Chandler's is my go-to shop for my '06 Land Rover. He's handled both emergencies and routine maintenance for me and is very knowledgeable about the kinds of issues that come with an older car. I'm going to be buried in my rover and Chandler will keep it running smoothly until then.

Chandler is the man! I came across Chandler's Precision Automotive after looking for a mechanic that specialized in Land Rovers. I had them do a post purchase inspection, fluid changes, CV axle replacement and coolant system work on my Range Rover. They far exceeded my expectations and offer better service than any dealership would provide. Chandler is honest, fair, and their attention to detail/work is second to none! The gentlemen at this facility are truly awesome! The level of customer service is amazing. I felt valued as a customer and as a person.I was here visiting family when my master warning light came on. I was scheduled to leave, but I was worried about driving home. I brought it in, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to check out my vehicle to make sure it was safe enough for me to drive home.I would highly recommend them.

Among the best experiences I've ever had at a shop. Truly exceeded my expectations. I had Chandler and his crew complete a timing chain and guide replacement on my Range Rover. Chandler kept me well informed throughout the process, and even allowed me to come over and observe while everything was taken apart. Overall, Chandler was very accommodative, happy to answer my endless questions, and is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. Chandler and his team are true professionals in every way. What a fantastic experience! These guys are great. We had an AC issue with our 2018 Yukon and brought it in for a check. Diagnosed issue being the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced. They were very quick with the repairs, even a few days ahead of what was quoted. If you need quality automotive care do not hesitate to head to Chandler. They re friendly, experienced and very helpful.Service: Air conditioning

You know how military spouses always lament having to find a new hair stylist and doctor when they move? Chandler has taken that top spot for us. Of all the 5 stars I have ever given, Chandler s is the top of the pile.Finding a trustworthy place to take two aging cars is tough, and when you do, you never want to leave! After a terrible experience with Davis trying to rip us off, a neighbor recommended Chandler and I m so glad he did. Fair, honest, and absolutely excellent at what he does. I d give a 6th star if I could!

Hey guys wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with Chandler. It's hard as a female to find a great mechanic that treats you with respect. He fixed my front brake pads rotors and my brake power booster. I'm someone that needs to see how everything works. He had no problem putting my car on a lift and explained everything and that really impressed me. The shop is clean, modern, and again as a female I found it very comfortable to wait for my car. He did an amazing job and I plan on using him again and trust him to work on my family and friends cars as well. Also his prices are fair as I called around. Great work Chandler!

I chose this place based on reviews and that he works on Land Rover. Everything going wrong with vehicle was explained completely. I am happy with the service as completed in the time promised and got me back on the road again. This will be my new shop of choice, as I just moved back to area.

Chandler has been a good friend for over 15 years. He helped me work on my new (old) Audi A8L W12. His work is efficient and the shop was clean. I couldn't ask for a better experience. All around great shop!

Got the name of this shop on a recommendation from a neighbor and reading the reviews sealed the deal. These guys are outstanding! Came in with a laundry list of "recommendations" from the dealer for service and after a thorough evaluation, it was determined that less than half were necessary. I left the car with them and they got it all done in less than a day. Incredible service, excellent communication, very fair pricing, and HONEST! That's worth every penny. This shop has a great reputation in the area for a reason.

Dave R.1 week agoI called to see if I could get a pre-purchase inspection done on my first Jaguar ever. With one-day notice they were able to fit me in at lunch time. The shop was very busy but they started on my car promptly upon arrival. We discussed my known concerns followed with a test drive by Chandler. He then brought it into the shop where he used computer analysis and visual inspection to determine additional concerns. After he completed the inspection, he have me a one on one explanation of his findings as well as recommendations. This thorough inspection allowed me negotiation power for my purchase. I can't recommend Chandler strongly enough. Very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning

I had several maintenance items serviced by Chandler. Everything went perfect. Very professional, honest and fair priced. I was verbally told what he would do, he did it and then listed that he did it with the services done in a timely manner. Did a very through and complete check of the vehicle and gave his opinion if anything else was of a concern that I had not addressed in my service request. All was A OK. Very clean and well organized office and shop.

I have had my fair share of experiences with car places and Chandlers by far exceeds any place I've ever visited. He was honest the whole time, even to the point of not sure if the repairs were worth it for the value of my vehicle. Kept me in the loop and repairs were perfect. Prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to using chandlers for all of my future car troubles.

Hands down the BEST MECHANIC that I know in Hampton Roads! Never had any issues with them and they were always upfront with me and that means a whole lot especially in the automotive industry. Chandler is extremely honest and an awesome mechanic. He has worked on my car several times , the latest was front brakes and a headlight issue. He went over my whole car and explained to me what work needed to be done and used a mirror to show me the worn out pads . As a female it is refreshing to have a mechanic who is honest and doesn't talk down to you . Would definitely recommend and will be going there for my car service needs from now on!

Bottom line: UNBELIEVABLY PROFESSIONAL AT THE RIGHT PRICE. After leaving the gym on a cold January day, i came to the unfortunate event of my truck not starting. Luckily, I noticed Mr. Chandler and one his associates were out in the parking lot providing jumps to move some vehicles. I had asked for a jump assuming he was just helping someone out. However, Instead of getting a jump, Mr. Chandler quickly diagnosed the issue as something other than the batter. He immediately jumped under the truck to inspect the starter; to which he knew was seized. Coming from California, I thought this issue would cost at least $1000 plus dollars and take over 10 days to fix. Mr. Chandler had the part there by close-of-business and at a cost of $300 dollars.Thank you again!

Awesome awesome service! He fixed the issue right away! Not all mechanics make you feel comfortable but I didn t have anxiety about dropping my vehicle off with him! No more RK Chevy! I highly recommend him! His lab is super cute and sweet!
