We purchased a used 2021 Q3 from Audi Tysons. We were quickly greeted and led to the car we were interested in that we found online. No pressure tactics or asking us to look at other vehicles. We were able to do a test drive and ended up buying the car from start to finish in less than hour. Really appreciated the knowledge and low pressure of our salesman. Would highly recommend!

The service you experience at Audi Tysons Corner is nothing short of phenomenal. This being my first Audi purchase, it will certainly not be my last & can guarantee that I will be a repeat client only at Audi Tysons Corner for my next car purchase. Specifically, my experience with salesperson Matthew Ryan & sales manager Carlo Albanna has been extremely pleasant from the signing table to now after the purchase. When I have questions they are attentive, when I have concerns they are there to help, & every time I step into that dealership I feel welcomed.I do not write many reviews but when I experience exceptional service I must mention it. Matt was very helpful, experienced, quick. We ve purchased lots of cars. We know the process and don t have time for all the games. We told Matt the pricing and financing we had. They inked it up right away. I told them what things I didn t want to hear about from the finance/title lady and they honored that. Plates were on the car an hour after we showed up. We ll be back.

I purchased a 2018 RS5 from this dealer in July of last year.Initially the experience was good.However, A week after I purchased the car, I was notified that the car had an active safety recall.The recall showed up on the carfax however, the salesman Matt Ryan assured me the recall had already been addressed. He clearly lied.Two weeks after paying $67k for a vehicle, I had to drop it off to be repaired. 7 weeks later and many phone calls giving me the runaround later, I was finally able to enjoy the car.I was hesitant to purchase the car due to it being vinyl wrapped by the previous owner. But I decided to take the chance anyway.About 4 months into ownership, I decided to remove the wrap and just leave it the factory paint exposed.It didn t take long to realize that the paint under the wrap was completely destroyed. It appeared to have some damage that was pulled out using paintless dent repair but the clear coat and paint were absolutely melted from some type of machine polisher.By chance, I took the car to the same shop that had originally wrapped the car. They were very familiar with it. In fact, they told me that they had just recently re-done the driver side for Audi of Tysons corner.An employee of the dealer caused some damage to the driver side and they asked this shop to help. Audi initially just wanted to buy the material and get some advice on how to remove the adhesive since it was being stubborn. After failed attempts removing the original wrap adhesive, they reached back out to the shop for more help. But the damage was already done.They tried using a buffer and compound to removed the adhesive and complete destroyed the paint.So naturally they covered the damage up and sold it to a customer.This was my first Audi purchase and I made it clear that I wanted to start a relationship with them to order and buy more vehicles in the near future. That clearly didn t happen after my experience with Audi of Tysons corner.So shortly after this experience, I started working with another local dealer.I have sinceOrdered a RS6 last NovemberOrdered a SQ5 5 months agoPurchased a Q4 E-Tron 2 weeks agoI couldn t be happier with the new dealer. They have been great and reach out to me when they have great deals they think I d be interested in.I suggest avoiding Tysons, the service department was a nightmare trying to get my car repaired as well. The store manager needed to get involved for any progress to be made.

My experience with Audi Tysons Corner has been excellent. I ordered my A5 Cabriolet in January with Michael's assistance. He kept me informed of progress over the past few months, and the car was delivered last week! I highly recommend the dealership and Michael in particular. Donna

Extremely disappointed! We have been scammed. We purchased a second hand Audi and a few months down the line the engine needs to be rebuilt. Audi were aware of this issue but refrained from telling us and told us the car passed tests. I m so disappointed we purchased the car for 13k and to have a engine rebuilt it s going to cost 9k. I would advice you all to stay away from purchasing cars from Audi especially Tysons corner. We have been scammed, if anything I would like to save anyone else from going through this! We were under the impression purchasing a car from an Audi garage we would be safe however they failed us and lost our trust. Extremely disappointed. Audi Tyson corner you scammed us. Please do not buy your car from this garage!

I had a wonderful experience at the Audi Tysons location. The team is not only incredible, they are also both kind and patient. I really enjoyed working with everyone, particularly Patricia and Carlo who made the process as smooth as possible. As a first time buyer, they really took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, and then went above and beyond to assure that I left a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend that you visit the Audi Tysons Corner location if you are looking for an amazing vehicle with an excellent customer service experience.

I can t recommend Daniel Chun and Audi Tyson s Corner highly enough. Go get your next car from Daniel. I was with a different Audi dealer in the area, which was fine, but Daniel fought hard to find me the best deal and win my business. Beyond that, I had some issues that needed service with my prior car and Daniel facilitated the entire process for me. The service staff was excellent, but Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled efficiently and properly. He stayed involved even after I already acquired the new car, which was important to me and showed that he cares about his clients.As long as I drive Audis, Daniel will be my guy.

I scheduled a service with a loaner well in advance of my Monday morning ~9am appointment. When I got in for the service appointment, Alexander informed me that no loaner cars from Saturday were returned, and as result, I will not be getting a loaner. He apparently left a message at around 8am to inform me that there was no loaner, which I did not find as I was getting ready to head to the appointment in the morning. I would have appreciated an advance message especially if they knew the cars didn't come in on Saturday, and not a last minute Monday message. I found Alexander's tone pretty rude and unprofessional when he remarked that I should have checked my messages and was not apologetic in anyway for the inconvenience on the loaner. In any case, I didn't bother dropping my car off there as their prices were way too high and took it elsewhere for service. If the dealer expects to charge premium costs, then I expect premium service. Disappointing experience!

Khalifa was friendly, personable, and very helpful. Roma from finance was knowledgeable and efficient, loved the high tech document signing in their office. Didn t get pushed (too much) into the extra after market warranties/services like most places do. :)

The sales staff is polite and helpful, but the managers seem to lose interest once you agree to buy the car. They made it abundantly clear that I don t matter, including the finance manager. From the outset, the finance manager didn t want to deal with me, and then proceeded to provide incorrect information in a passive-aggressive manner. Overall, the entire experience was quite disappointing.

After purchasing five cars, I had my fair share of dealership experiences. We ve had experiences with Hinda,Mercedes,Toyota. This is my first Audi and my first time getting it serviced and was by far the worst experience. I called to make an appointment and explain to them everything that was going on. I was already stressed because my car was leaking water from inside which has never happened and any of my cars. I explained to the person on the phone everything that was going on and she booked my appointment. I took the first one that was available, so arranged a nanny to watch my daughter since it was early and took off work. Drop an hour, Once I get to Audi. They bounced me from one person to another, and when the guy finally helped me, he informed me that the car was gonna take three days to get looked at, and that they had no loaners to give. I was so frustrated because I explained to the person on the phone exactly what was going on, gave her all the details And wished that she told me how long the process was going to be. I Wasted a day of work hired a nanny for no reason because Audi can t communicate with their Customers properly. The guy said he understood my frustration, which I really doubt. while waiting I Overheard how another associate there was able to get his customer a loaner. I felt like nothing was done to try to fix the issue other than a simple my bad.

I had a great experience at Audi Tyson s Corner. I specifically want to recognize Arthur Hall who assisted me in purchasing my Q5. He was able to answer all my questions about the car both in person and over the phone. He also went above and beyond to make sure the sales process went smooth and as stress free as possible. Great experience with Audi Tysons Corner. Leased a new Audi Q8 Sportback E-tron. I knew the car I wanted because my prior vehicle was an E-tron. Made all the arrangements over the phone and was able to get in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Couldn't have asked for better service.

This review is limited to the service department. Scheduling service can be a royal pain and talking to a human being is virtually impossible. That said, once the car is in the shop they have excellent personnel who are attentive, professional and knowledgeable. They deal with a lot of fallout from other dealerships around the area but they handle it well. My service experience has been amazing.

Thank you George and Matt! I just picked up an SQ5 a few days ago, and couldn t have asked for a smoother experience. I initially started out with interest in a 2022 CPO with Matt who then guided me to George to purchase a brand new 2023 that better suited my taste. They are truly exemplary of what the German luxury vehicle experience should be like. Hopefully I will be back early next year for an EV!

Matthew made our buying process easy and fast! We had traveled to Virginia from Maryland to look at another Audi from another facility, which unfortunately had been sold. We were able able to locate another Audi that was just what I was looking for at Audi Tysons Corner. Matthew told us over the phone we could come look at the vehicle right then, and he would have it waiting. We took a test drive and determined it was perfect, it was just what I was looking for. Audi Tysons Corner made the whole buying process very quick and easy, which allowed me to drive home with my Audi that evening. It's been almost a week and I can honestly say I do not regret the purchase of my Audi SQ5 at all; I absolutely love it!

I had a wonderful experience at Audi Tysons Corner where I purchased a pre-owned certified 2021 Audi Q5. Matthew Ryan of the sales team made the entire process extremely smooth as he guided me during every step from the initial inquiry, test drive, purchase documentation/financing, all the way through my after sale follow-up questions. I could not have been more satisfied with the high level of attention and ability to clearly communicate the options available to me. The entire process including the test drive took literally less than 2 hrs until I was able to drive off in my newly purchased Audi Q3....

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We love our Q-7. No nonsense, Kadie and the sales manager gave me 3k more than anywhere else on my trade, and discounted the car far more than I expected. Only 1 back and forth before a final number was presented by them, a take it or leave it, which I agreed too. Roma in financing was expedient, fast and accurate. Did all the paperwork to set up payment for our liking, and excluded sales tax due to military service. STAY AWAY from AUDI and especially this dealership. I bought my car three years ago and its aleady breaking apart. Called 10x plus time for parts, someone is keep on disconecting it and putting on hold and never pick up the phone even once. If customers doesnt matter to you why bother running business like this.
