Brandon was responsible to oversee my repair process. He was very welcoming, explained the process very well. I was able to contact him everytime I needed. Brandon called with updates every Mon/Wed/Fri until my repairs were completed!!! My car looks great, probably better than when I bought it. I couldn t be more happier!! Thank you Brandon for making my first experience an Awesome one! & to the Mechanics you all did great

I'm in a customer service type of job myself, so when I see the overwhelming majority of great reviews and a few cranky people that didn't get exactly what they wanted right away, I ignore them and so should you. I've never had bad service from Nate and I've followed him wherever he works. I know he is honest and takes concerns seriously.

Service is great. Responsive, knowledgeable, polite, hard working staff and technicians. Our vehicle is good as new, and they even got it back to us earlier than promised.

Had to have my car recently repaired due to a minor fender bender... had experience with Caliber in California that was amazing. This location was even better. They communicated with us regularly and stuck to the deadline. It took longer than I anticipated but not longer than they promised so I can appreciate that they are realistic about setting expectations from the gate. They had the best customer service which is rare to come by these days.

Trust me, they delete all the bad reviews they did a car repair on my car. I had to come back three times and on the third time something fell off of my car because they did not repair it properly. This is the worst car repair place do not believe these reviews, there is a lady in there right now saying that they messed up her car ..

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. The team was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the repair process. They did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the process and ensuring this was as seamless as possible.

They took care of my Buick. Loved how they kept me informed on the whole process from beginning to end. It was great! If you ever need body work on your car go to Caliber collision on Holland road. The customer service is excellent and the work they do is great!! Eevy helped me out and let me tell you. Work conducted was fine but inside trim for window was not seated properly, interior was absolutely covered with dust (floor to rooftop) and trash was thrown into the bed of the truck. Vehicle was not treated with respect and was just pushed through the damage repair process. I have an almost 2 year old and can t even let her in the vehicle because dust is everywhere. Now I have to take time off work to return the vehicle to have corrective measures taken after they had it for more than a month.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is amazing! I've been hit twice and each time they made my car look like no one had ever hit me. They do an amazing job! The customer service is excellent as well. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always keep you updated on what's going on with repairs on your vehicle. Shout out to Aaron Horton who was my service advisor. He was awesome! Picture it. Saturday, October 12, 2019. I was headed to Sonic that morning to get some breakfast for myself and to drop something off for my mom at her work too. Once parked into one of their stalls, I noticed that one of their menus were bulging. As a result, some maneuvering was needed to get the car out with as little damage as possible. In the end, the car was still able to be driven and notified the manager at Sonic as to what happened. I provided my insurance info to them, picked up my order and left. After getting home, I notified my insurance company (GEICO) about what happened. After talking to the representative, they recommended and set an appointment for me to go to Caliber Collision on Monday at 4 pm.On October 14th, I arrived at Caliber Collision and spoke to the clerk at the desk. I also noticed when walking up to the building that this was a GEICO Auto Repair Express location. The clerk then called for Nicole Glover, who would be my service advisor throughout the process. She gave me an outline of the process and then went out to look over the damage the car had. They made several markings throughout noting pre-existing damage (normal wear and tear from travels) and the damage from the accident. She went over the process and the timeline for completion, which would be about two weeks. After settling everything there, I met with a representative from Enterprise Rent A Car to get a rental car for the time that my car is being worked on. After finishing the electronic signing, I was on my way with my rental car for the duration of repairs. The following day, I would get a call from the adjuster from GEICO (John Payne) that would be handling the claim. He introduced himself and went over the damages and the estimate. In the end, that estimate would be the final total, as no other issues were found as a result of the accident.Over the next two weeks, I was in contact continually with Nicole on the status of the car repairs. She would give me daily updates via text messaging, and in some cases, called to speak to me and go over the current status of the repair process. This was a great personalized touch that I haven't had anywhere else. Throughout the process, the estimated completion date was October 25th.On October 25th in the early afternoon, I had gotten a call from Nicole that the repairs were completed and my car was ready for pickup. That was great news. Even though I never met the adjuster in person from GEICO, the process seemed very smooth. Nicole took me out to the car to look it over. When I looked at the car, it looked like nothing ever happened. That's exactly how I envisioned what the car should look like after an accident.Overall, the process at Caliber Collision was smooth and easy. I was kept informed of the status throughout the process with regular communication with Nicole. I know we don't want to have any accidents, but if something were to happen in the future, I would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat. Another great thing I found out after it was all done is that there is a lifetime warranty on the repairs that were done provided by both GEICO and Caliber Collision. If you find yourself in an accident and need repairs done for your car, look no further than Caliber Collision.

Shop did an excellent job and were very polite. Brandon was superior in knowledge and keeping me informed the whole way through. Car was clean and ready 4 days earlier than quoted and in perfect condition. Thoroughly enjoyed my repair experience here. Paint was matched to perfection. Trim was returned to normal. All kept on schedule. My estimator Alexandria B was incredibly professional and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

Would not recommend. They called to change my schedule. Longer repair time. When I dropped off my car June 7 for the actual repair, they told me it will be ready July 5th. When they told me it was ready for pick up and went and did the inspection, not all repairs were done. I had to go back another day to pick it up.
