Tony was great! He agreed to look at a classic Corvair for us to ensure it was running properly and in good mechanical order to help us make a purchase decision. The shop then proceeded to change all of the gaskets, fluids, and install our windshield fluid pump! Good service even though they were busy. To boot Tony mentioned the emergency brake broke when he was parking the car and he offered to install a new one at no charge once we could get the part! I ll be taking my classic car and other cars to his shop from here on out! Good service and a great staff!

This was our first time trying your company, we were referred to you by a body shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perry in particular went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the after hours key drop. Helping me out even though it was past closing time. They were also on time with calling to give me updates and got the work done quickly so I could be to running around town with the family! Thank you for the great service.

When my Lexus hybrid was making some under-the-hood noise, I had two choices. 1. Take it to expensive Lexus dealer or 2. Take it to decent local car repair shop. Since Lexus dealers in this area are known to be bad, I chose option 2 and took my car to PT Auto Experts in Vienna. To my surprise, the entire experience with PT Auto has been very satisfactory!The diagnostics were quick and explained well, estimates were reasonable, and the repairs were professional, and Tony & staff are fantastic!Per my request, they thoroughly vacuumed my car as a courtesy!My shedding dog is upset, and she is on the lookout for Tony now!:-)

Tony has some great customer service. I brought in my Kia Optima for an Oil Change & Tire rotation. They did it in a timely manner as well as talking to me. It feels nice being new to town and meeting a reliable auto shop!

Best auto repair in Vienna, if not all of NoVA. Tony, the manager, is awesome and always incredibly helpful and straightforward. They do excellent work at fair prices and don t try to nickel and dime you. My entire family goes to PT whenever there s a car issue. Highly recommended.

PT came through for my out of town guest. We brought my guests car into PT on Saturday morning and needed the car to be fixed by the next day for my guests trip home. They fixed the car the same day! Thank you, PT!

Dropped my car off on Friday and they had it ready by the end of the day, but I mentioned to the woman on the phone that I would have to pick it up when they opened the next morning (at 8am) and she said that would be fine. I had a great experience in terms of service, but was left a bit confused when I showed up to pick up my car at the beginning of their posted hours last Saturday as nobody was there. I even waited 15 minutes after they were supposed to open. I went around back and spoke to the mechanic next door and they said that it was typical of them to show up late. I had to get a ride to come back later and had to rearrange my day as a result. When I did pick up my car, they had left a screwdriver directly on the driver's seat. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the price was good, but the things in between were a bit frustrating.Service: Brakes

Quick diagnosis of the problem and suggestions to get it fixed, including trying to use a Limited Time Extended Warranty from the manufacturer. Turns out the warranty had expired so I will be taking the car back to PT auto to be fixed.

Gotta go hear if you crave for honesty and top notch work. I had several complicated issues with suspension, bearing, and engine mount arising from an accident in my Benz. The fancy Bodyshop that claimed to be the best had the car for 3 months and were assuring me that all is fine. I knew better since I have had the car for its entire life (which has a big sentimental value) to us. PT AUTO did such a good job that my jaw dropped. I am 70 years old and have seen many shops and mechanics. These guys are the best. Get this: you will love how they don t assume you are naive and talk to you with a great deal of respect and attention. I am luckily to have found Tony and his experts there.Have to Amend my review. Eventho I love the people there, it turns out that work didn t meet my expectations matching the 3 grands expense. Repacking of the bearing along with replacing of suspension parts and putting new tires caused a drift that can be taken care of after two alignments. (I never got the reading even tho I asked.) In addition, to replace the gas tank sensor, cargo cover had to be removed and reinstalled. The cover is not reinstalled properly (even after repeated request) so it pops open going over small bumps. This means on my car that the top cannot be closed or opened when you are on the door.

I saw in that PT Auto Experts had very good reviews, so I took my Honda Accord because it had issues with the fuel tank system and a belt. I wasn't at all disappointed. Efficient, effective total systems assessment and rehab. Son's car had 100k miles of deferred maintenance (except oil changes). I am very happy with PT's competence and efficiency.

Tony and Ryan were great. I didn t have to wait for an appointment but was able to get in when I wanted. They are both extremely gracious and efficient. I had to have two appointments so a part could be ordered, but my first was on Saturday and the second on Monday so fast service. Excellent service all around. PT Auto did an inspection on my 15 year old truck. I've dealt a lot of mechanics over my many years, and know my way around a car pretty well. These guys are trustworthy. That says everything. They are also competent and courtesy.

As a person who does not know or really care to know a lot about cars, I love that I can drop off my car at PT Auto Experts and know that it's in good hands. Their prices are fair (basically the same as I found online or negligibly more), their work holds up, and their turnaround is pretty quick. I had a pretty old car that they were able to keep running well and I had them inspect the new used car that I recently purchased. I'm glad to have found such a trustworthy mechanic and have taken our family cars to them as well. PT Auto Experts is simply terrific. We finally found our place with PT Auto Experts. We take our Honda Pilot, Acura TL and our Suburban there for all our auto maintenance needs. We ve been looking for an honest and professional auto repair shop in NoVa for years and we finally found it in the heart of V�enna. Highly recommend them. They ve been able to quickly identify and fix some pretty challenging problems. Excellent, timely serviceI called them about AC not working and Tony was very clear about what to expect and how much it will cost. When I brought it in they also checked on ABS light issue, diagnosed it and gave a reasonable price. I had both issues taken care of in under 3 hrs at a reasonable price. I appreciate their open and timely communication on the status of repairs. Will definitely be back next time I need something.

Our nissan failed inspection due to steering and fault lights on the dash. PT took the car the same day. Another shop wanted $2400 to fix the car. PT figured out the real problem and fixed it for $1200, and the car passed inspection.Getting cars fixed/maintained can be such a royal pain in the neck. After several years of experience with PT, we are at the point of just dropping the cars off, and trusting that they will diagnose and fix problem correctly. We have no fear of being ripped off. That lack of car maintenance fear/anxiety is (almost) priceless.If you have any experience with car repair, that feeling of trust is rare. So we trust PT. Nobody has to be perfect (impossible), but you do want really good.I suspect that PT Auto Experts are as good as it gets for helping cars stay safely on the road. Try 'em. Tony and the team at PT Auto are the best. They explain everything so that you understand. They fix what is necessary and give advice on future needs. They explain options and recommend the best choice. And the price is always fair. They are great on the phone and in person, have a comfortable customer area, and they make it easy to drop off and pick up.
