I was rear-ended in a brand new 2024 Grand Highlander. After careful consideration, I selected Auto Body of Vienna to perform the repairs. It was an excellent experience. They communicated frequently with updates, were thorough with the repair and were highly trustworthy. 5+ stars for this high quality company.

Totally awesome. Got rear ended in a minor fender bender that scratched up the paint on my brand new car and took it here. The repaint is literally 1:1 with the rest of the car. Absolutely cannot tell any work was done. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

Just wanted to post a "rave" about the great work Autobody of Vienna did on my 1988 Saab 900. I've been a customer of theirs for various collision and other ad hoc repairs for 25 years , and wanted to get this car painted as the capstone to a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. This car is my baby and I would only entrust it to the best! The owner, Bruce, gave me a very competitive price/estimate and a reasonable turnaround time (both of which they met). The crew did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Every single door-ding and defect accumulated over 32 years was smoothed out and rendered invisible. This was a single stage, old-school paint job that gleams like it had a clear coat! The tiny dots are raindrops beading up on the mirror-like finish; I took this picture just as it began to sprinkle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed to paint the hood of my car and with my limited budget, couldn t pay for painting the sides or blending yet he did a wonderful job. If you want a skillful professional then this is the body shop for you. Thanks to Bruce for doing amazing work.

I rarely give a 5 star review, but in this case it was earned. The quality of the work and the customer interaction were great. Add in that the price of the job was very good and there you go! I would definitely recommend Auto Body of Vienna to my friends.

Had a fender resprayed due to a poor repair via a former owner of my vehicle. Auto Body of Vienna did a great job, but unfortunately, there was a minor anomaly with the materials. Vienna stood behind their work, repaired the anomaly, and did a fantastic job, looks better than new. This shop offers integrity, honesty, fairness, and will provide top-level work for a fair price. You would be foolish to risk it with any other shop.

My 10 year old Prius looks new. We had body damage to the left side of the car. They did a flawless job at a reasonable price. May have to wait for an appointment because it s a popular place.

My door was replaced by Bruce and his team. Unfortunately, the door replaced has a minor gap where some air and noise is coming through. The service that the team provides has been phenomenal and friendly. Bruce asked me to bring my vehicle back in immediately and was genuinely helpful. These little things happen but this shop is not out to take your money but actually help resolve your problem. I recommend them 100%. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

If there were six stars I'd give this business a six. We've used them on every car we own and they've always done great work at a fair price. But what really sets them apart is their attitude. They get service and they get how to treat people in a way that makes them feel that their business is really appreciated. Most recently, I took my car in for a water leak from the roof. The took 1/2 hour of their time to figure out it was a windshield issue which they don't fix. Did they charge for the time? No. Chris (the owner) said happy to help, here's a referral to a glass place, and have a nice day. Do yourself a favor and talk to these guys next time you need bodywork. This business can only be described as fantastic. The work done is of good quality and the customer service is no less. They also did a slight adjustment on the part I had replaced afterwards free of charge. My car was returned in the same condition it arrived in, plus the replacement. The price was very reasonable as well. It's clear that they aim to impress every customer here.

I've been going to Vienna Auto body for years. Each time they have done a magnificent and near perfect job when it comes to body work and painting, you will be hard-pressed to find any other shop that does high quality work. Extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable staff will greet you every time.

I have never been treated so nicely at an auto body shop before. They agreed to take on my odd job which was clear coat for some large stainless steel panels. We chatted through a rough estimate and timeline on the phone and we agreed on a dropoff day. They stuck to the schedule and the budget and I picked it up, everything looks great. I will definitely come back in the future for other work. The team at Auto Body of Vienna was a pleasure to work with.Service: Painting

I brought in my car for a bumper fix and the team was absolutely professional, on time (even earlier than expected) and everything looked great. They even did some extra work without charging me which is honestly rare when it comes to body shops. I would highly recommend Auto-body of Vienna, they re wonderful.

I took my car to Bruce for estimate and also asked other top 3 recommended body shops in Falls Church. All three was lazy to spend time on looking at my car just gave me an rough estimate. Bruce at Auto Body of Vienna gave me a written estimate with all the details. Geico estimate was $1100 for the repair my total bill was $2800 and I only paid $500 deductable. He even fix the scratch on the wheel caused by accident. Car came out like brand new from dealer.I highly recommend this body shop , special thanks to Donna and Bruce. I dropped by Auto Body of Vienna during lunch on a Tuesday to get an estimate on some minor damage to my hood and door, and they were able to repair it within just a few minutes. They also cleaned my very cloudy headlights, which now look amazing. The price was really reasonable, and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Wow. going to an Auto body shop can be very hectic and nerve racking. I went to Auto of Vienna and Donna greeted me with open arms for my vehicle. I was well informed of what they were doing and a round about of when the completion would be. I was updated on the progress of the work and got my vehicle back on the day promised. The work was clean and look just as good as if I purchased it from the dealer. The boss, Bruce spoke to me and gave me a run down on the repairs. the way they made this more personable was my deciding factor on my rating. Most places do not do well for customer service for a business that typically need customer service to get business. Auto Body of Vienna was simply fantastic and I will recommend them for any car repair. Great Job Auto Body of Vienna!!!!

Chewy was so helpful! I had quotes from auto body shops around and they said it would take a week to fix. They popped the front end of my car up in 30 min with some screws and clamps and it was good to go. And I paid a fraction of the price I was told. Highly reccomend!

WE LOVE Vienna auto body!I backed my car into a tree, completely shattering my black windshield & the staff could not have been nicer. They went out of their way, after estimate hours to get me an estimate for the damage, went above and beyond in ensuring the repair was the most cost effective, and gave me a courtesy call to update me about any new information about my car.I LOVE this company and seriously will not go anywhere else.

my daughter's car was impeccably fixed and we are relieved and less stressed with no more noise or brake damage whenever we drive the car. We are grateful. Based on what was done for us, we will from now on commit ourselves to only this shop going forward, trustworthy, competent, and reasonable price given the 5-star delivered for us.

The owner, Bruce, couldn t have been more efficient with fixing my GX 470 s broken front bumper. Pricing is great and he keeps you updated on the progress and timeline. Absolutely recommend.

Bruce and his team did an outstanding job repairing my 2013 Lexus GS. Bruce is a honest stand up guy who really cares about customer service and really did go out of his way to make me happy with the final result. I would highly recommend his shop.

I have tried a few shops in the area and Bruce over at Autobody of Vienna is a good guy to work with. The entire staff is great. The work they have done on my Challenger has been spotless. Paint, dings, scratches. They go above and beyond.

the rating on Google and Yelp are so great, so I went there for an estimation by Jeff Dow. I was told that my car will be repaired by 4/13/2018 for sure by Donna if I can drop the car by Tuesday night, so I drop the car there on Tuesday (4/3/2018) after hours. I did not hear from them on next day, I wait until Thursday around 4:30PM to call them to get an update and make sure they will keep their promise that I can have my car back by 4/13. I was told in all likelihood they can give my car back by 4/13, but no guarantee. Since I have to leave town on the weekend 4/15/2018, I really need my car back. I will write a complete review here and and at Yelp after I get my car back. I got the car back today (4/16), though I think it would be much better with a daily text to let me the status, in the end, the work is done well, the car is deeply cleaned, and looks good. I changed to 4 star.

I picked this company to fix my car after it was rear-ended; damaging the hatch, bumper and the under carriage tire storage. I chose them after reading reviews on several sources, and speaking with Donna over the phone. Although I had to wait to get the car in, the wait was worth it. The work was done on time, matched the insurance payment, and looked fabulous. Fast forward 3 months...I have an issue with water coming into the rear passenger area from heavy rains - nowhere near the damaged/repaired area. I called to see what could be done in case it was related to the hit and hadn't been noticed. End of story - I was asked to bring the car by so they could see if the problem could be found, although it didn't seem like it was related to the accident. After some initial checking, the car stayed for further examination. They were intent on helping me resolve the issue. Turns out there was a tiny unsealed seam under the rear end where heavy rain run-off was entering. All fixed - plus they dried out the interior using the bake room. Above and beyond. Great service. While I hope I never need them again, they have my business and recommendation for life!

Great, fast service from a friendly staff -- this is a true local business gem. On my most recent visit they did the entire repair -- labor included -- for just over half of the best price I found for the part alone on the Internet. The time before that I went in because I had a dent and some scratches on my bumper and they heated and pressed out the dent and painted over the scratches, all in 15 mins and for no charge.
