They did a great job fixing the crease dent without painting the car. I m so happy that they could save the original paint on my Porsche. The estimate is very reasonable and fair for the great service. Brad is a very nice person and explained everything to me. They also gave me a loaner car so I could get back to work. Excellent job and very very nice people! Highly recommended!

Beautiful results on body lines that I had low expectation of recovery on. Brad and Jasmine were great, and unfortunately I did not catch the name of the technician (with the long black hair) but the whole experience was great, from the itemized quote last month, to the results yesterday; very affordable price compared to what I would be paying if each of these panels had been pulled, sprayed, and blended, elsewhere. Highly recommend this place. Like the name, Dent Master. Brad is a gentleman and he is very nice and helpful. I fixed three dents on my Tesla with a great result with reasonable price. If you are local, they offer a ride or a loaner.

Ehren and Brad are amazing. When my Subaru got smashed by a hit and run driver, Dent Master was able to repair the damage for a whole lot less than a traditional body shop with no need for weeks long delay, rental cars and inconvenience. I ve used them before, but never with this level of crunch .and with my original factory finished panel in tact. I can live with the hardly noticeable spider cracking on my bumper. Thanks!!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Estimate was very reasonable and got car fixed within 2 hours. Ehren was a pleasure to work with - very professional, honest, and pleasant. Place is also super clean and maintained well. Glad I found DentMasters!

The team here was terrific and the job was extremely well done. Jasmine was especially effective in scheduling and explaining options. Came for an estimate appointment, and the price was so incredibly reasonable that we were able to get the repair done on the same day. My dent was from someone apparently hitting my unattended car in a parking lot, scraping their car s paint color onto mine along with denting my car, and not leaving a note behind. But now you would never know it after Dentmasters finished their work. The fender looks brand new! No trace that there was ever a problem. We will definitely use Dentmasters Tysons again in the event someone bumps us again. Thank you all so much! Greatly appreciate your all s help. Including before and after photos as well, though it is raining today.

My experience at Dent Masters in Manassas exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly energetic and professional. I came in with a sizable dent, approximately 5 inches long, stretching across a crease in the body of my vehicle. Initially, I was skeptical that they could fully restore it and thought I might still need to visit a body shop for further repairs. However, I couldn't have been more wrong.After just about an hour and a half, the dent was completely gone. I couldn't detect a trace of it ever being there. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was truly remarkable. Not only did they make it look better, but they completely eliminated the dent without a hitch.I'm thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Dent Masters. Their expertise and efficiency are unmatched. I'm thrilled with the outcome, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dent repair services. Thank you, Dent Masters, for your outstanding work

Came in to get an estimate for 2 dents from a tree limb. They were actually able to fix it right away for a reasonable price and it only took about an hour and you can t even tell where the damage was. Staff was extremely courteous. While I hope I never have to get another dent fixed, if I do, I will DEFINITELY go back!!

Extremely professional white glove treatment. Brad and team at Tysons location restored to original factory condition - no shadow or consequential paint cracks. And it was done in less than a day. Workspace is clean, bright and friendly. I cannot rate highly enough!

Great service. Brad gave me a reasonable estimate on my dented trim panel the same day and got my car to fix it a day later. They fixed it during one day like there was no damage at all. They did a magic on my Tesla Model Y. I was trying hard to find imperfections, but I couldn t. I also appreciate that they gave me a loaner for that day to get to my job and back. Keep up a good work. I recommend this body shop.

The Tysons team comprised of Brad, Chuck and Kyla were amazing! During the estimate, they spent time explaining to me how they would approach removing the dent, which I found insightful and helpful in understanding potential results. They also went next door to get someone from a neighboring business that could give me a high-level estimate of what it would cost if repainting was necessary (my dent was in a very obscure location). And while it took me almost 10 months to book the repair appointment, they team was equally friendly and personable. Brad returned messages quickly and got me scheduled within a very short period of time - even offered a loaner car so that I could keep to my work schedule. But the best part? You can't tell there was EVER a dent there to begin with! Chuck does amazing work! Would highly, highly recommend this team and this location over and over again! I am a very pleased customer!

The professionalism and transparency swayed me to make the investment to have a large dent made by Mr Car Wash (brand new car wash place replacing a legacy facility on 123 and Route 7) repaired. They took a large size dent out of a silver colored wagon and restored it to its pristine condition. The job was more complex than originally estimated and I paid a bit more than the original estate because of the honesty about the time to fix the dent. Great people! If you are hesitating because you think the dent is a body shop repair - give em a chance to look at it. You will not be sorry - repair is current as of March 2024.

This was one of the best services I have received! First, I showed up to my appointment over an hour early and they took me right away. Second, they were flexible on the estimate and willing to work with me based on my budget. Third, they took my car on the spot, and did an amazing job, accomplishing exactly what was promised. Finally, everyone was professional and friendly. This will be my new go-to workshop should I need it again!

Received a reasonable estimate for my dent. They fixed it within an hour the same day. Brad and everyone there was kind and grateful for the business. I highly recommend them. Brad will graciously walk you through the process and educate you on what s needed.

Best part about Brad and his team is that was willing to work with me at my price point. I have an older but well maintained car that I simply wanted to be restored to "good enough". Could Dentmasters have restored to new? Absolutely but I wasn't going for that and Brad understood that. 1:45 minutes later, my expectations were met at a price point I hoped for and I couldn't be more happy with their work.I hope I never have to visit again but I do these service in the future, I'm driving down.

DentMasters was one of three shops I visited to get a repair estimate for some significant door dings on my RAV4. Of the three, Brad and team were the most professional and thorough in examining my car and explaining the proposed repairs. The price was in line with that of the competition. I chose DentMasters and was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this business.

DentMasters did a terrific job removing a dent, paint from the pylon I rubbed up against, and other marks. Very friendly, professional, and quick turnaround. The loaner was brilliant to have rather than waiting while they worked. Would definitely return.

Dentmasters did an excellent job for me. They repaired a nasty dent on my Subaru Crosstrek s rear passenger door that had also affected a trim line in the sheet metal. When they were done with the repairs in about 90 minutes, any visible sign of the dent were gone. I don t think anyone who didn t know the dent was there would ever know it now. In fact, I took it to a car dealer after and they couldn t tell! Just as important as the quality of the repair was how easy it was to work with them. I called and talked to Brad. He got me in for an appointment the same day. When I got there, he walked me through the repair process, and we agreed on a very fair price upfront. So everything was straightforward and without any suspense. It s a very nice clean facility without any of the scariness of the typical body shop. Overall, working with Dentmasters was an excellent experience. I recommend them!

I came in to have a small dent repaired on my new Tesla. Made an 8am appointment and Brad got me right in on time. The tech went to work right away and I was on my way 25 minutes later. Excellent job. If you need PDR work done this is the place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

These guys are awesome. This is the second time I've used their services, and both times the results were like magic. Brad and KP were extremely friendly and transparent in the pricing as well as what I could reasonably expect the result to be. My 2020 Miata had a pretty nasty dent/gouge in the hood. Brad said he could promise an 80-85% fix, but I'd solidly rate it at 100% (they obviously couldn't fix the missing paint) in terms of the dent repair--it's GONE. Highly recommend.

I called DentMasters due to an irritating dent I had on the hood of my like-new car. Not the biggest in the world, but it was a very tricky one given its placement on the body line of the car and there was paint chipped from the pinch of the dent. Brad explained their process and assured me that I would not be charged if they came to the conclusion that they could not do a quality repair. They were able to fully restore the shape of the line and lift the whole dent back to place. I ended up touching it up myself (horribly) but the result is all I could have asked for out of Brad and his team on their end. Thanks again for everything!

This is our second experience with Demasters. They did an amazing job both times and very quickly. They even had a loaner car while they were doing the work. But highly recommend them.

I had a severe door ding in my Porsche Carrera Cabriolet that was in a difficult spot over the right-side passenger wheel. I had a PDR mobile service come out and attempt a repair, and he gave up after an hour saying it was impossible. I asked around and Dentmasters in Tyson's came back as "Best in the Region" so I set up an appointment with Brad and Kevin, dropped the car off a 9 a.m. and it was ready at 2:30 p.m. that day. They even gave me use of a free loaner car while working on mine.The repair required removing the rear bumper cover, the right side tail-light and the heat shield to gain access to the area. It took some time to do. However i am happy to report the fix was excellent, and I was quite satisfied with the work (see the before and after photos). Cost was $ 500, which may seem high to many, however the alternative was a conventional body shop and painting the original finish and that would have been every bit that much and more.A job well done. Recommended.UPDATE 09/29/23; Since I last wrote my review, I have had (5) more visits to Dentmasters in Tysons, guess you could say I'm a regular. I continue to be amazed at how they can get the most difficult dents out of vehicles that I would not think possible to do. I won't go anywhere else.Plus, they have a REALLY cute "shop dog" now....

Exceptional service and customer service. The team made it easy to get an appointment and talk about the repair. Work was done the next day and is first rate. Two small dents removed from a brand new truck. Couldn t be happier with the experience.
