I had a great experience purchasing a used car through Andy. He is knowledgeable, straight to the point,and a great salesman. He followed up with texts and phone calls answering all of my questions. The car was ready and detailed as promised. We shared good conversation and laughs throughout the process. I would recommend you see Andy for your purchase. Dealership is top notch, very clean. Thanks for a great experience.

Service Advisor quoted $1600 over phone for scheduled maintenance and battery change. Asked for a discount - advisor seemed nice and said she would apply 15% discount on my bill. Show up to pick up car completely different number on the bill plus service advisor forgot to apply 15% discount. When confronted our service advisor did not take responsibility, made excuses and started arguing. I was a loyal customer since 2019. I do not recommend this dealership.

Service consultant was polite and attentive. Customers should be aware that techs do take a lunch break from noon to one daily. Luckily my advisor mentioned it, so I did not stay to wait as planned. Wash is a nice touch, but they left my glass and mirrors worse since I recently washed....just seemed to rush that part.

Still a great team. Saturday wait time is long but communication regarding status and expectations was transparent. I am a happy customer, came in with a lean code and left with no issues and still no issues 500 miles later. (Oh yeah, no charge, jag was still under warranty :)

This dealer is the best. People think that buy a car is only about the brand but after they realize how important is the maintenance department. This department starting from Kevin and all the people in this department are the best going above and beyond to understand your situation and find a solution. I just got home after spending time at Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover dealership buying a 2023 Volvo XC60 B6 Ultimate; after visiting two Volvo dealerships.(the less said the better) The Jag team were all so nice and friendly. They were not pushy but really, really helpful. I was in so much pain from a backache. The receptionist offered me a patch she carried for her back. Mike and Hector were so pleasant and professional. SUPERIOR Customer Service!!!

Milena was exceptional, she kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and throughly explained the future maintenance required for my vehicle. Amazing experience. This is my 5th experience with Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover over the past 25 years (Discovery, XE, F-Pace, XF and now a new F-Pace) Michael Parrish was awesome to work with (my second time dealing with him). The experience was professional and seamless from start to finish. Given my busy work schedule, Michael went over and above to accommodate me. I highly recommend this dealership and Michael Parrish.

This was not the service that I am accustomed to at this dealership. I did not get any communication with the service department without me having to call 4 times. The car was there for 11 days and should have been done in Two. When I did receive a call back, the service agent said it would be $3,000 dollars to resolve a problem with a license tag light. Additionally the vibration noise it was originally brought in for is still not fixed.

Excellent experience at the Tysons location on 7/19/23. Their online booking made it easy for me to setup an appointment. Service advisor Adriana provided great customer service, pleasant attitude and made sure I was taken care of. I can t remember the jag technician who diagnosed my vehicle but he was professional, great attitude and kept me in the know concerning my vehicle. I have to return soon to actually get what I need done fixed. If service is normally like this here, I will be sure to make this location my first choice.

Fantastic service experience. Love the new system in place which streamlines the whole service process. Jack, my service advisor, provided impeccable service by returning my call to confirm my appointment which I thought was booked on the website, and was not; but he was able to get me on the schedule for the day I requested. Upon arrival, Jack was there to get me checked in. He is truly a kind and professional young man that showed much care in setting up my transportation needs while my car was being serviced. I was able to eat breakfast at the Silver Diner and enjoy shopping at the the Tysons Corner mall, which was less than a 5 minutes walk.Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

My experience was not smooth. There was no record of my online appointment that I made. The new service rep did not know me, and didn t really show that she could find me in the system. Her tone was not friendly as if she were irritated by my presence. She insisted that if I didn t have a discount coupon there was nothing she could do.This is not the customer service I ve been accustomed to receiving here.Service: Auto maintenance
