UPDATE 09 APRIL 2024; Exactly 11 months ago today I received my truck back. To date, I have had ZERO issues with the truck including any rattles, squeaks, performance, paint, parts malfunction, or anything else related to the repair work. This is another testament to Caliber Collisions well thought out plan, parts acquisition, and quality of work performed. ///I have used Caliber Collision twice this past year by no fault of my own going through the other party's insurance company. Caliber kept the process simple, initiated frequent updates, answered all questions, my vehicle had over $35k in damage and required a complete frame change out along with front, rear, and bed work. I have had the vehicle back 5 months and have no issues from ANY of the repairs. Pretty impressive for significant damage and a 4.5 month repair (2 months waiting for parts). Paint matches perfect, Fit is like factory, Most parts were OEM price matched. All of this with lifetime warranty on labor can only tell you that the Caliber team takes pride in their work and I enjoy driving my truck once again. EXCEPTIONAL job Russ and TEAM!

Don t choose caliber. Go with another shop. This one took 60+ days to repair my vehicle just for it to pass quality control with a broken/missing bolt and broken undercarriage. I regret going with Caliber. I understand it may be a 'preferred shop' from the insurance provider but that is solely because they cut corners which leaves your vehicle safety at risk. I regret going with Caliber.

The team Caliber Collision did a fantastic job with repairing our truck! Looks brand new! It did take a while to get parts because they were on back order however Mark, my service advisor kept me in the loop the entire time and through the entire process! Thank you for the great service!

I took my car to Caliber Collision after a friend recommended them to me. I was rear ended at a traffic light and needed a new bumper. Every employee that I encountered was welcoming, polite, knowledge and professional. Communication was great throughout the entire process. I received updates on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as promised. The body work and painting was top notch. I've never seen my car so shiny, even on the day that I bought it. The tech was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He even followed up with me via phone, email, and text to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done. I'm so satisfied that I even told my mechanics at MasterTech Auto Care about my experience. I will be recommending Caliber Collision to all of my friends, family, and clients. Caliber Collision has a customer for life. Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my SUV is in good hands.

Caliber took great care of my truck! They updated me regularly if parts were delayed and they even helped with connecting my insurance company for additional coverage of repairs when needed. They have excellent customer care are will make sure you are happy when you leave.

Lower estimate by real person than by other shops using AI. Very amicable and answered all questions. Received almost daily updates and the work was accomplished weeks ahead of schedule. The 2007 car looks brand new. The vehicle was cleaned and detailed. If you re not using Caliper you are using the wrong company

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. The repairs that technician did is very satisfactory and Russell is real deal, keep me updated during the process of the repair and explain everything. My truck looks brand new. Excellent work and employee.

Caliber Collision is definitely a 5 star facility. My truck was hit buy a deer and they were able to have my truck back and looking better than before . The body work was perfect and paint looked show room ready .

I was in an accident that wasn t my fault and was referred to Caliber Collision by the other insurance company. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Travis was my service advisor who took the time to go over what would be occurring and kept me up to date with the status of my van. I highly recommend them for any repairs regardless of what your circumstance is!

About the worst experience with a company I have ever had when having a car repaired! My car was towed to another location, and parts arrived broken ( twice on the windshield some excuse). Completion for some simple body work and a windshield replacement will take over a month and they do not give a fig. I do not have a 2nd car, so I am running out of my rental allowance, of which they said - oh you have 60 days!! I do not have 60, I have closer to 40 of which I am about to run out of soon. I had the same windshield repaired with a small, local guy fully repaired before and it was booked and completed in 3 days. When I realized I was having to take my car to Caliber, I dreaded the idea. I had used the company in Rock Hill, SC and remember they take forever. I do not care how many updates I receive by text message. Would not recommend.

My repair job was flawless. Russ provided excellent communication, as did Jada. Their phenomenal "paint scientist," Walter, was able to match a tricky paint color perfectly. A loaner car was supplied with no problems at all. The office people here are completely clueless, so I would probably avoid them like the plague. They really don t know what they re doing and they will tell you for days on end that the insurance you re working with is covered and then they will tell you suddenly that it s not. And the manager refuses to come to the phone to acknowledge mistakes. I had confirmation that the insurance company I m working with has had several people work through caliper, but for some reason the current staff is clueless. This place will not call you back under any circumstance. You have to constantly call them to get anywhere and even then you don t get anywhere.

After 4 months of my truck being in the shop, I must say I'm pretty happy with the service and the fantastic customer service that I have received. I have been constantly been updated through phone calls and text messages throughout the entire process of my truck being worked on. Very professional, very friendly, very quick. They got my car perfect, got it done early, and sent me 4-5 updates in just a 2 week span to let me know when parts were coming in, when we had reached the next stage of the process, etc. They never made me wait for paperwork or to speak with someone, and even fixed a quick issue that didn't have to do with the assigned repair free of charge. Called in for trying to get apprenticeship job, was very helpful, got me in quick and has been working with me until I graduate, it has now been delayed because of a CWI at my school but here at Caliber have been working with me, say they like me and to just call in when I graduate and they will set me up with my 2nd interview.

Caliber handled the repair for my insurance claim and I was so satisfied with the whole process, from the moment they reached out to me to schedule an estimate, to the moment I drove away in my repaired, freshly detailed car. Their communication was was great - frequent and informative - the tech was wonderful, and the customer service was outstanding. They made the whole process so smooth because they called the rental car company to come pick me up after I dropped my car off and then I was able to return the rental to them at pick-up. Finally, they thought they would have to replace the bumper, but they were able to repair it, so I got my car back in just a week and one day. That was the best part of the whole thing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
