This is literally one of the best body shops in the country. If you own a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi or Exotic car you re in luck. Because that s all they work on.

AVOID AT ALL COST!Time: It took 2 months for few simple fixes. You need to call so many times to get your work on going.Work: My car was not even fixed when I was told to come to pickup. A lot of residue powder on the surface, terrible cleaning job. They event don't check the tire pressure before giving me the car (works involves replacing and fixing wheels)P/s: they commented on the review for fun. No business action was taken.

I worked closely with Josue (Jr) Portillo through my expensive car repairs. His quick responsiveness, professional communication skills, attention to detail and kindness were always on display even when having to deal with the liable party s insurance carrier. My car looks and feels brand new as well. Kudos to Josue and the guys in the shop. Highly recommend for your car repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Incredibly disappointing. Shoddy work, missed timelines over and over, left with scratches on the car, had several emails flat out ignored, and clearly scamming hours. An hour to reset codes? Funny I can do it in two minutes. Somehow managed to destroy one of my tires and replace it with an odd brand. Scammers.

This whole experience was a nightmare. Being in an accident is stressful enough. Anytime I ve had to drop off my car to a body shop, I trust that the shop is taking care of everything and dealing with the insurance company directly. I had to give my advisor the claims rep contact information on 3 separate occasions but I also had to contact her directly as well. When I did, she responded as if the advisor never contacted her which I believe because I had to keep giving him her name and phone number. This led to me paying for the entire repair out of pocket up front. I initially had to pay for the parts out of pocket so that they could be ordered. I then had to pay for the repair completion because the supplement check was not received in time. This could have been avoided had communication between the advisor and claims rep been better. The whole process took about 7 weeks and the entire time I was also paying for a rental car out of pocket up front which cost me an additional $3500. Not to mention every time the advisor called me, it was something else. First there were charges he missed in the supplement. Then it was the battery died which was operating fine when I dropped my car off. Another $299. After 7 weeks I finally think I m getting my car back and when I picked it up, the radio was not working. This required an additional 2 weeks and $600 out of pocket to repair. My radio was also working fine when I dropped my car off but to get my car back and hopefully put this dreadful experience behind me, I conceded and approved the repair. The only saving grace during this experience was Kenny. He seemed to understand my frustration and tried to make it a little easier. 9 weeks and 11k+ later, I really wish I had read the Google reviews before I dropped my vehicle off because unfortunately they are true. My repairs look great but the service and experience was trash. I thought because this was an approved shop for my dealership I would receive the same level of service that I receive from them but that was simply not the case. I will not ever make the same mistake twice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It is very unfortunate if I could give this company a zero I would in a heartbeat. It took an estimated four months before I received my car back for a broken windshield and hood damage. Also, they put little effort in trying to get me the car sooner. Each week I would receive these weekly updates via email about the status and wonder is there only one person working on my car and don't they know this is only a reminder of how long it is taking to get my car back. Also, once I did receive my car back I now have electrical issues that I did not have before and refuse to take it back to them (btw, my car is only 2 years old). Car was dusty and dirty, you would think they would have washed it and cleaned it out after four months. There was no help with the insurance company- I had to continually call the insurance company to get the claim resolved and when they issued the final check to the center vs. me- do you know what the center's response was well you need to call the insurance company to resolve it and when I respond back they should do it to verify I paid them, I received no response back. Serious, I just cut you a very large check and you just cant call or better yet refund me the difference. And oh by the way, I did not go into the details of the issues of when my car first arrived and no one explained to me the process and it was weeks before they started working on my car. I am beyond astound that Audi attached their name to this place as the certified collision center. I was thinking oh if I take it to the certified collision center I will get top notch service, definitely not the case. This review is really for anyone who is considering this place at all unless you have nothing else better to do but to wait months or you want really want poor customer service!

My Porsche 911 is finally back after months of waiting. We had issues and delays but I understand things happen.Anyone getting their car fixed here, there are a few things to note:- They fix it proper and do a very good job with making sure the car is like brand new.- I would setup a time every week to call them and get an update. Ask them for details and parts. They have alot of cars to repair and once they order the parts they kinda forget about your car until the part comes.. you need to make sure to call them before they start ordering parts to make sure they are ordering the right ones and check in every week so they checkin on the parts too. They got the wrong parts for my car which resulted in months of delay. Call up Porsche and check in on the parts too. They do it but coming from the customer Porsche sometimes can help speed up.- Make sure your insurance covers more than a month or 2 on rental coverage because repairs take longer than estimated by your insurance. Some notes for this repair center: ( I don't want to tell you guys how to do your job but these are my opinions)- MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT PARTS AND TELL PORSCHE WHAT EXACtLY YOU NEED.- Give updates every week even if nothing is happening like if your still waiting on a glue or part tell the customer don't just keep them in the dark for months. That only results in frustrated customer emails and stress.- Give the customer a infographic or something that tells them the process on how the repair will go. Steps that the car will go through for the repair and how the insurance process steps will go. Customer want and need to be informed so they understand what the delay is, where the delay is, and how to process the delays. My car took 10 months to repair. I personally think it should have taken a max of 4-5 months to do. I was frustrated, annoyed, angry and honestly just got tried of waiting. I updated my one star review because they apologized. I hope this helps whoever is reading this.

My 2017 Audi Q7 was repaired here after being rear-ended. I can t say enough positive things about the quality of the customer service received from Nabia Pirzada. Nabia was always in communication with us about the progress from the day our car arrived until we picked it up. I have had experience with repair shops over the years & have never been fully satisfied with the work. Their work is PERFECT! The car not only looks new again but it is mechanically perfect! As a side note, Nabia also went above and beyond helping to fight with the insurance company, who of course did not want to pay the labor rates. In the end the teamwork with her paid off and the insurance company paid in full as they should have from the beginning. She was apologetic for the extra time it took to hassle with the insurance company (even though she bore no responsibility in this delay) however, this was not even a slight inconvenience as the most important part for us was to have our car repaired the correct way. If you want your vehicle repair to run smoothly without issue and have the peace of mind knowing everything was done and done right THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!!!

Tysons Collision will charge significantly higher rates than the nationwide average. Communication on the status on my repair was terrible, delayed, and short. I took my car there for an estimate and was told if I declined them for the repair they would charge me for putting the car parts that they removed for the estimate, back together. This process alone took 4 weeks and the damage wasn t even significant. I ultimately proceeded with them to not further delay the repair which took nearly 4 months when estimated to be a 6 day repair. By the time they told me the cost difference of what my insurance would pay vs not pay, I had no choice but to let them finish as they were 70% done. How would I pick up a car that s 70% repaired? Big mistake going here. Communication is the worst.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

$2900 in storage, labor and admin fees with no auto body work completed. On October 10th, 2022 I came to Tysons Corner Collision Center (TCCC) with the intention of receiving an estimate only. The consultant alerted me there maybe reassembly labor, admin and storage fees. I assumed this would not be a problem as the estimate should not take longer than 24-48hrs. My damage was maybe ping pong ball size scratch on the passenger door. The whole ordeal took about 15 days and I ultimately decided to decline the TCCC complete work. JUST TO RECEVIE MY CAR from TCCC they attempted to charge senor calibrations $3300, admin fee $350, storage $95/day ($1425 for 15 days), and $1112.5 in labor. The labor was for removing/reapply applying my front bumper and passenger door panel. The damage was only on the passenger side door panel. I never requested nor was I notified the bumper would be removed. I assume they removed the bumper for the sensors which were fine when I drove the car to TCCC! I declined the calibrations. But because I declined calibrations TCCC would not release my car unless I towed it away from them to satisfy TCCC liability policy.I did reach out to the TCCC GM to help resolve my issues. Unfortunately the response was unsatisfactory. I was offered a wavier of storage fee off my next invoice if I return for the repair at TCCC. I reasonably requested a refund for the storage ($1425) and admin fees ($350) I already paid for. I may have returned for repairs if they agreed to my request unfortunately I never received a reply...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not go here if you want your car fixed in a timely manner! Took more than 6 weeks to get my car fixed and it was estimated 2-3weeks. This is also one of the most expensive body shops in VA, so your insurance likely won t cover everything. For the high cost and the long wait the employees could have at least been nice, but no, customer service was lacking and I had to reach out numerous times to get an update. Even the day of pickup they tried to keep my car longer. Terrible service, high price, long service times, not worth it!Service: Body & Trim

I can't speak to their customer service, but I have to defend this shop from the negative reviews. Every negative review sounds like insurance companies, who are in the business of taking our money and paying back as little of it as possible, are convincing people a FACTORY certified, factory trained, luxury-focused body shop is the bad guy because "mom and pop" body shop's on insurance contracts in NOVA will butcher your car together for pennies on the dollar and Tyson's Corner won't. Every angry review sounds exactly like an insurance adjuster got in the ear of the clients and convinced the client Tyson's is the bad guy so the client won't realize insurance companies are liars and cheats. If you truly believe your insurance company ACTUALLY has YOUR back and not their own, take your expensive car to Caliber or whatever terrible shop your insurance has on contract, don't feel the need to knock down a business that chooses NOT to bow to your cheap insurance company.

I was hit from behind stopped at a red light. The respective insurance company was terrible, and not supportive as it was their driver who claimed fault. Kenny and his team did their very best for my case. The work done was perfect. My car was returned to me super clean and there is no evidence of harm. Kenny is fantastic and exhibited both understanding and phenomenal customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Tysons Corner Collision to have my car repaired. I m a returning customer and they ve done a fairly decent job in the past. I made an appointment, and then received a call back from the shop so that they could cancel my appointment. I was told that they would not help me because my car is too old for their fancy shop. I have a 2010 Audi S4 that I keep in immaculate shape, however they made me feel like I would be disgracing their shop with my old jalopy and that their time was far too valuable to work on my car.I spoke with the manager and stressed to him the value of a returning customer and showing loyalty to your customer base, but was dismissed out of hand. This was a shocking and hurtful and I can t in good conscience recommend a shop that would discriminate against someone just because of the model year of their car. I have customers, and I show them respect and loyalty. Tysons Corner Collision is obviously too good for those base tenets of business. They wasted my time and they ll waste yours too unless they think you re good enough to help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Tysons Corner Collision Center now a number of times over the last 10 years. They've always done an excellent job on my cars - Porsches, Mercedes and Range Rovers and are great to work with. They've always been accurate in their cost and job estimates and timing.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my worst experience in my life. There is no communication at all in Tysons Corner Collision Center. I have to call Erick (the person handling my case) 2 or 3 times to get an update about my car. This is a $20,000 repair, not a cheap repair and one expect a decent customer service for this kind of money. Not only that I was get a random text messages and call from Tysons Corner Porsche saying they got my information from Tysons Corner Collision Center and I will pay x amount for calibration etc. First of all I gave my car to Tysons Corner Collision Center not Tysons Corner Porsche and they shouldn t not give my information to anyone without getting my permission. But they don t care about anyone as long as it works for them. After what Erick did through out this process I was expecting an apology from him when I pick up my car after almost 2 months. But like I mentioned earlier customer service is non existent. The over all experience was awful.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The team at TCCC did a great job repairing my Audi S4. The work was done beautifully and on the schedule they promised. I can t say enough about Tamara and how professionally she handled everything, guiding me through the process from my first visit to the delivery of my car. Tamara was highly recommended by my Audi Service Manager and that recommendation was so well deserved. Awesome job!

I've had my 2014 Audi repaired here twice and the work has always been top notch. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they are slow. It's taken 3-4 weeks for the repairs both times. Otherwise they are very good, service has been good, they kept me updated on my cars status and worked with my insurance to resolve all the issues.

My recent experience with Tysons Corner Collision Center left me with two distinct impressions: professionalism and integrity. Here's why.1.) The estimate (while realistic) was less than the actual cost of the vehicle repairs. As such, it exceeded expectations.2.) The estimated repair time was an exact match to the actual.3.) The Collision Consultant (Erick) was courteous and followed-up every statement/promise that was made.4.) Communication between me and the collision center was excellent. I was informed at every step: initiation of work, stages of completion, and delivery.5.) My vehicle is a 2018 model and has an advanced array of sensors. All were set to exact factory spec.6.) The vehicle was returned thoroughly clean: inside and out.In summation, coordination, communication, and competence were first rate. No one enjoys getting his/her automobile repaired. Tysons Corner Collision Center, however, made the experience, surprisingly, affordable and enjoyable because the Center did its job 100%.

I've taken my cars to Tysons Corner Collision Center for years for any body work I need. They always do consistently great work. They tend to be a bit on the expensive side but my insurance has always covered it. My one complaint is the last time I took my car in for a fairly minor bumper issue the car was there for almost a month. The cause of the delay may have been more on Audi as TCCC was apparently waiting for a part but it was very frustrating to wait that long for something I was told would take a few days to a week. Im hoping this was just a one-time blip and will still plan on using them again.Service: Body & Trim

Overall, I had a great experience here when I had my Mercedes in for paint and body work. The process did take longer than expected as most of it was due to my insurance company. Zsolt Posgai did a great job at communicating with me through out the whole process. The front desk was always very kind and professional too! The work is excellent and I will definitely be coming back in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tyson s collision center has positive and negative attributes. I recently took my vehicle to them for what I assumed to be a relatively minor repair after a fender bender. The process took a good amount of time, granted with delays from my insurance as well. While it took longer than I would have wanted - they completely rebuilt portions of my vehicle that I would never have considered to be impacted by the crash. When I questioned why, the team was more than happy to walk me through why the fixes they were making was relevant to the overall life of the vehicle. Although I did not feel the economic impacts of the repairs since my insurance covered it, I can vouch for the quality of work. They were nice enough to buff out scratches and minor issues that would not have been caught in a normal repair. Without a doubt the vehicle has been perfectly repaired, and in fact looks and feels better than ever.I can safely say that if you are possession of a luxury vehicle or a vehicle you love they are the right professionals to go to. I would factor in a good amount of time for repairs however.

This is the third time I took my car to Tyson's Corner Collision center and have been a great experience all of them. The first time was for an engine replace, second one for a rear ended and the third one to replace a door and other cosmetic changes. Expect to receive the same quality of service that the one you receive when you bought your car. Communication was great and Tamara was able to explain to me the entire process. If need auto body work again I definitely recommend them.

This review is for my 3rd visit to the shop over the past 2 years and finally have a reason to leave a positive review. Don't get me wrong, this place should always get 5 stars for the quality of their work. Regardless of everything that has frustrated me in the past, I still come back to Tysons Corner Collision Center simply for the fact that I have 100% faith in the quality of work and the fact that they're a certified shop by Mercedes-Benz (among other European brands). In the past, the car would spend weeks at the shop without much of an update. I would always have to call in myself and rarely get through. This time around, I was working with Nabia and she's been wonderful. I received weekly updates and through email (much preferred over a call which I'm likely to miss). The updates were thorough and detailed with progress updates that helped to keep track of the repairs. What I'm also thankful for is Nabia working to accommodate my ask for expediting the repairs before my rental coverage ran out - and she did make it happen 6 days before originally estimated completion date.Does this place a little more time to complete the work? Yes, no denying that. However, if you want to truly take your car back to factory-specs and get the best results possible, then bring your car here. The wait is more than worth it and luckily for me, I worked with Nabia this time around to have the work completed a bit sooner (with zero compromise to quality of work) and was receiving weekly updates (multiple times a week at times).

The service here is the worst I've ever seen. Originally came here because the Audi dealership said they were their certified shop for them, but if you have the option, DO NOT come here. Once you drop of your car you will never hear from them again. You have to constantly keep calling them for updates and they keep coming up with excuses. They kept my car for over a month for a simple repair. I also had to correct them several times because they had all of my contact information wrong (phone and email). On top of that they lie to you. They said they'll contact you before any work is started? They don't. They will let you know when the car should be done and when it's done? They don't. They bluntly lied to my face and said the car was not ready and then listed it in their system that it was. This led to a lot of problems with the insurance and the rental car company. They just make excuses and wash their hands. Oh and the fron desk lady is SUPER RUDE!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Experience was slow and unprofessional. It took a month for me to get my car back. I took my car here because someone hit my fender - nothing honestly too crazy. Timothy Pfeifle claimed that I had two nails in two tires (I had only one - I got it checked right after) and tried to charge me 398 x2 (796) for two new tires. Claimed that the nails could not be patched but I took them to a shop right after I picked my car up from here and got it fixed for $10 in 15 minutes. Had so many communication issues with Timothy with removing insurance from email lines, discrepancies with fees to be paid - never gave a timeline for when things should wrap up - just overall a terrible experience. After fixing the fender, then came the "tire issues" which I told them don't do bc I just felt it was a scam (& I was right) and then the vehicle fails alignment after 3 weeks of being in the that shop and needed MORE new parts. I have no idea why MB recommends this shop. It is full of slow, scammers. I would never give this place business again and highly recommend anyone else against going here. Overpriced and underwhelming experience. 0/10 stars.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

My Audi Q7 was repaired here in late March and picked up in April. The communication I received from collision consultant Tamara Shaker on the progress of the repair was extremely comprehensive and great. When I went to pickup the vehicle there was a $100 discrepancy that State Farm refused to cover. I had a conversation with Collision Manager Cris Taffo and he stepped up and agreed to take cover it. This truly demonstrates great professionalism and a focus on customer service and customer satisfaction that is emblematic of a first class organization. Keep up the good work.
