This is my second time at this shop, and their quality of work remains unmatched from anyone else in the area. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication are just some of the reasons I drove over an hour to come have my F350 aligned here.Make your appointment now because they book up quickly, and it can be weeks before you get a slot. Don't hesitate, this shop is the best.

Went in for a bad and sad alignment and left a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Shippy has been working on my vehicles for a few years and he's always very understanding, caring and patient. His knowledge of the vehicle always what needs to be fixed is always intriguing to me and learning something new for my car is fun for me. Harrington is my car, he's ready for his inspection.

Great service from Chris Alvarez! Installed new suspension and steering parts and needed alignment. Had to check this place out because of the 5 star rating! Had a front wheel alignment done for $80 dollars and was able to watch my car aligned in their shop! Thank you!

I was referred to Bert s Alignment by Pungo, the initial call with Pam, was very helpful and very customer friendly. She was able to schedule me for an appointment within a week of my call. When I arrived, she was very inviting and asked all of my questions/concerns. Then I met Chris, who was going to be doing my alignment and he is a stand up guy! Very up front and honest with the problems on my truck. He got straight to work. I will recommend everyone that needs truck services done to these amazing people!Service: Wheel alignment

I can understand why these guys are booked a week or so out. The shop was well kept and the staff were a pleasure. Chris took the moment to listen to my concern, pull up specs on his App after not having the correct settings for my newer jeep in the book. Dialed everything in perfectly and had me out of there in about an hour. After 3 other shops declined for not "Having the updated Spec" Bert's stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended for honest straight forward service.Service: Wheel alignment

Usually not one to leave a review. However my experience was so phenomenal I had to this time around. Great shop, great people, great service. Had a first time appointment at 4 for a front end alignment and Shippy got me out of there within 30 mins. Very clear that these guys know what they re doing. My car hasn t driven this well since I bought it back in 2021. Safe to say they ve earned a customer for life. Will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know. This is a great shop with an amazing owner and staff. They have a very friendly and professional atmosphere. They also took the time to explain everything during my appointment. I'm very happy with the serviceand will definitely return there again.

Mr. Chris was awesome!!!! It took him 30 min to align a F350 Dually and I could tell a HUGE difference as soon as I started to drive away!!!!5 Star Customer Service the second you walk into the shop. Very warm and welcoming. The waiting area for me was is very nostalgic with the old Barbers Chair and Coke Machine Cooler.

Total confidence in this place. I've been going to Chris Alvarez here for nearly a decade. He's got 22 years of experience in his field and knows his stuff. Never a bad alignment here. Got a lifted truck? Got a custom suspension? Need an alignment? Go to Bert's.

Made a appointment July 21st for august 4th called in august 3rd to check on pricing then they tell me a worker if there s just quit and didn t put me on schedule which makes no sense considering I made the appointment two weeks prior. As a construction worker I work 60 hours a week and had to call out the day of appointment and now I m stumped with no compensation from the boss there . His only help was he could do it next wensday which isn t helpful considering I have a job and that s why I made an appointment in the first place !!!!!!!! This place does not take appointments seriously

Took my lowered 2023 Camry into them for an alignment. Tandy greeted with a friendly smile and Chris meet with me before working on the car. Car is perfectly straight. Second time I ve had them work on my cars, I will be back.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Definitely the place to take your vehicle to get an expert, custom alignment. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and they listen to you before they start work. Second truck I've had aligned here, and both times results were outstanding. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing. I lifted a brand new Tacoma and ultimately had to take it to another shop for the initial alignment. The first shop (left un-named) was not familiar with lifted vehicles and they took two tries and couldn't get it right. Told me it was "within spec" but it still drifted. So I took it to Bert's which is the shop everyone recommended. They took the time to dial it in- still within spec and absolutely no drifting. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for alignments from now on. Not to mention their waiting room is possibly the most magnificent place to wait- which isn't very long because they are pretty fast too! 10/10 highly recommended.Service: Wheel alignment

Super friendly staff. I love that they if they have a cancellation to see if you want a sooner appointment. They also call to remind you of your car appointment. Like the docs office. Love that customer service is a top priority for Bert s.

Chris is the alignment wizard. Dealership couldn t figure my issue out, Chris had it sorted in 15 minutes! 3 vehicles I ve owned have been here and always on the money! Plus the waiting room is cool!

Excellent place! Chris, Service Manager, discussed alignment with me before and after. Mr. Bert, very sweet person, introduced himself. We talked about his antique barber chair and Coca-Cola fridge. He also gave me a table hook for my purse, so thoughtful. Very cool, neat shop with antiques. Very professional, courtesy, genuinely nice people.

I had a front end shimmy in my jeep wrangler. I called Bert's for an appointment because of the numerous good reviews. I was offered an appointment the next day. I dropped the jeep off and the work was completed in a couple hours. Bert's adjusted tire pressure, balanced and rotated the tires, and aligned the front end for a very reasonable price, as posted on their website. The wobble is gone! Courteous, professional staff. I highly recommend Bert's!

Excellent customer service, this guys know what they are doing! Took my car with coilovers and I felt at ease since they have the straight drive in alignment machine so any lowered car will drive in with no issues. The tech that worked on my 2012 beetle went above and beyond to get it right and he has great knowledge on coilovers(not everyone knows how to work on those). Met the owner as well great guy a real car enthusiasts and makes you feel like family really fast. You won't regret taking you car to Bert's!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

True customer service! Set an appointment and they are waiting for your vehicle when you pull up. 4 Wheel Alignment done in 50 Minutes. Nick was awesome.It was my first time bringing my vehicle (96' Accord) to them. It has never driven down the road this well ever before. They will not be the cheapest in town, but jobs done the right way usually are not. I rarely give reviews, but these guys deserve all the praise in the world. I will not be going any where else for any front end work.

A 5-Star rating isn't good enough. The people over at Bert's go above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of and that the work is done right. They make sure you are in good hands and their prices are extremely fair. After my interaction with them today. I can say that they have earned a lifetime customer.

I was recommended to Bert s after 2 failed attempts with my Jeep wranglers alignment. The previous jobs were poorly done, and ended up causing more problems for me than it was before.The guys at Berts got her all squared away and tight and my Jeep feels better than ever! I definitely recommend anyone who has an off roading vehicle or anything that has had suspension/lift upgrades to use these guys!! I ll 110% be using this shop for any future services. Super helpful guys. Helped me figure out that HiDust 4x4 had scammed me and not actually balanced my tires properly, or at all for that matter. They showed me what was wrong with my upper control arms too. Extremely friendly place and helped me in a timely manner.

I've gone here for years. This is the only place in this area that can do all alignments from Honda's that are lowered and have aftermarket wheels to trucks like mine with 24"rims. All the other shops couldn't do it. This place is owned by Bert who is a good business man and its good on his word. Take it from me you will be happy with the price, service, and overall experience you will get at Bert's as compared to any other shop in the seven cities.
