Great experience! 120k mile service completed under $400!I asked them to "check the transmission fluid and coolant system", they inspected both, tested the fluids and said both are in good shape. Thank you, that was honest! Scott was super helpful; I had my daughter set up the service and pick up the car (I went with her to pick up), Scott was patient, explained everything to her and made it a great first experience in dealing with car maintenence!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

They will give you true and honest feedback on repair work that needs to be done, and even tell you when nothing needs to be done. I was blown away by my recent experience and didn t think businesses like this existed. I m a lifelong customer.

Best place to get your car fixed. It s done right the first time. Prices are competitive and the service is great. Above all, they re honest and suggest options to provide the most favorable outcome for you.You can go someplace cheaper, but you can t go someplace better than C&C Auto. There are many customers that have been going there for decades. That speaks volumes alone Take it from someone who owns six cars that are older and always need a little bit of love. C&C Auto is a locally own business that has earned the respect of this community because of their integrity and commitment to their customers best interests.Lastly, I am an old hot rodder. I ve owned and rebuilt muscle cars in my youth. So I know when somebody is trying to get over on me and when somebody is giving me a straight story. They ve earned my trust over the past 10 years and I am relieved that I have a place to bring my cars when they need to be fixed. I hope these guys are around for a long time.

C&C Garage and the team there are great. They are honest, straight forward, friendly and efficient. Their fees are a great value for the service they perform and I trust their work. I've been going to them for years with various cars. I used to get stressed out when i had car trouble and had to deal with the dealer or other mechanics. Great service! Honest people. They will tell you exactly what s wrong with your car and won t sell you on something you don t need. They re straight forward and courteous. Two customers had come into my store talking about how great they are, in the same week, by happenstance. I was looking for a place to take my car anyway, so I took my car there based off of their enthusiasm. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the Vienna area.PLUS they had a couple really nice old school mustangs on the lot for eye candy.

My husband and I just relocated to the area and were in search of a reputable mechanic to perform a list of things on our CRV recommended by Honda. I was thrilled to find these guys. They were honest about what items were an up sale and which ones were essential. Prices are fair and service was quick. This is our go to place for our cars from now on. Highly recommended.

Its very hard to find an honest and reliable auto mechanic. C and C is the best one my wife and I have ever been to. It s not just because their prices are the best around, it s because they are honest and upfront about the work they do. We drive all the way into the city to use them and it s worth it! C&C Garage is purely honest and trustworthy. Have known them for over 30 years. They do the best work at the best prices. Don't be misled by false reviews. Just ask anyone in the town of Vienna and surrounding areas who to go to for their car maintenance and repair and they will tell you, without any doubt or hesitation, go to C&C Garage. Period.

Great mechanics; good people. Fortunately, they decided to be mechanics rather than politicians they re way to competent and honest. Today they refused to let me pay for a/c repairs because they thought they might/might have caused the problem months ago when they were fixing the car s engine. I was ashamed (but grateful) not to pay. Incredible company. Almost restores my faith in mankind.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

Excellent body shop in Vienna, Virginia where my family has taken our cars since the 1980s. Whenever we need a state inspection, regular checkup, or even a look at something sounding or feeling off with the car, we give Scott a call over at C&C. I highly recommend you give them a chance the next time you need a tune up and I promise you won t regret it!

It's hard to believe that a place like this exists in Northern Virginia. When I go to other car dealers or garages around this area for service or repair I feel like a little mouse ready to be swooped up by the hawks and buzzard circling above. Even if I have a simple oil change done, I inevitably receive a list of either recommended services that need to be done or, even worse, the news that I have a catastrophic situation that needs to be fixed immediately. The cost of such work always seems to be around $1000.00, so I'm assuming that is the number that they have all agreed upon to fix literally anything.In comparison, going to C & C is almost a pleasure because they only do what you want them to do, they do it extremely well, and their prices are sometimes so low it's hard to believe. As an example, I had the front struts replaced on my Mazda 3 and ended up paying approximately $300 less than any other place quoted me. Plus, they did not call me and tell me that they found a few other problems which would cost about (guess the amount) $1000.00 to fix. In addition to all of that, the folks there are extremely friendly and talk to like you're a real person. My wife's car needs rear disc pads and rotors. I didn't even bother to call around for quotes; I simply made an appointment to have C & C do the work.

My car was running really rough. Firstly, I went somewhere else in Fairfax where they told me that I'd need $1800 worth of work on the car to get it "Up to Snuff" and pass inspection. I was in despair and decided to get a 2nd opinion. Then I took it to the guys at C&C Garage in Vienna, VA. and they charged me $713.00!! Beside the serious damage, they also found that my front fog light had been unplugged along with a few other "shady" problems. My fog lights were fine before I took it to the other place...so were a few other things. I loathe dishonest mechanics!! If you need work done on your car and you live in the NOVA area, do yourself a favor and take it to C&C Garage in Vienna, Va. The guys there are the best. They're HONEST, THOROUGH AND VERY FRIENDLY. They are an EXTREMELY rare find. I'll never go anywhere else again! Five Stars!!! Thank you, Scott, John(Jack) and Joe!

I have taken my two cars to C & C a number of times. They have always given me an honest assessment of the work and cost. They have never proposed work beyond that is necessary. The work performed has been of good quality. I highly recommend C&C.

C&C Garage has always treated me fairly, friendly and quickly. They know their stuff, have gotten it right the first time and are upfront on their prices and what they are going to do to repair and test the car.

The best auto shop in Vienna IMO. It s hard to find a mechanic shop where you can trust that they will tell you what needs to be fixed and when. Glen is great. He always gives me the full array of options on any potential pricey repair.

Shop was communicative, work was done quickly. I called around to a few other shops and their hourly labor charge is one of the best I found. Looked into getting an A/C compressor replacement with them, but found a place down the road that said the same job could be completed for 30% less (at another reputable and highly rated shop). I'd be a little weary to return having learned this.

I have been to a few other mechanics in the area over the years. Each time, there is a honeymoon period of them only doing what is needed and then it's on to the $1K per visit for "stuff they found" mode. This place is unique in that the honeymoon doesn't end - they just keep doing what is needed at a fair price. I love these guys! Better still, I trust them.
