Amir and Steven are helpful and courteous. They will provide excellent service. Check-in and check-out process is quick.Wait times for appointment is longer, so book it online ahead of time. It s difficult to get hold of staff on call unless they call you.They do provide courtesy vehicles if you reserve it ahead of time.Visit official Audi website and check what all services are needed for your vehicle based on miles or time. Make sure all of them are completed before you get the vehicle after service. Some items can get over looked.Shop will scan for wheel misalignment, as soon as you enter the shop to drop off the car. Make sure you get the service only if misalignment is way out or it s been really long since your last alignment. If it s slightly out in red, skip it. I am not sure about the calibration interval of this machine but based on my experience I believe there s some error in it (repeatability issue).Overall a good shop and service, people are genuine, will definitely recommend.

Professional and Fast service by Audi Tysons. My favorite shop. Alexander MnatsakanovAudi Exclusive Service Consultant provided great help. I ve got a loaner vehicle Q5 for a couple of days while my baby Q3 was in a shop for general maintenance: tire rotation and alignment. Oil change and some sunroof leak. Had to clean roof drain system. Hope it s all fixed and works great.Will keep you posted but by far very satisfied with overall experience.Highly recommended Audi Tyson s.

Steven Tran was just amazing. So polite, thorough and very helpful. I just dropped in, no appointment, and he was very accommodating. We had an issue with the car that of course, could not replicate when I brought it in. Steven was patient and kept trying to replicate the issue and he found it! Great customer service!

I have been servicing my Audi Q5 and now my Audi e-tron at Audi Tyson s Corner for over a decade. I have made excellent experiences while my car was/is still under warranty and also after the warranty has expired. The team of service advisers and service technicians have taken great care to offer the needed services, never requesting to do anything that is unnecessary. Attention to detail is excellent, always resolving issues and giving a good feel that my car is safe to drive and I won t get stuck on the road. I went to see Leslie but she was busy with a customer, so as I was waiting her next desk colleague Steven asked if he could assist me. He did and when Leslie was available she stepped in snd concluded my service appointment. I was super impressed with the seamless teamwork! Both were outstanding! Kudos on having such outstanding professionals!

Service was good and the service professionally dealt with did a great job. Only complaint was after the car was done. I had to wait in an additional hour just for a wash. Not too happy with the amount of time it took to get out.

Great experience at Tysons Audi yesterday. Went in for my 95,000 mile service. Within an 1 1/2 after dropping off the car, I had a video from the service technician about what he found. I then discussed his findings with my service representative, who explained the various options, pros, cons and pricing. We agreed on what needed to be done and my car was ready by 2:00 pm. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Great job all around.

Excellent customer service provided whenever I bring my vehicle in for maintenance. Jose and Amir was able to assist me when an ongoing problem I had with one of my key fobs. Staff members are always friendly and courteous! I would have given it a 5 star but due to the long wait time and not having a loaner vehicle available was an inconvenience for me.

Seamless annual service visit. I dropped my car the day before and got a loaner. It was all handled through the service desk in a short period of time. Same thing when I returned. They kept me abreast of the car s status along the way. Easy!

I took my car in for an oil change and found out my car needed additional services. Amir was great! He clearly explained the work that was needed. He also played phone tag with my extended warranty company to ensure I received the best price. While my car was being serviced I had to take a work trip. Amir and the Audi team arranged car service at the airport; I flew back home and went directly to Audi to pick up my car. Top notch service! Thanks Amir!

Nixon was in contact with me in the early morning, confirming what was going to be checked and inspected on my car. He let me know when my car was finished and asked me if I would like to have my car washed. I thought that is a very special thing to do for their customers and I appreciated it very much. I always have the best experience with Audi Tysons Service. My team Lead is Lesly Matos and she is always courteous and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain everything they will do and answer all my questions. If she s busy when I arrive to pick up, another team member will jump in to assist. I love the text and video updates I receive during the service process. I always feel confident my car is being taken care of by professionals.

I booked an appointment for an emissions test. I was quickly greeted by Sam who took care of servicing. After my vehicle passed the emissions test, it was given a courtesy wash and I was on my way to work. This was a great first experience with Audi's Service Department and I look forward to the next one. Highly recommend.

I have the pleasure to write a review of this department.Russ and Alexander are the absolute best.We have had so many Audi vehicles. We have had a Q3, A6, Q5, A4, and now a TT and Q8. We have purchased all of our vehicles from this dealership in the past 15 years. We only buy Audi vehicles because of this dealerships s service department.We once had a X5 and that service dept was horrible.I can t say enough great things about Russ and Alexander. They have always been professional with every appointment. They welcome me at every visit, go over all services and costs to be provided, and keep me updated about the status of the vehicle. I even had my Q8 stop working due to an electrical issue and had my car towed there in a Friday night. Russ took great care of me and had a loaner set up for me so I could get home. Alexander followed up with the status of the repairs the following day. I also love the videos they send of the inspection and rec work to be done! Nice touch.These employees really go above and beyond to treat their customers with the highest level of quality and respect. They are always a pleasure to see and are huge assets to the service dept.Thank you both for what you do!!

Very impressed with the service manager Jose Sanchez-Calvillo. I did not have an appointment but brought my vehicle in to see how the driver side window switches worked. Asked Jose a few questions, and he immediately said "why don't we take a quick look at your issue". He examined my switch and confirmed it was not working properly. He tried some electronics cleaner to hopefully free up the stuck mechanism, (unfortunatly it did not solve the problem), but I did appreciate his efforts.

Although I have other Audi Dealerships closer to me, I prefer Audi Tysons Corner for all my service needs. The staff (Lesly) is always friendly and very efficient in taking care of their customers. I highly recommend Audi Tysons Corner.

Service personnel were very personalable and attentive to my request and needs. Service rep did not push extra work that I didn't require.Waiting room is comfortable with great coffee options. Wait was about the expected time quoted.Courtesy wash was offered and provided. They even washed my Weathech floormats. A+

I had a flat tire and went to Tysons Audi without an appointment. Lucy checked me in and was super helpful. She checked on my tire and wheel protection plan which had unfortunately expired. However she was able to find the tire that was still under road hazard protection. She was able to fit me in and get the tire taken care of. It was all much easier than I had expected it to be. Mrs. Matos was great, she truly cares about the customers. Steve was also very friendly and had no issues answering my questions. The complementary Lyft to work and from work to the shop is seamless and very convenient.
