The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and patient with a customer who wasn't exactly sure what to do or where they were located. He gave the eta of 45 mins was there in 30. The driver was kind and professional. The cost was very reasonable. The young lady felt safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend and she now has their business card in her glove compartment, if she's ever in need again.

Broke down and needed tow , no one working ! Dispatch was extremely nice but couldn't find nobody working! Was prepared to get ripped due to you have the equipment to haul my rig ! New guys in our HOMETOWN and they were on the spot money wise and showed up quickly! Keep in mind when you don't want my money I found a better co ! God speed !

Don't use them they Robed my company for 1500.00Did repair and 40 miles later it failed I called them to please help me. I was stuck again . And they left me for dead.No return call. I had to use a boss shop. To do the job the right way.. Also the mechanic was I. Experience and did not have utility knife to cut a hose. So they hustled my company for 1500.00 for a Towanda over charged for repair. These people are thiefs

Called in for a last minute state inspection, they were able to get me booked only a few days out. Showed up on time and they had me in AND out before I could finish my coffee. Seriously. Second year in a row that's happened here. I appreciate professionalism, fair prices and quality work so I'll be coming back.

Great experience stranded with dead battery. Greg was the tech jumped it and followed me to where I could quickly get new battery. Stayed with me til I was safe on my way home! Definitely recommend as single woman at night.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The person that showed up immediately looked at me and started shaking his head is if it was my fault for the breakdown now this vehicle was in a flat deserted part of a parking lot he just stomped around like a 5 year old and slamming equipment around should have been a simple tow I wonder how he reacts at a wreck or difficult conditions very unprofessionalService: Car towing

My wife and I were traveling on the way to Delaware when our car that was on a tow dolly, broke loose due to an equipment failure. Daniel and Ray came to our rescue! They lifted the car off the dolly without destroying my tires which would have happened if I had backed off it. Great company, went above and beyond to help us out. Great people, highly recommend them!

Moving in to the area, my Uhaul truck and trailer bottomed out and we were stuck crossways in the street. Greg was prompt, professional and extremely helpful even at midnight on a sunday. He helped turn a crisis in to a simple "no big deal" situation. I will use Woods for any towing/ recovery and my auto service needs. Thanks to Greg, Woods scored big on this one.

Received an estimate on tractor trailer repairs for over $6000. Thought it was really high so called the owner to discuss, was told he would look into it and call back...Never happened...Got the same work done for $2800 plus an oil change and batteries..It's a shame that this business and others like it take advantage of the small business owner...I am sure that they have taken advantage of people that don't know what it should cost for truck repairs..Shame on you Woods Towing and recovery...
