Horrible customer service. Been going for 5 months now and i still don t have my car. Anytime i call for update person on the phone has nasty attitude like it s such a burden to assist or get me in touch with my point of contact. When i first took my car there, it took a month for them to finally register my car. After 5 months repairs have finally been finished but now they are holding my car because they said payments from my insurance company have still not came through. This was after a week of my insurance company sending me an invoice with payment confirmation to them. My patience has grown thin with this dealership and will never see me again. I highly suggest you stay away from this particular dealership.

The service advisors were great when I ordered the radio and had it installed. When calling the parts counter, it seems there was a struggle to wait for my question before explaining the process. The payment counter could use a little refresh on being courteous customers when they call in to ask for a status update on their order (or attempt to look it up as opposed to telling customers we need to speak to our service advisor who is on vacation). I still give five stars as I understand this to be a leadership issue and not an employee issue.Overall I was happy with our service.

I brought in my Jeep for regular maintenance and they cross threaded my wheel stud and wanted to charge me $240 for the repair. I asked for the lug nut back and they just threw it away. I paid for $1k in services only to have my car returned damaged

This Jeep Dealership and service department treated me so kind and took great care of my Jeep. When I left, I was very satisfied that I was safe driving my Jeep long distances. She's a 2015 with 105k miles and needed a tune up and tires(ouch). Immediately, right when I started the engine I could hear the difference, and when I started driving, I could feel the difference. It was a nice feeling to know we did the right thing for my Jeep's endurance heading into winter. Victor and his team are respectful and knowledgeable. Koons Tyson s is the go to place if you re looking for a Dodge or Jeep (I ve only owned a Jeep or Dodge for the last ten years). Recently I purchased a new Hellcat from Jonathan M. This is my second Challenger from Koons. I m one of those guys who really likes the buying process of a car; meaning I like to look and try but don t want the process to end by actually buying until I m 100% ready. In other words, I m a pain in the butt. That being said Jonathan has been my patient guru for all things Dodge. The dude LOVES Challengers and Chargers and knows them in and out. I took up numerous hours of his day throughout the course of weeks looking for the right vehicle. He was always willing to help me out whether it was his work day or not. If you re looking for a new Mopar ask for Jonathan. He ll put in the extra mile for you.

I feel more confident driving my jeep now that the brakes have been fixed. Taher was so informative about the problem (picture by Taher) and the status of the problem-solving. I really appreciated that and felt like the jeep and I were in good hands. The grinding sound is gone, the brakes work, and my dread of driving in city traffic is taken care of. Taher worked around my crazy schedule too. Absolutely coming back if I need any more service to the jeep.

Did recall work and parking assist alarm would not stop even when turning off car. Grand Wagoneer back window trim fell off. Had to order new part. Ordered April 1st call several times and was promised next week. I bought a 2019 Jeep wrangler in July, my car has been to the shop at least 3x's already. It's only Oct 3rd. I'm starting to think I was sold a lemon. I went in to get 1 thing fixed and the next day I got my car back all of my lights were on that's on the dash board. However, Victor from the service dept. is really nice and was willing to help. He is the only reason why I gave stars!

Service went fine, the person who did see me when I dropped the car off was super nice, but the car was promised to be ready 5 days prior it was actually ready. Within that 5 days I followed up multiple times via text (no response) and telephone and was told someone would call me back but they never did. I felt like my car was held hostage with zero communication.

Had a recall item to get replaced, it has taken over 4 years to accomplish this as no one ever returned my calls. Then after making the appointment and being told the part was in stock, it took 2 weeks to get the part in and installed, there was minimal correspondence. with support and it was generally me initiating the contact

The service writers there are great and really work hard at making sure the service or repair is done right and at the most cost effective way possible for the customer. Car said to take it to dealership (u-connect). I left the dealership and it still said to take it to a dealer. Kind of pointless and no one will communicate with me. U-Connect does really suck, but the dealership should be able to fix it by now.

The service staff, Taher, in particular was great. He and his staff performed a full diagnosis on my car that completely shutdown and wouldn t crank. I expected the worst & was expecting to pay alot as I thought the repairs were going to be numerous & costly. Immediately after I had it towed to Koons, he put me at ease throughout the process. I was receiving text updates before any repairs were made with the approximate costs. Services were very reasonable. Car is running great now, and I am very happy with the service department at Koons. I will continue to bring my car to them for any services.

Taher made the experience excellent right from the start! A 10 - 5 stars - all the way. Had a leak in tire - examined & found a screw but too close to edge for patch. David Bell was amazing. Dropping off my car was very smooth and convenient even though I had no appointment. Dropped my 2013 Sahara for 90K maintenance. Victor was absolutely fantastic. He explained what would be done upon drop off very clearly. When I went to pick it up he said there was going to be a slight delay as they were double checking to make sure everything was tuned in properly. He didn't try to talk me into additional services that I didn't need but just mentioned to keep an eye on a few things. Victor was polite, honest and went above and beyond to get my safety inspection that got missed when I initially dropped it off. I will definitely request Victor for any future service needs. I lease my Jeep Wrangler and recently brought it in for a service at the Koons Tysons location. A couple of weeks after the service, my Jeep shaking uncontrollably when driving. Sometimes doing it multiple times during one drive. It was extremely scary and unsafe. My fianc� brought it back to the dealership and they told us it a common issue with Wranglers and they refer to it as the death wobble ! They then sent us back home with a car that is a lease, unsafe, and without a rental. The part that is needed is on a nation wide back order with no ETA. If you research this, it will discuss accidents and crashes that have happened due to this and how unsafe and dangerous it is. The fact that they are not willing to give us something safe for the time being or be able to repair the car is not only poor customer service, but also poor representation of Jeep.
