Jackie and Connie at the front desk were so nice & helpful. Matt was so professional and explained my problem and had my car back to me in 4 hours. He saved me money which made my day. I highly recommend Beach Auto .

Beach Automobile Service Center is extremely popular and always busy in Virginia Beach. Beach Auto is trustworthy, knowledgeable, no extra add ons and no overselling. Gary Kimnach the owner is always friendly, offers competitive pricing, and willing to assist. Richard the head mechanic is very reliable, energetic, honest, and knowledgeable. Arrive early because they are at capacity within an hour of opening. Location on South Birdneck Road in Virginia Beach.

They had my car for 48 hours before anyone had even looked at my car. Then I received a call on day 3 saying the mechanic was looking at it and that I would get a call back. I didn t hear back for 3 hours so I called in, and to my surprise the lady tells me that my car is ready for pickup. They had repaired my car before consulting me about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. When I pointed Out that what happened was wrong, I was told well the repair had to happen for it to be driveable anyway so . I was treated like a child and did not get any answers and still had to pay full price. When looking at the bill, I was charged $350 for labor and $0 for parts so not even sure what was repaired.

I love this place. They are honest and Jodie at the front desk is a gem. I have been going here for years. Recently there is a lady I've seen on Fridays with glasses who is kind of rude at the front desk but their amazing work will keep me as a customer. I hope she adjusts her attitude for her own sake.

If I could give this business more stars, I would. As a female customer who is new to the area, I was treated with the utmost respect and honesty which is something I look for in a business. I had a lot of repairs that I needed and came in with a list about a mile long quoted from the dealership and Beach Auto was able to fix everything that needed to be repaired at a very reasonable price. They were very upfront and honest and thoroughly explained what was a necessary repair and what wasn't. As a female customer, I truly appreciated that. I also can't say enough kind things about the ladies who greet you and answer the phones. An all-around great experience and I highly recommend this business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

What a wonderful place! My experiences at Beach Auto on Birdneck Road have been excellent! I highly recommend them for state inspections, tune-ups, problems, oil changes, and more. They are polite, easy to work with, and appreciate your business!

Beach chaesd down an oil leak for me on my 97 4RNR, recommended appropriate work, all accomplished prompty. Thorough and complete, work done right the first time and in line with their estimate!

Great service with honest workers. Give detailed pictures and explanation of any work that is requested. Give a rating system of what is most important to do right away and what can wait. Been going to the shop for decades, since they were located on Laskin Road and always 110% satisfied. Trustworthy people, long-term Mechanics for employees and fast friendly service. Always happy to listen to your needs and accommodate you as best as possible. Also no problem getting in quickly. Five stars for sure

I took all my personal and company vehicles there for years and had relatively good results.The past several times the work quality has Really Really gone downhill. Very honest and trustworthy folks. Competent mechanics. Must have an appointment but you should be prepared to leave your car there for a while anyway. Just like Yogi Berra said, "Nobody goes there anymore, they are so crowded"

Excellent, fast service, great price. I was the 5th in line first thing on a Friday morning and they replaced my rear brake pads, fixed my parking lights, and inspected my car in less than an hour! The service was excellent, everyone was friendly. I have found my new favorite automotive place.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They were able to fix my car quickly and at an affordable price. They worked with my schedule too. I appreciated how they did not try to add on or sell me unnecessary services. Will definitely become a returning customer.

I have used Beach Automotive for years now. They are friendly, have reasonable prices and very fast!I ve used them for brakes, oil changes, inspections, etc. Always great service.Case in point: my car inspection was due. I dropped it off around 8 and was called at 9:48 saying my car was ready!Highly recommended!

My car is twenty years old and owner Gary Kimnach and head mechanic Richard Davis have been keeping my car going since I first bought it all those years ago. What makes this business stand out is the code of ethics and honesty both of these men live by. They are completely trustworthy and absolutely reliable. I love this family run business and remain grateful to the entire staff who work there. Kudos to Connie and Jody at the front desk to. They re always friendly, helpful and courteous.

Fantastic service. Dropped the car off without an appointment to get a tire repaired and an inspection, and even though they were super busy it was done in a couple hours and they gave me a friendly call! No extra charges or unnecessary stuff. They are awesome!

Beach Auto is the best place in town to take your vehicle for any type of service. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, efficient and charge very reasonable rates for their service. I've been taking my vehicles there for years and know I can count on them for a good job. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

They always do a great job! We bring both of our vehicles there for service or repairs. The service manager Richard, is the best!We've been customers with them for over 10 years, and wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else but Beach Automotive.Our only complaint is that they need a bigger building because they have such a huge customer base. They will not do you wrong.Highly recommended!

Very impressed with the service and speed I recieved this morning. They did not nickel and dime me over costs. I saw two of the mechanics helping to push a stranded car of the road into the shop. The owner also worked out a payment deal with another customer. The mechanic directly told each customer what needed to be fixed, what the cost would be and how long it would take before doing the repair. They treated me with kindness and respect. Conveniently located to 264 in the oceanfront area. I will be going back to beach auto next time I need a repair and skipping the dealer.

Richard and team are the best around . They are fair, honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable. If it doesn't need to be fixed right then, they'll tell you how long to wait and then come back. They stand behind their work. I have several vehicles I've been taking to them for years. And no they're not paying me to say this (but if they want to...hehe). They are just that good !!

My boyfriend and I were traveling from PA, pulling our camper. We we're staying in the Virginia Beach area. We realized that we had a bad U Joint on the Truck. We found Beach Automobile Service near the camp ground we were staying at. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to get are truck fixed and we were back on the road finishing out are vacation and not missing a thing. We really appreciated all that they did for us and the great work they did, and at a great price.

I do all of my own work to my collection of vehicles. Have been self sustainable due to no trust for mechanics from previous experiences. Take all of my vehicles here for inspections and trust this family owned company very much!!!!Took one of my built cars here recently and Karl was much help with my dilemma. Here's a truth you can take to the bank folks.I've been dealing with Beach Automotive Service Center for 20+ years.These guys are honest, courteous, sincere , and very capable mechanics that really do Look Out For You!I've moved within the past year, and I still go out of my way to take All of my vehicles to them and really only them for anything that needs to be worked on.They have Always stood by their work, and their word is worth its weight in exceptionally good service. A Rare find nowadays.If you have a vehicle that needs good care, Beach Automotive is there.
