Got my tires replaced with them and they did not torque my bolts to specification resulting in stripping and breaking my OEM Honda wheel locks. I found this out after I got a flat and couldn t remove my tire resulting in me paying for a tow. They reluctantly fixed the issue, however, they replaced my OEM wheel locks with the cheapest no name brand that they could. Overall I feel pretty cheated coming here and would recommend trying to find somewhere else if you can.

I had Three cars (now I have two) and all of them I took them to this shop. I have been using their services for over 10 years. The reason is that they are professional, quality is excellent and the service fantastic. I always ask for the manager Freddy Gomez. He is the best.

One tire on my car could not be inflated properly with a gas station compressor. I took the car to Just Tires and expected to hear that I had to replace not just that one but the pair, plus "we have a speical for four now" etc. None of that! They inflated the tire, checked for bubbles in a pool and found that it held pressure. No charge!It was probably the compressor that was defective, but I could not know that. These guys are honest and friendly.

Highly recommend this place! I had my alignment done on my 2023 toyota tacoma. These guys knows what they re doing. Especially Victor and Abdul, these guys are legit and really work hard and experience. Shoutout to the owner of this shop. These guys need a raise!!!

I always go to the location in Vienna and the service is excellent. I have been taking my cars for more than nine years for many types of service. It has become my trusted place in addition to the friendly service and bilingual staff. I would leave six stars.

Used the Roll service to have all 4 tires replaced. The mechanic, Enrique, was on time, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The car feels so much smoother and there's no shaking or unbalancing issues. He was also very kind and honest. I would use again. Ty!

Excellent service, a place where you can trust that your car is in good hands. Fast and efficient service was my first time and will definitely be the place I look for when my car needs the services they provide. I recommend it if you want fast and good service this is the right place for you.

Warranty claims they will replace the tire if there are more than two plugs. I had four plugs, but the air was holding, so the employee said they couldn't replace the tire. This is blatantly disregarding their warranty and my safety. Please do not use this service center. They do not care about you!

I got my front left tire changed on Monday and got a message on my dashboard that my back right tire was flat with no psi, when it actually wasn t. When I arrived and the issue was fixed, the front desk person told me to sign on the pad and then I was able to go. He didn t tell me what was wrong until I asked. The other worker there said that it was because the system was not reset. So not only did I waste 3 hours on Monday FOR ONE TIRE to be changed but I also wasted 1.5 hours for something that could ve been avoided. Just tires??? More like just tired.

Normally I avoid chain tire places but I ve come here twice and both times I called close to close and they got my tires on quickly. They treat you like youve been coming there for years. Edwin and his guys are great

Overall happy with experience of getting all 4 ties replaced. Service was fine, Goodyear RSAs were great, price after Goodyear's discount was very reasonable, and took about 1 1/2 hours. There was a small chip on one of the wheels, but nothing a little touch up paint couldn't fix.

I have been going to this store for the past few months. In the last 3 occasions, the customer care guy was Kenny. He was professional, courteous and helpful every time. I was very impressed. I used to be a Jiffy Lube and Virginia Tires customer previously since their stores are closer to my home whereas Just Tires is a few blocks further away. But because of Kenny, I began to go to your store. But this Donald guy is beyond incorrigible. I had an appointment today early morning. I show up. Donald is the only customer care guy present and he is mad at the world. He doesn t even make eye contacts and kept saying I am listening and kept keypadding away! Simple oil change took two hours. Did not top up my washer fluid even when the car gives immediate alert about it once you turn the ignition on! Did not reset oil change alert as well! Donald took ages to process my bill, again very agitated and couldn t be bothered to make any eye contacts and provide updates! I will surely think twice before I revisit your store. There are plenty other options.

I have to give this place a mega 5 star review. I don t live around this area and got a flat around closing time. They were so kind and took us in and patched me up when no one else around the area would. They were friendly, helpful and very considerate considering being close to closing and rushing in. Cali helped us and even fill all the rest of my tires and got us in and out for our two hour drive back home. Great work guys, you don t know how much I appreciated it!! Definitely recommend here.

These guys are fast. Just make sure they put paper over the seats before they get in the car. My interior smelled metallic for a few days after one of the service members drove it in the repair bay.

I don t leave reviews on anything but this place was so efficient and great that I had to. I went from miserable to beyond grateful after my car broke down 2 days before vacation and they pumped it back out to me in less than one business day. Thank you to everyone in the garage and at the desk that made the process flawless. Won t go anywhere else from here on out

This location is not only extremely efficient but honest! It s hard to find auto services in Northern Virginia that won t try to rip you off. Just Tires found a bubble in my tire and was able to replace the tire while recognizing my Goodyear warranty which Hogan & Sons could not. I highly recommend this location and I don t see myself going anywhere else.

So definitely won t take away from Employees being super friendly & helpful but they re completely the worst in time. I ve had to come to this place countless times, as the company I work for have an account with them. I set the appointments ahead of time & when I show up they either don t have the tires or parts yet, so you gotta wait for about an hour on that delivery. Then to either change brake pads or just tires in general, they ll literally take anywhere from 5-7hrs to do just that, even though you had an appointment all set up a day or days in advance. Again their employees are great! Just the service deserves a -5 stars. One more thing to add, their waiting area is really outdated & are never stocked up on water. They also have a great big waiting room but not enough chairs for people, their great big window in the front needs to be tinted or curtains at least, during the summer time I ve had to wait in the waiting area and the sun beats the windows so badly that it feels like an oven inside.EDIT- So Kenny talk to me personally on problems that I put on my review about the waiting room & I understand all of them now, except for the service still but I will add now that one of his workers got out of line & I was able to hear him clearly cursing & saying that the truck I took in to get a break job wasn t a F-N Honda Civic & that s why it took almost six hours to finish. so I will take back that their employees are ALL friendly & respectful but at least Kenny brought everything else to my attention.

Severely let down. I would give zero stars if possible.I booked an appointment 10 days in advance to get 4 new tires installed on my car. I arrived 15 minutes early to my 9am appointment and was told it would take approximately 90 minutes to do the work.I sat in the lobby until 10am before my car was taken into the garage. I then sat in the lobby for another hour before I was told they only had 2 of the tires I wanted.I then asked them to put my old tires back on and I would return the following week for another appointment, where I was offered $100 off. Which was highly annoying but fine.Before leaving the location I inspected my car and found a panel inside the car removed and laying on the floor board and the wrong valve stem caps installed.I went back inside to point this out and to cancel my appointment. They have no attention to detail in the shop and poor customer service up front.This location will waste your time and perform substandard work if they even have your parts in stock. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs.

- "Sorry, we're booked up today. But if you wait 3-4 hours, we replace your tires."(4 hours later:)- "Now we have time to replace your tires, but all the tires we have left are reserved. Make an APPOINTMENT for tomorrow (1pm) so we replace tires.(Tomorrow 1pm)(2 pm)They roll the car into the garage.(3 pm)The car still sittin in the air in the garage.(3:30 pm)I get out of the waiting room, and go near the car to see whats happening, then they replace the tires in 5 minutes.1pm appointment, 3:30pm good to go."Fast service"

My family has been coming to this store for past 5 yrs. While the price has been sky rocketing, the service has been worsening everyday.I came couple of weeks ago for an oil change and the guy in front desk named Donald Gramp told me it would cost around 95+ bucks for full synthetic oil and I can rebate $25 back. After that I come to home and try my $25 worth of rebates and today I receive an email saying that I didn t buy enough service to qualify for this rebates. When I called Valvoline regarding the email they said just changing oil doesn t qualify me for rebate I had to complete fuel system treatment too which Mr. Donald Grump didn t mention to me. They conned me to pay an excessive amount for just an oil change and never paid me the amount they promised to pay me back. I ve been coming to this place for many years and we have 4 cars in our household. We are not coming to this place until and unless I am getting my $25 back.

Very poor customer service and the guy name Donald is very selfish and doesn t know the basics how to talk with customers. I think he needs go to school and learn how to treat people nicely.

The service was great but they failed to adjust my alignment twice, at this point although i paid for the 3 years, i am thinking of trying to find another place since I don't see the point to go back, the car still swerves and the steering isn't centered.

If you are Lyft driver, you are in trouble. More than 2 hours waiting with appointment made 24 hours before the service and the associate just trolling. Great job!

I first went there for an Alignment and briefly mentioned another issue to the front desk person there Gabriel. Firstly, the alignment came out done perfectly. In addition, Gabriel sounded like he had extensive knowledge beyond just wheels and tires he recommended me check out my issue to be a strut I got it looked at and it was exactly what it was needed to be fixed. I m very pleased and have been doing there since then. Because of Gabriel s and the teams knowledge and initial ability to give excellent customer services Im leaving this 5 star review!

Great service - good communication, this is the first true customer experience I've had in a long time, thank to the technician Gabriel (Gabe). He found a nail in my tire and they fixed it quickly and for a good price. The service was very good and they seemed genuine unlike other places I ve been to. I will be returning. Thank you Gabriel

If I could give them a zero I would. Dropped off flat tire for repair. Got it back and told replaced valve stem. Same valve stem still on tire, all they did was add air and tire was flat again in 3 hours. Apparently they have too much business and don t have time to properly diagnose and fix a flat. Once was enough, never going back.
