Ok I bought a suv from them about two years ago and have had some trouble with it. The car that I wanted to begin with was sold before I got the funds together.I was not too happy about that. They gave me a warranty with it. When the SUV broke down the warranty only paid 35.00 bucks towards the mechanic bill. The total bill was 300.00 . Not so sure about who they have for their extended warranty.

Vinton Car Connection has been a staple in the Roanoke Valley community for decades. Staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. They went above and beyond to close the sale. I will recommend them to friends/family and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

These guys are great! I ve purchased plenty of vehicles but this is the first time I ve felt a used dealership wasn t trying to get over on my. I highly recommend Vinton Car Connection! I love my new BMW!!

A great place to purchase a used vehicle, I bought my Miata MX5 there several years ago and I was back last week to buy my Jeep. Excellent service, great pricing on vehicles and I'm sure I'll be back again. Thank you Daniel, you're a great salesman

I bought a Jeep from them, and I was working with Daniel, he was great, he got my the keys and let me take a test drive told me no rush. Then when it came down to doing business it was over quickly! I was recommended to them from various family members and I am glad I was pointed in their direction! Very nice experience overall!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The place was clean. The men were kind & not pushy. The prices were reasonable. The vehicle was very clean. There was no haggling or trickery.They allowed me the time I needed to test drive and have my mechanic look at the vehicle. They offer warranties as well. I didn't even have to deal with the DMV! I drove away in a clean carfax report SUV, fully insured, and with my own plates on the vehicle.I'm so happy with my vehicle. It's everything I had hoped for.Whenever a friend asks about a good place to buy a car in the future, I'll send them here.

I bought a 2015 Kia Soul from the guys here, I feel I got a fair deal on it. Haven't had any issues with it, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would buy from them again. I also really appreciate the fact they have no processing fees, or other hidden costs. It was a straightforward experience.

My bf and I recently bought a Subaru Forester from here, the vehicle was priced below blue book and was in great shape. The guys there were really friendly and easy to deal with. They even held the car for a day so i could work out financing without worrying that someone else would buy it first. We've had the car about 3 weeks now and everything runs great - I highly recommend this place!!!

We just bought a Honda Odyssey from these guys and had a great experience. They weren't pushy, let me drive it about 500 times before I bought it, and took my old van as a trade in. Even filled the Honda up for us (Which with today's gas prices was like another $150 off the price!) If you're looking for a car, be sure to stop in at this lot!

Buy here! Found my new car at Vinton Car Connection with the help of Gary, Daniel and Jay! No pressure, fast process of paperwork. They are awesome following threw to the last detail. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle here. No mechanical issues and I highly recommend this business! Thanks guys for a great deal and a great ride! Happy customer.

I am thrilled with the experience I had at Vinton Car Connection. They were honest, helpful and efficient. There is no processing fee, and tags and registration are all taken care of right there. I would absolutely go there again if I needed another used car!

Terrible service experience EVER from the owner Jay! Test drove a truck (to be fair my sales guy was extremely nice), retuned with a cash offer (cash in hand). Mid sentence, owner Jay, rudely and aggressively said, oh boy I can tell you right now we re not gonna do that! On a later call Jay arrogantly accepted and agreed he could ve handled this better, STILL NO APOLOGY! My family has purchased 6 vehicles from this lot, 3 from my deceased father. NO MORE! Take your money elsewhere! Reading his responses to other negative reviews will give you some idea the level of customer service you ll encounter!

I highly recommend this dealership. It was our first time purchasing a vehicle online. Jay made the entire experience worry free and the transaction was expedited very quickly! Jay treated us like family and spoke to my husband as if they had known each other for years. When my husband had a question, Jay responded within minutes.When the vehicle was delivered, it was in mint condition. Not to mention, the carrier which Jay recommenced stayed in contact with my husband throughout the entire trip.The vehicle was delivered quickly and the title was delivered just in time.We highly recommend Vinton Car Connection! I guess when they say you buy As Is that's what they mean.I purchased a car at over $3,000 and in the matter of weeks had to put it in the shop.I had over $700 worth of maintenance that had to be done.For over $3000 I shouldn't have had that out of pocket expense that quick.I only gave them that rating because it was the lowest rating to give.Think twice and three times before making a purchase here.Repair:ConvertorDown stream oxygen sensorRadio only works now no CD playerUpcoming maintenance:Valve cover gasket which has a leak

Selling high priced lemons. I purchased my vehicle from Vinton Car connection hoping I was purchasing a reliable vehicle from a trustworthy dealer. It has been issue after issue with this vehicle with absolutely no assistance from the dealership. Buyer beware.

Awesome customer service, stand by there word . Bought a van from them, had a problem with radiator a week later. They replaced, no hassle. Straight up people. No BS.Recommend to anyone. ..Daniel is a good man, stands by his word!

I'm writing this new review because my son bought a car from Vinton car connection less than two years ago and I immediately started putting money into the car to keep it running. Now we have a new problem. The whole engine needs to be replaced, but it was supposedly rebuilt. We are now out close to $10,000. A replacement engine will cost more than the car is worth. I'm warning anyone who is thinking of buying a car from Vinton car connection. DON'T. They are liars and cheats.

I bought my Nissan Murano from Vinton Car Connection in March and I have enjoyed every day of it. Not only did the salesman work with me on the price and the warranty but the car was exactly as described. I have had no trouble with my SUV and will continue to spread the word of an "exceptional experience!" Thanks guys

Fair prices and good selection of vehicles. Very happy with my purchase. I had a minor electrical problem which was taken care of as promised. They were very accomadating as well while my vehicle was taken care of

These guys are very laid back, not pushy or arrogant like most smaller dealers. I would recommend and buy again if I see something I like, most cars with a 6 month/ 7500 mile warranty....most big box dealers don't offer that.

One star because I have to for review. Sitting to get a new car now and come to find out he bought it wreaked. Told us it had no damage after wife asked. Buyers beware 13,000.00 wrecked car. Carfax did not show so. They knew we needed a car and we were ripped off cause real value is 4,000.00.
