Just purchased a new RAV 4 Koons Toyota. Had the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was helpful. Working with Jasmin was especially great. She's not only knowledgeable and kind, but she's a great listener always focused on the needs of her customer. I highly recommend working with her. Great experience with Koons Toyota Tysons! Was car shopping for a few weeks and made it happen here. After many questions and hours of sorting out financing I was able to get a great deal on one of my favorite cars- the GR86. Huge thanks to Jeffrey and Kevin who time working with me and making me feel comfortable with the purchase. Never had a manual before so it was a big jump for me, but after just a day or so I ve picked it up easily. So thrilled to be driving this beauty.

Mariam Yavari took care of me and made the deal happen, she was patient and understanding of my needs and helped me every step of the way. You should definitely seek her out because i ve never had such a positive experience at a dealership before her.i had many bad experiences but she made it all worth while. i wish i could bring all my friends to her. what a nice person and strong. she really cares about her customers. call her cell phone.

I bought my first car at this location, an GR86, and I was working with Ash throughout the whole process from test drive to purchase. Ash made the whole process simple and easy for me as a first time car buyer and I m forever grateful for his help. He has even been so kind to be available for me to text to call whenever I have a question about my car. Shout out to Azmi from finance too who helped me with financing. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Ali B did an excellent job from the first minutes of meeting until the end of our transaction. He understood all my needs and picked out what I wanted. Everything went so quickly that I didn t even understand how the keys to my car ended up in my hands. I recommend Ali B as a professional, attentive to detail and a good person.

Great experience of searching for a used car online. Win was very detailed by providing a video of vehicle (2022 Lexus ES 350) in advance of me viewing in person. The car was more amazing in person and Win was an absolute pleasure of getting me through the purchasing process in a timely manner. I m TOTALLY pleased. Thank you so much Win and Koons.

Came in on a whim after numerous car troubles with my prior vehicle to trade in for a newer and more reliable vehicle. I was greeted by Ali-Akbar and he showed me used vehicles that fit my needs and then ultimately decided on a new 2024 vehicle. He was super knowledgeable and helpful making my first time car shopping experience so easy and seamless. Only negative was the finance team breezed through the process and I felt lost on the next steps after purchasing the vehicle.Overall would recommend coming here and asking for Ali-Akbar if you re in the market for a new car!

I had a great experience buying my new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid from Koons Tyson Toyota! Great thanks to Maria and Regina for helping me find a great car, giving me a good deal, and making this a smooth and easy process.I had a test drive within minutes when I showed up which was a relief after waiting an hour for a test drive at another Toyota dealership across town. The financing was so much better compared to what I experienced when I bought my previous car years ago. The whole process only took a few hours. Maria and Regina smoothed over every concern that I had and I definitely recommend this dealership.

Traveled from Central Pennsylvania down to Virginia with hopes of purchasing an apple red Ford GT. Sadly, at $1.3 Million, it was a bit out of our price range.. so, we settled on a Honda CRV.All jokes aside, Mariam was at the center of the best car buying experience I ve ever had. She went far beyond standard service and was there every step of the way. Compassionate and authentic. Often times you ll find that the sales team at a dealership is interested in solely making the sale without having your best interest in mind but, this wasn t the case with Mariam. She was extremely kind and attentive to every detail (she even recommended and ordered us food as we ironed out the deal). These are the types of experiences that will keep customers coming back and build genuine relationships. Mariam would be a valuable asset to any organization and because of her, I now believe that Koons Tysons of Toyota as the best dealership on the east coast.

Overall, a very good experience. I was able to purchase a hard-to-get plug-in hybrid vehicle. The dealership brought to my attention a Toyota incentive for these type of vehicles that saved me $4,500, which helped make the car more affordable. Only constructive criticism I have was the buying process could have been quicker once the deal was reached but I understand the finance staff was backed up. Thanks again for all the wonderful assistance.

Rami was extremely helpful when purchasing my first new car. He helped make sure to set up my phone to my car before we left. He was very knowledgeable on the car and was able to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend him if you re buying a car! Super nice guy.

We had an awesome experience buying a new car! Ali was an awesome salesman! Not pushy, but his recommendation is what we ultimately went with. Jenny was a great finance manager, but a little aggressive with the loans that we weren t interested in. Overall we will definitely come back here for future vehicle purchases!!

Jonathan was a breeze to work with. Great customer service. But piece of advice if you don t already know, go PRE-APPROVED. The finance department tried to give me an APR above the national average with an EXCELLENT credit score. My pre-approval from Capital One reduced the rate by 3 percent. I d give it 3 or 4 stars for that reason, but Jonathan my sales guy was so good that he rescued it. Give him a raise

Koons Tysons Toyota is super great dealer. They reply fast and give specs and quote sheets fast and clearly. The price is fair and cheaper than other dealers!I really huge thanks to the saler Abdo to introduce and make effort to keep this wonderful new Toyota corolla hatchback SE for me. All in all a very great experience with Michael and the team. We were greeted politely and welcomed to the dealership. We were not pressured on buying anything. Michael was very patient and respectful while he attended to me and my wife. Also, the finance department was very helpful and has given us very affordable choices for financing. I do recommend Koons Toyota Tysons any day for any purchases of new vehicles...Tj

My time at Koons Tysons was great. The staff there were really friendly and helpful from the start. The agent who helped me was professional and made sure I found the right car for me. They patiently explained everything and worked hard to get me a good deal. Thanks to them and the whole team at Koons Tysons, I now have a car I love. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. They deserve five stars from me.

Max took good care of me and my wife on the new purchase! We sat down. Talked numbers. Super clear on all pricing. No hidden fees. They worked with us on payments and warranties. Was pet friendly to the fur baby which is always a plus. Great team. Great prices. Highly recommend. We will return if we need another Toyota!
