Stohlman Subaru has been my family's choice for years now, and I can see why. They're friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Went in to get a recall airbag thing done, free of charge of course, and they were very nice and helped me get a loaner car (which it turned out i needed) fast. Definitely recommend them for both sales and service.

I've taken my Subaru Impreza here for maintenance for nine years -- ever since I bought it at Stohlman in 2008. I've been pleased with the work, and my car still drives well. Carlos always takes time to explain what needs to be done and why so that I understand and feel confident about the work being done. I find the drop-off and walk-in process very convenient. And the maintenance/repair is done in a reasonable amount of time. I also watch for coupons in the mail to get some discounts. Thank you!

The Stohlman Subaru Dealership offered excellent service. My family and I worked with a salesman named Patrick Lester, and his professionalism was exemplary! Even though the car buying process is very arduous, Patrick and the team at that dealership definitely made it a painless experience. I can't stress enough how highly recommended this place is if you want to buy a safe, great quality car!

Stohlman is great! When another shop butchered a windshield replacement on my car (it was leaking water into my headliner), Stohlman stepped up and fixed everything. Bobby in the service department took the time to explain every aspect of the repair to me and emailed me personalized updates daily. It really helped me understand the process and gave me peace of mind that it was going to be done properly this time! I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Patrick was THE MAN and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He helped me find a rate that worked for me for the vehicle I wanted and the finance department made it happen. Hands down the best car buying experience I've had.

The service team were timely in signing me in for my appointment and explaining to me my options related to which specific mileage service would best suit my needs. They provided a time estimate for completion of the work and even offered a rental car to me without my asking (I declined). The work was done a good bit more quickly than they d estimated and I even received a minor, additional service at no charge for which I would have been willing to pay. Overall, great service. Thank you!

Al and Alex did a great job! Alex was very knowledgeable when it came to talking about the different vehicles that Subaru offers. He was also very friendly and made the purchase experience very quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Alex and the rest of the staff here were more than patient with me throughout the whole process. This is my first car purchase on my own and they walked me through every step. They also went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I want in the color I want by going to pick it up from another dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Had another place diagnose a problem (irreparable) with one of my tires and insist I would have to replace all 4 regardless of the fact they were all practically brand new. I told Stohlman Service that I would replace as many as they thought necessary. They took the time to do the proper measurements, had an identical tire in stock, and double checked with the State inspector to verify that it was okay from the state's perspective. I only needed one. Honesty is worth dealer prices. They saved me a bundle.

Called in at 9:30 am to see if they had room for my WRX service. Just got back to the area after having the vehicle in Colorado. I am very picky about my vehicles, so I asked them to do an inspection to make sure everything was in good and working order. They were busy, but assured me they would find the time to fit the inspection in. So no appointment, and they catered to my inspection request. AWESOME! Since I have two vehicles, I told them they could have it for the day if need be. They called me around 11 saying the inspection was done, the vehicle looked good, and my oil change was completed. One of the better dealer service experiences I've had, ever. Will be bringing my vehicle back here for years to come. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. They even offered to drive me to the metro or a near-by location, though I declined, it was still refreshing to see that kind of customer service.

This is my first time taking my 2018 Subie Impreza to this dealership and I didn t have a appointment and Emma Pizzola provided excellent customers assistance notifying me that I had a recall that I knew about and she was able to squeeze me in for the recall and she got my extended warranty to cover my right front bent rim and all 4 tires on my vehicle which I just purchased 2 days ago. I m a service consultant also so I know how it is. She s awesome you guys. Please go and see Emma Pizzola

I brought my car in for recall work and to have my tires checked because the low pressure light had come on. I was going to leave the car and use their courtesy shuttle service, but they told me the car would be ready in an hour. So I waited in the lobby, enjoying a complimentary bottle of water. In less than an hour my car was ready to go! It was very easy, very quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I have been coming to this place for years. First and foremost because they really do have the lowest prices on new parts in the country, even after reaching out to other enthusiast vendors, they could not beat those prices on new OEM parts. I've got an older model Impreza, and all the guys at the parts department are super accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. They've even helped me source parts even from overseas when it wasn't available in the USA. They are timely, respond quickly, and genuinely help in any way they can. Tim & Chris are awesome. Do not hesitate to go here for parts for your Subaru!

I went into stohlman Subaru last Monday and was totally blown away. Alex Yakovlev is by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a car with. Knowledgeable and not pushy, he really made me feel comfortable so that I could focus on the car and not trying to fend off car salesmen. (Like my past experiences) based on this experience I will be recommending stohlman and Alex to anyone interested in joining the Subaru family. Keep up the great work!

Service was fast. But price I was quoted on phone was about $50 less than what I ended up being charged. Also, feel like they should have washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy like other dealerships do.

My mom and I walked in looking for the new 2018 Crossover and was assisted with the sales man Alex Yakovlev. He was a great sales man, he described everything perfectly and clearly. Most importantly he wasn't a pushy car sales men like some others. If you visit this subaru dealership i would definitely recommended asking for him!

Good prices and generally good service. I did have an issue once with a damaged front axle but they were quick to send out a replacement. My only other complaint is that I don't have a direct line to the person who handles online orders in the parts dept. If you try to call you get connected to somebody random and unintelligible in the parts department.

The best. Had a front and rear break job done as a rush job on a Friday by two mechanics after 5 pm as I really needed to be able to leave on a road trip. This is how you get loyal customers for life !

Best car buying experience, Have bought total of 4 outbacks from this dealership since 1990. This last purchase is 2017 Outback; got excellence courteous services before, during and after sale. Like to thank Mr. Hoang, the car sale associate and his manager Mr. Ryan Jones for offering me a touch up job, got that hit and run minor scratch in the shopping mall with my car not even a week old. I will ascertain to purchase my next Outback or the up coming 7-Seaters Van from Mr. Hoang.Thanks guys!Zym

Easy experience for my first service with Stohlman Subaru. Communication was great and the facilities are accommodating should you need to wait for a little bit - wifi, coffee, water, etc.

I bought my new Suburu Outback today at Stohlman in Tysons Corner, Vienna, VA. I'm very happy with the deal!!! They gave me a very good trade-in value plus an exceptional value on the new Suburu Outback. It's interest free for 5 years!!!The salesman, Jim Heiman, was more genuine than a typical car salesman! The whole staff including his boss were exceptional helpful & willingness to work the deal!!!I definitely & highly recommend Stohlman in Tysons is the place to buy Suburu!

I could NOT have gotten better service. Online ordering was easy. The price was reasonable. It got here a lot quicker than expected. It fit perfectly. Perfect job!
