Top notch service. I had my sunroof shattered and needed a quick fix. The moment I first spoke to Lee he got right on it even before I was certain which path I would be taking to get it fixed. He had already ordered the replacement glass by the time I called back to schedule the appointment. I was able to get the car to him the day before the replacement glass was delivered and once he received the replacement glass it was promptly finished. My sunroof glass was replaced within 48 hours. Again, excellent service by Lee and his office manager (sorry I can t remember her name) are excellent to work with and I would recommend this business to anyone needing their services. Thank you Lee!

First I would like to say Lee is amazing! My call to him came as a referral from Priority Hyundai with a cracked windshield, and needing to pass inspection asap. I called Lee at least 0800 and he had me in at 1000, with a price that was beyond fair, and way less than the major companies! I am beyond grateful for their kindness and flexibility. A+++. I called Safelite and was greeted by a series of recordings that finally directed me to their website. I instantly hung up and called Auto Glass & Sunroof repair and was told to bring my cracked windshield in asap by a human. Not only a human, but a delightful office manager named Stacie. It s rare to find people that actually care about their job these days, let alone be charismatic and have outstanding people skills. She is the perfect fit and made my wait fly by. Lee the owner and gentleman made the repair in about 20 minutes to include the cure time. I highly recommend this establishment for all the right reasons.

I had my panoramic sunroof shattered by some unknown flying object on I-264 on a day with rain coming. They got me in within an hour to cover the hole and mitigate against rain damage. The rest of the process was easy - they did great work, were very responsive and everyone was nice. This is a well-run business.

They fixed leak in Sun Roof 11 months ok, just had another leak and they fixed free. They are great people that do great work. I drove from Hampton to get their service. I rate them at the top of the list. You cannot go wrong with them.

I had a sunroof emergency and they took me right in and took real good care of me. The owner was very friendly and he was quick to diagnose the problem. I will take all of my vehicles here from now on just because of the service and the quality customer service that they provided.

Called and got a quote, quote included replacement part taxes and fees and service charge, no hidden prices like other places that would quote you something over the phone then hit you with a page worth of fees after the job is done.. part came in super fast and was able to make an appointment, they were flexible, replacing my shattered sunroof took less than 20 minutes, great price and great service!!

I called him to help with and issue with my sun roof. Instead of selling me a bill of goods or over selling me in needed things he told me I did not need the parts that was messed up on my car and that to save money just remove it and it would be fine. I appreciate his honesty and would use his business any time.

Great to work with. Started on time and finished on time. Actually showed me where the issue was at, and what work was needed for the repair. Once complete I was also shown that the leak was in fact repaired and no longer leaking. Highly recommend!

Lee was so kind and helpful!!! He got me in within 3 days of me calling, he told me he could replace my windshield in an hour. Only took him 40 minutes! Lee provided great service!Agreed to meet me while I was in town to secure the window so we could continue to drive my vehicle till the new window came in. Came to my house to install it and do the chip repair and had everything done in less than an hour! I think one of the best parts of this experience was having someone (a real person) answer the phone, not an automated message! This guy rocks. He repaired my truck windshield and did a great job, but he also helped with my passenger window by installing the new tab after the old one had snapped off saving me from having to buy a whole tube of the expensive glue and primer for one tab.Want to know why he really rocks? When it rains, it pours. Less than a week later the other tab on the passenger window failed as well and the glue on the driver's side simple dissolved and failed too. I swear you can't make this stuff up, I'd have called anyone else a lair if it hadn't happened to me. I met him where he was replacing another windshield and he repaired both windows for free.I will absolutely send this guy all the business I can.

Lee was professional and knowledgeable about any type of sunroof repair. Very responsive to calls and updates. He ordered and replaced my panoramic size sunroof broken glass in a timely manner - on site at my house. While replacing the glass, he discovered that the track was also broken, which required another order and visit to fix the auto window opener. A second visit was needed to install a new track. Lee again arrived on time as scheduled. He worked with the insurance company on the claim. Lee is very unique and the only one I could find in Hampton Roads who knows about specialty/custom sunroofs like mine. Lee was very professional, and made sure I knew how to take care of my windows right after the tinting. He took great care of me and my car. I had never had a vehicle tinted so with this being my first experience, I will not be going anywhere but here for my future needs. He s been doing windows for over 20 years and you can definitely tell in the quality of work. The job was very quick and he was very responsive when working out the details beforehand. Awesome guy, awesome business, and awesome tint job! And the price was great too!

I wish I could give him 10 stars! If you want somebody honest that you can trust 1,000%, call now!We had a sunroof in my sons 4Runner that was off track and well, it was just broke! We didn t want to invest the money into putting an entirely new sunroof in. Lee was able to get it back in place and disconnect the power so that it didn t get off track again. It worked out perfect and saved us a lot of money. We will use him for any issues we ever have moving forward. I would also happily refer him to friends or family that needed window repairs. Lee was on time, professional, the cost was reasonable, and serviced at my home. He explained what was needed and how the service was going to be performed. From the materials needed what it does, and the outcome. He was fast, clean and effective. I would definitely recommend using him again if I needed any type of car glass serving and repair. Lee was beyond great! I (totally my fault) broke my rear window on my car trying to transport a table. This was 4pm on a Monday and Lee was here the very next day to fix it. Safelight didn t even have an appointment until Thursday.
