunch of repairs. Small town shop with good honest people and they have earned my return business!!

Scott at Courthouse Imports was wonderful to work with when my older vehicle was making a strange noise. He quickly diagnosed the problem, sent me a video of what exactly was wrong, gave me a quote for the fix, and had the job done later that day. He gives his customers nothing but the best service! We will be using him for all of our vehicle needs.

After looking for an honest and reasonable mechanic for years, we found Scott at Courthouse Imports. Never have to worry about extra work or fees added. Very dependable and honest. And don't let the name fool you, they work on all makes and models.Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have a small fleet of trucks for my roofing business. I have been taking my trucks to courthouse imports for years. They always do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Vey honest also. If repairs are not needed they will tell you the truth! Vey hard to find in the auto repair business. I also take all my personal vehicles to them. What a great company. I would defiantly recommend them.Jim

I m 34 now, but Scott, the owner, has been servicing my vehicles since I was just 15.Over the years I ve taken him a number of rare headaches. He s the only person in Virginia I trusted to work on my Corrado, my two Audi s, or either of my Subaru STi sedans. From your every day ford or Chevy to your luxury and performance vehicles like the Audis I took to him, Scott has the knowledge and the tools to get the job done right.My sister and mother both have used Scott as well and we trust him to give them honest advice and service. He s saved our family a lot of money over the years with his fair pricing and his honest word.I recommend courthouse imports to friends and coworkers regularly and I always know that they will have a positive experience. If I have a question I don t know the answer to I know Scott will have the info.Scott is not only in the business, but he is passionate about it which makes a difference. Scott has been involved in auto racing for as long as I can remember and he also supports charitable organizations with his arena and auto racing. You can t go wrong with courthouse imports.

Scott and his team are the only ones I will let work on my cars. He has kept my 23-yr-old 4Runner with 265,000 miles running like a champ. Always prompt, always lets me know what *has* to be done vs. what *should* be done. Went back and fixed some shoddy work done by another guy, saving my favorite vehicle.Highly recommended!!

Scott is a great guy, fair priced and I trust him with all my vehicles. Although the name has imports in it he has done work on our Z06 corvette, Mustang GT and CTS-V.Highly recommended.

These guys were great. Courteous and informative. Did a full diagnostic to determine the problem with my car. When I explained that I couldn t afford it and would have to tow it away, I asked what I owed them and was told, nothing at all. Just let us help you when you can. Breath of fresh air in a sometimes less than honest business.Chris

Scott is the type of mechanic I can send my mom to, without concern of her being taken advantage of. He is extremely fair, and the type of person you can trust. Wouldn t go anywhere but Courthouse Imports.

These guys are great! Fair, honest, they tell it like it is. You can trust them. They'll tell you if your cars issue should be fixed or if you can let it go for a bit. They are our family's mechanic.
