I come here all the time to fix my Acura TL on their parking lot. They have a lot of things you need like brake pads, grease, batteries, sensors, bumper clips, paint, etc. I always buy their name brand Duralast Gold for their brake pads and batteries. I always go here to dump my used oil because their spout to dump the oil is very large compared to other auto stores.

Eman was amazing. Not only did he go above and beyond with helping me out but also gave me good knowledge to take with me. He is the definition of customer service. I hope to see him rise to manager position or something better!!

This week my battery died and I was able to make it to the store but I arrived late a little bit before the store closed. I asked if I could go ahead and buy a battery and if Dee would kindly install it for me. Dee, thank you! It was a blessing and meant a lot to me.

5 stars purely for Theo. He went above and beyond to help me out with my wipers. Helped me find the correct size, helped take off my old ones, and put the new ones on. Overall just an awesome person. Thank you again, Theo!

After work I unexpectedly came outside to a dead battery. I got a jump, made it to Auto zone & Swif did not disappoint. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process of replacing my battery painless. He even went the extra mile and made sure everything passed with the new battery. Amazing service!! Go see him, you won't regret it!!

I had the best experience at this location. Christy greeted me with a smile, and was excited to help me. It is pouring down rain and Steve went the extra mile to make sure my windshield wipers were installed properly. They were so welcoming and helpful.

Jerry and Griffith were so helpful they were both quick and kind helping me find everything i needed to get my job done right. More employees should act like these two they both explained everything clearly and consciously and even helped me save a few dollars with the in store deals. Great place highly recommend these two guys

Outstanding customer service! Katie and Frankie are extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They took care of the battery of my 2009Tahoe. They removed it and installed it even if removing it was complicated. Highly recommended! Great experience!

Don t waste your time. Half the time they don t have the parts. Today, no internet cash only sales. GO ANY WHERE ELSE for customer service and a check out that works.

I went to THE ZONE to get a spark plug for my lawnmower. It seems to be a plug that is not readily available. The young man that waited on me patiently researched and found an equivalent. This happened to me at another auto parts store and was just told that they didn't have it. All of that to say this, I was very appreciative of his determination to find the right plug. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Wanted to take a moment to highlight a great employee at this location, Theo.I bought a used car a few months ago and needed to replace my wipers. I was planning on walking in and just grabbing what I felt I needed and not bothering anyone or any associates, but he wasn't busy and said that AutoZone doesn't have books anymore to browse parts because of COVID, and that he'd be happy to help.I didn't know that my wipers didn't have j hooks, like normal wipers. This man spent 15+ minutes with me making sure I had the right wipers, assembling them for me and then installed them to make sure that they fit and worked well. It was a learning experience for sure and he was more than happy to walk me through and explain everything.As a customer, I have loved Auto Zone for all of my car needs over the years, but I've never had an experience like that. Thank you Theo !!!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional.A store manager even came out to help me with a headlight and running light installation in a hot humid morning.Excellence in service and top-not h professionalism at its BEST.Highly recommend this store location!

I came in tonight around 7:55pm needing assistance to unplug my window power switch, so I could replace it with a new one to pass inspection on my vehicle. I asked Jerry H. and with no hesitation he grabbed his flat head and came outside to assist me. Jerry H. was able to unplug the power switch and he waited and ensured that I snapped the new power switch in properly. I am so grateful for his assistance because he did not have to go above and beyond to assist me. Thank you so much and God bless you Jerry H! They need more amazing workers like you that are willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers! Awesome job and I will be returning !

Never Go Here !I drove 45 minutes to pick up parts I ordered but those parts did not show up with them. Wouldn't have been a problem as I was waiting patiently for 25 minutes watching customers walk in and out some growing paper at the workers behind the counter but the lady behind the counter that I was dealing with acted as if they did not do anything wrong at all. The manager was standing behind the counter and did absolutely nothing to make the situation better in anyway did not even speak to me. I will not be returning to any of their stores. If you say your going to do something then you should do it. I told them I would show up around 11:30 and I was there to get the parts that I ordered just to cancel the order and dispute the charges.

Super friendly customer service. I met with Jerry H. Sales Manager regarding an issue with my wrangler battery. Jerry is very knowledgeable on parts and explained me what the issue is and was happy to assist immediately. Thanks Jerry for providing amazing service. You are the best!!

Sent my wife to replace a Minnesota starter that I bought there 2.5 years ago. Solenoid was shorted to the casing. My wife got the right part. With no griping. And the part works. I m happy with the customer service, and we can still go shopping for food. Wasn t my first time there. Definitely won t be my last. Good people work there

Last month my son in law purchased a vehicle because he was going to be taking unaccompanied orders to another state. He would be leaving his 2 teenage nephews and his son behind with his wife and they needed a safe and reliable vehicle. Today, not even a month later, said vehicle started acting like he wasn t going to drive. I reached out to this store because it was really close to the house. I drive that vehicle to Autozone and talked to the manager Rob was extremely helpful. He helped me to order the correct part and he also suggested I can the dealership. My daughter was way too frustrated to deal with it at this point. I went to the car and called the dealership to see what they would do even though it was an as is purchase. The dealership offered to pay for the part. Had I not talked to Rob, I would have been out the price of the part. He was extremely informative and helpful. I walked in feeling defeated and left feeling relieved! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

So glad to see my favorite Auto Zone manager, Christy S. on this Indian River Road, Virginia Beach location. Awesome friendly store as usual especially when Christy S. is in charge. She's very knowledgeable and very customer friendly based on my experience. You can tell she genuinely like helping people. I can never say enough about her and Auto Zone's choice of manager for this store. I highly recommend this Indian River Road, Va. Beach, VA Auto Zone location. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Rico did amazing at checking the battery life 3x. Turned out it was bad so after purchasing new one, he even changed it out. While in the store waiting everyone that was working asked us if we needed assistance or being help Great customer service.
