One of the easier car buying experiences that I have ever had. I had an appointment with Arthur and when I got there he had the car we were discussing ready for a test drive. Almost immediately after I got there, Zoko and I were already in the road. When it came to discussing a price, he did everything that he could to get me the best deal possible. If I m in the area again when my new lease is up, definitely going to go to the same duo in that dealership. A friend of mine is actually going back here shortly because of my experience.

Andrew and Mason at the service department went above and beyond when I went there for my pre-purchase inspection. They provided exceptional customer service and were extremely polite. When I went to go pickup my car the next day, I took my mechanic with me and Drew was extremely polite to him too and helped explain all his findings in the most thorough way possible! I ve been to that service center before for my previous Maserati, but this experience was the best! Thank you!

I ve had the worst experience with this dealership time and time again! My car has been in the service department for nearly 3 weeks with little communication! The part needed is on back order for God knows how long. After some back & forth they sent me to Enterprise for a loaner yet won t cover the cost to get me into a car comparable to my vehicle! I sat in Enterprise for over 4hrs while Maserati & Enterprise went back & forth on what they won t cover!!!!!I don t recommend this place & in fact I don t even want a Maserati any longer! This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any dealership! This is totally unacceptable!! Manager did absolutely nothing to help with the situation!

This place is amazing! I live in Maryland and have had a Maserati for 5 years and wanted to give Tyson s Maserati a try for once. I couldn t be happier by the customer service. Terrell at service was AMAZING. The techs were extremely honest and helpful. Will be only taking my Maserati here from here on out. Thanks team!

Mason and Terrill are good people. They answer questions and inform when too busy to align expectations in timing and issues. They offer a fair price compared to other mAz dealers. They will work with you to match other repair shops. I saved a decent coin.

I had a vehicle at the location for a few months because it just took time and a lot of different actions for the diagnostic test to happen. The whole time my experience was great from start to finish, Milena and Mason was very helpful, communicated often and provided all details and information needed throughout it all. Even though the results weren't great, I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here and working with Milena or Mason. It can get busy sometimes, but they are very responsive and offer great service. I appreciate all their hardwork through the process!

The professionalism and attention from my advisor, Diamond, was very impressive. He and the other advisors were very friendly and keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was also pleased to see the upgraded customer lounge.

This is a great dealership because of the sales Manager Mr Nick ZAIMI. Nick IS AN OUTSTANDING person who really facilitates all transactions at Maserati of Tysons.I was in the past a racing car driver now became a physician,so he knew how to answer every technical question without hesitation.He gave me his cell phone number and answered all my questions in a great and professional manner.So I bought the top Maserati which is the quattroporte MODENA 2022. Nick made the sale transaction very smooth and I am enjoying driving this great maserati sports sedan.Maserati of USA is lucky to have Nick Zaimi as a SUPERB manager.TALAL NSOULI, M.D., FAAAAI

I recently purchased a Maserati Grecale from this dealership and it was an outstanding experience! Nicholas Forristall went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the process seamless. The dealership has a great selection of luxury vehicles and the customer service is top-notch. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury car. 5 stars! Thank you Nick and the team for an unforgettable experience.

The intake person was nice. The place is professional, but I did have two problems. They stated that my brakes were fine; I knew they weren t. I went to another dealership, they put my car on the rack, took off the tires, and used the calipers to show how worn the brakes were. Second, Maserati of Tyson s did not honor the $395 oil change that was advertised. I will likely shop around in the future.

What a terrible place to do business with. Choose another dealership to service your vehicle. The staff was very unprofessional and Melissa was the absolute worse. I was told inaccurate information on multiple occasions and they never answer or return an calls concerning updates on my vehicle. I filed a claim months ago and it has yet to be resolved. They refused to place me into a rental despite the fact that their service department had my vehicle for weeks. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate the poor service I received. We are spending to much money to receive horrible service. Very disappointed!

Crazy. I had to work so hard to get a particular part from them, then work again to have the part transferred to their body shop for paint. When I arrived I was rudely bounced from three different sections of the store until I found the third cashier who was also rude. They took my car to the back and the guy they asked to do a courtesy install of the part complained that he would need a tool. The guy that drove my car back to the parking lot 100 from the "install" then left grease all over multiple parts of the interior. Did I mention the color doesn't match? I wish I didn't love this car so much because the dealership just isn't worth it.

I've been meaning to write a review about this dealership for some time.I was completely disgusted when I walked in there with one of my best friends he was in search of a sedan. I was interested at the sports car on the show room floor to add to my collection.From the moment we walked in the service was not great the sales manager (Asian male) was barking orders and was not helpful at all. I definitely expected more from Maserati.The receptionist was pleasant and the sales person we had dealt with did a good job but management was complete garbage.

Driving in to get your Maserati is always a bit of nerve inducing experience but the folks at Safford - Maserati of Tysons Service are fantastic. They always provide an estimate, call me to walk through it, and respect my time, in terms of decision, making and putting off things that aren t immediately required. I.e. They engage me in conversation versus just assuming I don t have the capacity to know what they re talking about. Thank you!!!

The team here is phenomenal - Harry, Danny, Lee - highly recommend all of them. Wanted a pre-owned and the car they sold me is world class. Engine literally purrs. Everything in excellent condition.

If you did not purchase your vehicle from this dealer do not go to them for service. The service department is the most unprofessional team you will ever have to deal with; especially the team member Melina (I don t know or care how here name is spelled) she will liar and is very disrespectful. When my husband first brought his vehicle in for service they point blank told him that because he did not buy the vehicle with them and is now only covered on the extended warranty that he will receive a different level of service from them because they hate dealing with warranty companies. The general manager Arthur is great and is really trying to bring the team to Maserati standard but he can t do it along and as long as he has people like Melina (who will lie, so recommend you record her) on his team they will never reach the expectations you expect from a Maserati dealer. We have been waiting on a part for almost a month and was told it would be in within a week. Never received a call. Due to our last experience was so hostile and just ugly from the team the general manager gave us his cell phone number so that he can ensure we got great service for all future services. After several text and calls to Author to get this resolved we called him directly . He was told by Melina that our service was complete and taken care of; I updated him and let him know this was false. Then Melina told him that she had been communicating with my husband; which was a lie. When I informed Arthur of this false statement; he called back and said the confusion was that the service is in your husband s name. This had me really upset because regardless she had not called my husband and let him know the part was in and to schedule an appointment. Regardless of who nameI am his spouse it is not unusual for a vehicle to be in one or both names, neither one of us was called. Melina seems to have a problem dealing with females. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPT.

While the service advisor was great, the service was not. I was told that their diagnostic tool was not working to service my 2012 Maserati Quattroporte. They suggested that I take it to Maserati of Washington. That is exactly what I did and the maintenance issues were resolved.

The transmission went out in my car back in January. Whew it was a stressful time and Mason did a great job with coordinating with my warranty company for payment, kept me up to date with the repairs and made sure my car was clean and ready for pick up. Definitely the best Maserati dealership in the VA/DC area.

Excellent service. I was kept informed throughout the project and returned my car like new. I will recommend them 100% every time!! I hope I don t need it again, but if I ever do, Maserati of Tysons will always be my choice!

Terrible sales policy. Received an email from Maserati about a new model. Clicked for more info by text. Never received info but now get 3 or more phones calls per day on my cell. No link or more information. I've told them to stop calling, but continue to get these daily calls. I now block every call, since they always call from a different number. I'd never consider buying from this location.

Specifically mentioned that my car was squeaking when I braked and they replaced the front brake pads and also got a bunch of other stuff on the car serviced. I threw a lot of business at them and after I got the car back I still had the squeaking issue. Mason, the service manager I dealt with, followed up with me on text asking if everything with the car was alright. I texted back mentioning the squeaking issue and would monitor for a couple weeks and let him know. A couple weeks go by and I get another text from him stating that I may receive an email survey and if I could complete it and also if service was less than satisfactory let him know. So I texted back saying I was still having the issue with the squeaking and asked when could I bring the car in and if it would cost anything to fix. I would assume it would cost nothing since it would be a followup task to something that should have been addressed from the start. Mason never responded and I'm stuck with this squeaking issue. On another note I would never buy another Maserati ever again because1) Service costs are way too expensive, significantly more than a Mercedes for example.2) Even shops that can work on Mercedes, BMW, or Audi can't work on Maseratis because they don't have the tools or the training. This issue limits my options when I have to get service done. Basically only options are dealers. Now that I have badmouthed Maserati of Tysons my only option for service is the only other dealer near me.

Customer service was great, no complaints there. My only suggestion would be to upgrade your customer waiting facility as it does not meet the expectation of such a high-end brand. I'd highly recommend visiting Lexus Arlington's facility, their accommodations are top notch.

After my Rhodesian ridgeback got motion sick (again) in my brand new Ghibli, Maserati of Tysons did not disappoint. Nico was attentive and responsive; he made my requests feel heard. I requested a stat detailing. Nico linked me with Nelson who did a beautiful job cleaning my car. It was spotless from the inside out. He was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet at a moments notice. The entire team is impeccable and I look forward to purchasing more monochromatic vehicles from them in the future.

Nick runs a top shelf organization here. I decided at the last minute I wanted a different model that they didnt have in stock, but Maserati Tysons Corner was prompt and thorough in putting a deal together. I hope to buy my GranTurismo MC from them in the future!
