I have had a number of nice high end cars, but this experience at Porsche in Tyson was fabulous. My Sales Ambassador Jay was top notch. He really took the time to serve all my needs, to even include taking me to the bank. He took me on a detailed 30+ minutes overview of the car. For instance, he pointed out how the tire plugs line up with the creast on the tire. Another example, he made sure my phone and ap was connected to the vehicle. He went over every feature of the car, and took 6 pictures with a large size bow of me and the car. Lastly but not least and so important the waiting area has fabulous snacks, an expresso machine, water, juice, and sodas. Also I would like to thank the manager for remembering my name when I came in to purchase my 2024 Porsche Cayenne. If you are looking for a top-notch sales Ambassador ask for Jay (Jai) you will not be disappointed. Tell him the 25 military veteran who brought her car on December 28th sent ya.

My purchase experience at Tysons Porsche, and particularly with Paul Park, was excellent. All the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. In particular Paul Park first carefully laid out all the options and considerations of purchasing new and used among the various models of a Macan. I had done a fair amount or research and Paul was able to put it all in focus. After test driving a couple of cars at Paul's insistence, I opted for the car I had set my sights on. I walked out feeling comfortable that I had made the right decision. I strongly recommend these folks.

I purchased my 2024 Cayenne Coupe with Paul. He understood very well what I had wanted and guided me to the perfect choice. My wife was also very happy and we took many pictures together! I highly recommend to work with Paul because he is very responsive and he will do his best in getting you the best vehicle!

I would highly recommend Porsche Tyson s especially the Porsche Brand Ambassador - PAUL PARK, he will make it happened for you (lease or buy and financing), all you need is to look for Paul and make an appointment with him and test drive with him the car you want .. I love cars and I am particular with the drive or engine of the car, I m driving Jaguar for 7 years and Im so happy that Porsche Cayenne is my next car ! My best choice- an SUV that you feel driving a sports car. So sturdy and powerful that s my car ! I really love it !

I used to regularly have my 718 Spyder serviced here and am extremely appreciative of the service I have received (shout out Lucas S.)!Recently worked with Paul Park on a trade-in for a new 992 and have been more than a happy camper. I had an outstanding buying experience with Porsche Tysons Corner. This is my second Cayenne purchased at this location and I couldn't be happier with the experience both times. My sales agent, Jay Li, was amazing both times and took the time and effort to sit down with me to customize the car for exactly for my needs knowing me as a customer. He kept me up to date on the status of my car and gave me a throrough orientation on my car when I picked it up. I left with some fun swag and a beautiful new car! To be clear: this review is not about my experience buying a car at this dealership. It is about my dealings with their parts department. For several days, I have been trying to buy Porsche merchandise from this place but no one in their parts department can be bothered to call or e-mail back. Their Internet Manager has responded (so they get 2 positive stars for that) with assurances that someone will be in touch, but that remained an empty promise. Your experience buying a car there may be different and hopefully better, but I dread the situation if and when you need something to buy from their parts department. Does not bode well for the whole dealership too I have had a much better experience at Porsche Bethesda, bought 3 of my 5 Porsches there and everyone has been always super responsive and professional.

I purchased my first Porsche 911 in 2000 from Porsche Tysons Corner. Because I was satisfied with the dealership's customer service, I returned to purchase my 2022 911 GTS there. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience -- not only with the purchase process, but particularly with the follow up attention that my Porsche team, Paul Park and Jay Yi, have afforded me. In each instance, whether it has been follow up details of the purchase, or assistance with interactions with the service team and others at the dealership, I have been treated like a very valued Porsche owner, not just one who bought an expensive car and now is just another owner who will get attention when I'm ready to buy another one. My calls are always taken, my messages are promptly returned, my issues are always resolved, and the courtesy and prompt attention I receive has been incredible. Kudos to the Tysons Corner dealership for hiring, training and retaining first class talent. I could not be more satisfied.

This service is a complete scammer and a fraud, especially it has an employee called Andrew Mummert who does not do his job properly. Do not entrust your vehicle to this person, let alone repair it, it puts your vehicle in a worse situation, you get it back damaged, do not order parts or anything from this person, you will lose your money and never get your part. It will not come to you, damn it, I will take them to court. I haven't received a charging cable for two months.

I just purchased my 2023 Porsche Macan and I absolutely love it! I walked into Porsche Tysons Corner to test drive the Macan and I was introduced to PAUL PARK, the Porsche Brand Ambassador of Sales. Paul was the perfect sales professional for me. He took his time to listen and answer all my questions, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. We went for a test drive and Paul introduced me to the Macan s driving experience! I immediately fell in love with the Macan and with Paul s assistance I purchased the Macan on the spot! I bought my Panamera there three years ago and stopped in today to look at a Cayenne. While there were several sales people there, albeit on their phones none took the time to acknowledge my presence so I left. One has to hope that race was not a factor in the lack of responsiveness or attentiveness, but the experience was disappointing. Taking my business to Porsche of Chantilly as it appears my money is no longer any good in Tysons.

Paul Park was exceptionally great to work with. He was patient and intimately aware of all the details of the used Macan I ended up purchasing. He was responsive via text, email, or calls which I did appreciate if random questions came up throughout the process where I could not make it by the site.The overall experience at a Porsche dealer is much different than the other major auto makers. Definitely makes you feel more pampered/comfortable. The pressure was significantly lower than I had experienced from other major auto dealers.Overall my (new to me) 2016 Macan is a whole different league compared to comparable vehicles like an X3 M40i or SQ5. The seats are plush, the damping is neutral (without adaptive shocks), and it's plenty quick around the DMV. It does take a slightly different style to drive with the PDK compared to a traditional auto (with a torque converter), slightly jerky at times but plenty smooth if you take it easy around town. When accelerating it is super quick between shifts and the highway cruising is perfect. Did I mention the noise? The slight exhaust pop on upshift is intoxicating in sport mode. :-)

Misrepresentation and GreedOur experience at Porsche Tysons Corner started out great. The folks we spoke with over the phone about the 2018 Porsche Macan in inventory were pleasant and professional. When we arrived at the dealership, we met with Mike Billings who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car, priced at $30,500 was one that we were considering along with a few others. After looking at another Macan at Porsche Chantilly, we decided on the Tysons car. When I called Tyson s back the next morning and made them an offer of $29,500, I was told by the sales manager that the car s price had increased to $32,250. He explained that they had an overnight price increase, but was willing to discount the car by $250, yet the online price for this Macan was still listed at $30,500.Maybe this is a typical business practice at Porsche Tysons, but it s the first time we ve ever experienced this type of misrepresentation and greed from a car dealership. As lifelong Porsche owners and Porsche Club of America members, our love for the brand will continue, but our business with Porsche Tysons Corner will not.
