One word: Outstanding.BLUF: 10/10 highly recommend.Our E-Class had the misfortune of suffering a road hazard two years ago that left chronic vibrations, bent rims, and busted tires.Even though we had spent thousands of $$$ on the "First Class Wheel and Tire Protection Plus," the insurance adjusters were extremely difficult to work with, and unwilling to pay out even after multiple attempts these past two years.However, Jae, Forrest, and their team at Mercedes Benz of Tysons corner transformed this prolonged calamity into a showcase of OUTSTANDING customer care and technical prowess.The result were not just flawlessly replaced rims/tires out of goodwill with 100% parts and labor covered, but an overwhelmingly positive experience that has restored my family and I s trust and loyalty for MANY years to come. It is rare to encounter a service department that combines such technical excellence with genuine customer care and Forrest, Jae, and their team at Mercedes are a shining example of such. Thank you so much, guys. Words cannot express my gratitude for your exceptional customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Sam at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Tysons. When I encountered some issues with the service center, Sam went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. My service experience this year was very positive. I came in with my to do list and Amin was great at going over my concerns with me and communicating what will be done. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready earlier than had been expected. I will definitely request Amin for my next service appointment.

Great experience any time I had to bring my car here. Mr. Yung communicated effectively to give me updates on my car. Very helpful to have had a loaner as well. Unfortunately, I ve recently got rid of my Mercedes but recommend this dept for any Mercedes owners.

While I usually leave a very positive comment for my experience with Tyson s Corner Mercedes service. But this time I was disappointed that they did not take care of the one important issue I told them about. When I emailed the service specialist after getting the car back, if they had checked the issue. I was told that they had and found no problem. However, within a few days of driving my car after the service, the issue with the tire persists and has not been rectified. I am not sure if the mechanic even tried to find the cause of the leakage.Instead they told me I had to change all 4 tires for a hefty price! That was their easy solution to my issue!! Spend more!!!!

Everyone of Tyson s service and tech support are outstanding staff. I had several service members help me learn the more sophisticated features I never learned beforemonitors headlights. Navigating Speed limits all the details I ve not understood since my first Mercedes 2015. It was wonderful to feel valued instead of feeling inadequate.I walked away ready to buy a new model. Which I will soon. Great service.

I gave 2 stars because maybe they provide good service BUT they are charging much much more than other Mercedes dealers for the exact same services. Their service A and service B charges are over double some other dealerships in some instances and they are even charging more to purchase the prepaid maintenance packages which are supposed to be the same across the board! So if you want to buy a prepaid maintenance package for example just call up a MB Service Center anywhere in the U.S. and that can be then used at any dealership nationwide! This Tysons Corner dealership unfortunately has no scruples :(

Don t go here if you don t want to be lied too and charged a lot more. I didn t know you can use the old car sales man trick on services too. Went for the first 10K service for a brand new car purchased at their dealership and an estimate that was given online when making the appointment doubled. The agent gave me the estimate and when I asked why it was higher he said that is the lowest he has and walked out to talk to another agent hoping that I will agree. When he came back I said again, why the price difference from online. I specifically asked him I wanted only the Factory recommend service and not the dealer one. He once agin said that is the minimum he can do. Logged to the site and showed him what I scheduled. He reluctantly went online, found the price and asked me if I wanted to drop the alignment and the dealer recommended checks and I said yes that s what I asked you. He adjusted the estimate and then said is it Ok if we don t do the car wash since it s late(for an appt at 2PM). This never came up when I made the appointment and until I refused the dealer recommended service. I was on the fence thinking either the agent didn t know the different options available for service which is kind of sad but the 20$ car wash sealed it for me. This is not a business that can be trusted. If they do this for a service of a brand new car imagine what they will do to you for a big service item. I will find another shop more trust worthy.

1. So difficult to schedule maintenance.2. Unsatisfactory service.3. It took me two trips to the service center to get service done.4. Car not cleaned when called to pick up car.5. Car computer not reset after maintenance. It still gives old warnings of B1 Inspection due.6. Not at all expected from an iconic brand like Mercedes.

Customer service was lack luster at best. But then again I don't know the temperment of Mercedes Benz Clients. Perhaps they made the service team like they are. Having said that, I know the GM so the attitude still remained but better response time. But after changing my attitude it was me would set the tone for my treatment. I have a second service appointment so stay tune.....

Fantastic experience. Staff was awesome. Service, efficient. Had a turbo charger and suspension issue. Both major and very stressful car issues. The team fixed the car in just a couple of days. Pick up was seamless. So far, the car is running great. Highly recommend. 10x better than Mercedes of Alexandria

I had an excellent experience with my service at Mercedes of Tysons Corner. A check engine light turned out to be an emission sensor that was under an extended warranty from MB. The NOx sensor was replaced and my car is performing as expected. Aria at the service department was very helpful in getting the repair completed.

Well, I took my car in because the navigation system wasn't working. The maintenance e write up stated it was repaired...it still doesn't work, and now the car alarm keeps going off for periodically for no apparent reason. I suspect it has something to do with the "repairs" done on the navigation system.
