Be careful of your contract they may bait and switch on you. I trusted transparency from this dealership to fix the issue after overcharging me for a vehicle outside of its advertised listing price but they continued to delay the process. REVIEW CHECK ALL THE NUMBERS. Every salesperson was polite but the manager was extremely rude and should consider an alternative occupation outside of customer service.

I had Omer and this experience was amazing. I was given all the info I asked for (most of it he just offered like the carfax and warranty info). He gave me a lot of space to explore the car and look at options. The process was really fair. And even though I m not very knowledgeable about buying cars, I ran it through a good friend and everything was perfect.I felt respected and treated fairly and I would highly recommend looking here for your next car.

My experience at Prideautomotive was amazing. All the sales representatives were extremely generous and supportive in my process of purchasing. I was even provided with an office to host two of my meetings in, while they were working out the details with the deal. Priscilla, my sales rep was on time for my test drive and ensured that I was comfortable. Highly recommended dealer!!!!

BE AWARE!!! SCAM COMPANY!!We purchased a high end vehicle recently from Pride Automotive. Our salesman was Omar. My husband test drove the vehicle (3 miles). During the test drive the vehicle worked fine, under 45 miles. Omar told him the route to take and was on the test drive with him. That same afternoon my husband and I, test drove the vehicle on the same route that he told my husband to drive.Before we left the lot, we noticed the engine light on and Omar stated it was because the small driving light was out on the passenger side. (He told us this would be fixed and was). On the first inspection of the vehicle, the hood shock that holds the vehicle open had no pressure in it.Omar stated that the dealer would replace the worn part with a genuine OEM part. (It was eventually replaced, with a $25 part off Amazon, NOT OEM) .2 days after purchasing the car, the vehicle would not go over 20mph and had a bad vibration. The vehicle was towed at our cost to a Mercedes dealer. Pride automotive management initially told us to email them with what was wrong with vehicle. After diagnosis from the dealer it was later determined that the vehicle needed almost $5,000 worth of work.We advised Pride Automotive management that the vehicle had broken down and had to be towed.Management stated, you test drove the vehicle, and nothing was wrong with it. Pride Automotive management refused to help with any of the costs incurred to repair the vehicle. They have since ignored any response to our emails.This is a warning to any customers who want to buy a vehicle from Pride Automotive. We would never recommend buying or trusting anything coming from Pride Automotive.

Pride Automotive have the best selection of cars and I'm glad that I bought my Mercedes Benz from them. Their customer service is great and it was a hassle free experience. I will be back for my future car.

Terrible service !!! The dealer said they will cover if my car fail the inspection in my state, but after that their boss said he have NO RESPONSIBILITY with what dealer said, even I sent them all of documents to show that my car FAIL the inspection !!! My car's speakers was broken when I bought their car too. They just want to throw their car out off the store and REMEMBER that they gonna sell car with really high price, you need to lower it as well! so with what they promised to you, you need to ask them write it down on paper and NEVER trust them!!!

I'm not one for reviews, but Omar at Pride Automotive deserves a shout-out. Purchasing a blue Ford Mustang my dream car was daunting alone, but Omar's easygoing and no-pressure approach made it a breeze. He simply handed me the keys for a test drive, no strings attached. Despite the final sale terms and no pre-purchase mechanic checks (unless you bring the mechanic there), I took a leap of faith and bought the car. Omar's transparency paid off my mechanic confirmed the Mustang was in top shape. I'm now cruising in my dream car, snagged well below market value. The dealership has been in business for 20 years and I see why. I highly recommend!

Mr Omar, my salesman representative of Pride automotive, was very transparent with car history/ pricing, had a wealth of knowledge and experience on all the vehicles on the lot and was very impressed by his patience with the customer by not being pushy. His can do attitude of helping me make a calculated decision in a choice of 3 vehicles, I believe that I bought the right car for the right price!Next time you re in the market for a pre owned luxury vehicle, please consider Pride automotive and ask for Mr Omar!

Great transaction from start to finish. Overall, the experience was above expectation. I say that because we had a long and drawn out issue with the financial department of the manufacturer of my trade. Pride was very helpful. My guy, Amir made the buying process smooth and easy. Will recommend.

I visited the dealership this week to test drive a car. While I didn't find the right vehicle at the price I wanted, the associate I worked with, Nick, was very nice and it was an enjoyable experience. I feel like that's harder to say when visiting car lots these days. I would recommend visiting them if you see a car there that fits your search.

It's a junkyard dealership, don't buy cars from there, once you sign the contract, you are stuck with their junk vehicle, the owner Amir Ali is a liar, I regret buying a car from garage dump, they avoid your calls when you complain.
