Real quick service less then two hours for a complete inspection with an oil change. Friendly honest staff at competitive prices. Very satisfied will use for all future repairs on a 2004 Toyota Camry.

I was able make an appointment for my state inspection and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and was completed in 35 minutes. My questions about wear on my breaks was thoroughly answered and I was on my way home quickly. I was so impressed I made an appointment fora friend s car for the next week. Highly recommended for a good job.

They were incredibly helpful. I have a potential issue that may be very costly to me. Instead of just claiming this was needed immediately, they recommended I go back to the dealer where my car has been serviced and attempt to get them to fix their mistake. They could ve very easily told me they needed to make the repair that day. The honesty and integrity is what will make me keep coming back and recommending to others.

I recently took my pickup to Bayside for state inspection, as a friend has been pleased with their work. They called and said my brakes were below minimum thickness, and expensive brake job was required. I was shocked, as it was not very long since last replaced, so I declined, and replaced the pads myself. I measured the old ones, and although thinner than I had expected, no measurements were at or below minimum thickness. So not a good experience.Follow up: After the owner called and discussed the issue, and revisit to Bayside for rein spection, I feel much more confident in their service, and am quite satisfied .

Brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment, they were very quick and very reasonable with pricing as well. As a former mechanic I certainly recommend this place. No hidden fees and no scammy business practices either. Will be going back for further maintenance for sure.

I cannot review on price because I really didn t shop around, I just went by the other Google reviews on how good they were and trustworthy, and I trusted the reviews because i had to repair my car quickly. However, I can review that they were very fast at responding to my initial inquiry, professional and polite, fast in getting my car seen and with a quote, and also fast in doing my repairs quickly so I could get to an appointment I had scheduled months ago I was very pleased with that. It s only been over a week since the repair, so i can t rate the repair, or if there was a problem, how they would handle it, but I m sure they d be fair so, so far so good. I will use their services again.

My daughter stopped in there with a flat and they tripped over themselves to help her and hardly charged her, so I went in with some issues related to tires and inspection. They were so transparent and honest. My dad had a garage most of his life and integrity is so rare in the auto repair industry. These folks have it. Even refunded me the processing fee when I paid cash. The little things matter.

This visit was for an oil change, inspection, and new tires but I have been going here for years now and have always had an excellent experience. Everyone there has always been honest, friendly, and knowledgable. I am lucky to live just down the road but always recommend them to my friends that live anywhere reasonably close.

Made an appointment for my vehicle service. Everyone was very professional and kind! No need to leave my car in line for several days in order to get an inspection. While I was there, I even saw them fit in someone that needed a tire plug on short notice into their schedule. They let her know how long it would take and got to work. Would definitely bring my car back for anything else I would need done in the future!

Everyone is so kind and personable. They had a quick turnaround on my car. Quicker than anticipated. They were even able to get my spouse an appointment same day and got them out in an hour. I highly recommend Bayside Tire & Auto!

I went to Bayside Tire and Auto for an inspection on my husband s 2013 Nissan Frontier. I knew I would need new wipers so I was expecting that. When I dropped it off I asked if they could do an oil change he said sure. I didn t ask how much that would be (my bad) and he didn t quote me a price.I dropped it off around 7:30 am and I got a call around 10am saying it was ready and that the inspection just showed it needed wiper blades at $15 each.I picked it up and my bill was $168The inspection was $20The wipers were $30 andThe oil change was $116This is a 2013 Nissan Frontier I would have NEVER thought an oil change would have cost that much. So just beware and ASK how much their services are first. I wish I had. Actually I feel they really should have told me how much it would have been.

More than one employee literally jumped up to help me during my inspection process. I felt very important for being an entirely new customer. I can t wait to get all my future needs met here. I m thoroughly impressed with Bayside Tire and Auto. They came highly recommended by the salesman who sold me my 2017 Tahoe ~1/2 mile away last year. I listened to him, took a chance and am glad I did. Bayside took excellent care of me as the customer and my car. They are caring and professional. Walked in "cold" at 2:30 in the afternoon and my vehicle was inspected by 3:00. I'm new to the area but have already found a car/tire service I can trust.... highly recommend!!!!

I was impressed with the Bayside logo on the fuel pumps and the fuel price sign.The service men were obviousexperienced professionals, all were steadily working while I was there. The customer service representative projected exactly what would take place when I telephoned Bayside a week before the service.

As always our most recent experience with Bayside Tire was exceptional! Had a check engine light diagnostic. They could not do the extensive engine repair that was required so they were honest and recommended we take it to another mechanic. We ve used their services for almost 8 yrs. It means so much to have a go to mechanic that you can trust. The team is ALWAYS personable and gladly explains the services being done. We highly recommend them!
