Had a really pleasant experience here! A guy with curly red hair checked my check engine light and was very helpful. He had great customer service! While I was waiting in line he was even helping a customer who only spoke Spanish. He was very sweet and patient. Even pulled up google Translate to help with the language barrier. Wish I got his name because he was great! Would recommend coming to this location!!!

Kaitlyn is amazing! Watched her replace a battery for the customer in front of me on 10 minutes and then replace both of my headlights in half that time with a smile on her face and a happy disposition!! Customer service is thriving here!!!

After a series of events, had to have my Jeep towed to a nearby lot. The Jeep was left in neutral and the batter died, tried several attempts to revive battery to no avail. The tow company towed the Jeep to this AutoZone. Was greeted IMMEDIATLEY by Kat, explained to her what was going on, to which she said "No worries, got ya covered!" She went out to look at the existing battery, made her recommendation and we went back into the store. Five minutes later, Kat said for us to get "this puppy installed and get you on your way." Took her all of about 8 minutes to get it installed!! I cannot say enough good things about Kat, she truly was an ANGEL!! she gets A+++, 10 stars, and several High Fives!! She went WAY above and beyond to help me (the one whose car smarts consists of knowing how to fill it with gas and turn the key LOL) Thanks again Kat!!

Absolutely quality service! She was super patient and went out of her way to help me, multiple times. I would leave and come back and there she was, ready to assist with a positive attitude. Possibly the best customer service, pertaining to my car services I ve ever received! Thank you for the smooth experience.

While at this location I was being assisted by their manager who was quite dutiful (was a tall young man with locs). Unfortunately, while he was in the midst of helping us with one of their location s tools, we were rudely and obnoxiously interrupted by a coworker of his named kat. I am not sure what the ordeal was as it pertains to their staff, but I do know that it prevented me from receiving the assistance I needed. The manager, who was also surprised by her intrusion, could not offer us anything other his sympathy, his tool, and the assertion that she (Kat) did not care about us! After spending money at this location, it goes without saying that my experience could have been much better.

Shout out to the whole team. They helped me fix every light in my car I didn t not have to ask. Specifically, thanks to Ray he did not leave until my car was fully situated. Ray went above and beyond his duties like a paid mechanic. God bless his heart!!!

The place is very clean everything was easy to get to the girl at the counter was very very informant I needed looking for a part for my car and she was more than willing and able to help me out she knew exactly what I was looking for she was very detailed in the price and how much it would have cost me after the core charge and everything and very decent people I will be shopping there again as a matter of fact I ordered a part from them and it's close to home. Had to stop in on 1623 to get some other parts that I needed for my battery and once again store awesomely clean customer service is awesome enjoy going there they make sure you got everything you need to do the job they do go above and beyond.

They have children working here who don't know Jack. And everything was funny. And the shop that's next door PEP BOYS is just as useless. None of my questions were answered
