Had a fantastic experience buying my car. Devaunte Morgan was excellent and showed me a variety of cars I was interested in. I had a few hiccups with paperwork but Mr. Morgan was very professional and understanding about it and helped me resolve my issues. I would recommend asking for him if you go to the dealership

My first experience here was excellent. Mason at the service department really took care of me. I bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from a different dealer and Mason gave me the run down on getting it fully inspected and under a warranty. I hope this is the start of a great relationship.

I worked with Brian Ravitsky to find my car, a 2024 Tonale. It was absolutely perfect! PHEV with sunroof, beautiful blue color, and compact SUV just like I wanted. They also had a really nice lease deal that sealed the deal for me. I didn't have a lot of time because I was just visiting for the weekend but Brain had me complete most of the paperwork online so the process was very quick and smooth. I'm so happy that I stopped by here. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you!

All service bulletins found quickly. Safe environment and care taken during this service period.Update Sept. 2022Mason the service Manager and his team provided excellent and timely service.Update June 2023.Had a strange issue with battery being drained due to overnight roof left open. Andrew took the job details and did a great job keeping me updated on the progress and took care of my annual maintenance too. They charged battery because they could not find a fault in the codes anywhere. I took the car and runs fine. Agreed with Andrew that next service we would test my assumption that the open roof somehow drains battery. He is game and we will see. Overall great service and dealer.Update Nov 2023Booked appointment to do scheduled 30K maintenance. Jose took very good care of us and made sure I was updated on progress and all tasks (extra issues) I had noted. All around great customer care by the department. Mason has done a great job training his team.

Took my Veloce in last week for scheduled maintenance. Jose was the Service Tech I dealt with... GREAT GUY! After 5 minutes I felt like I had known him a time... and I felt he really cared about health of my Veloce! If I didn't already own an Alfa I would have walked down to showroom and bought one. Found my Alfa Doctor!

I never tend to leave reviews, but Daniel Puryear is the nicest and easier Sales Consultant I ve ever met. Took the time to explain things, work with me and help me look at my options. I will for sure always come to this dealership. Also Harry and the finance guys were helpful as well and great to talk to! Much love and respect to everyone!

I have never seen or did business with a dealership like them, they are very polite, accommodating, understanding, and overall, the best dealership I have done business with.The entire staff at the service department is extremely helpful, and polite. I recently had a great experience due to the wonderful service I received from Jose and Sophia. They went out of their way to provide me with a loaner vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. Jose provided me with frequent updates and answered my questions with patience. Sophia s energy is contagious and her positivity made my experience even better!

I own 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI sport and Safford Alfa Tysons Corner has always been my go to place for any service related activities. I admire their commitment to provide the best customer service for Alfa Romeo & Maserati in the DMV area. Booking an appointment is easy and they always follow up with you if you missed your appointment and to reschedule another. I love the customer service folks at the desk, shout out to Jose and Christian who always make sure that they lend you their ear for accumulating any grievances about your car and also making sure to inform you on anything that needs your attention. They keep following up and informing you on the car's progress in the shop. The staff in the shop floor are knowledgeable and experts. I had the opportunity to interact with one of them on a recent issue. I would recommend the place to anyone owning Alfa in the DMV area. Safford Alfa Maserati, Thank you for providing such amazing customer service. Thank you for installing the new vending machine in the wait room.

I went in for a software update recommended by Alfa. My initial appointment was for Saturday morning, but at the last minute, I wanted to see if I could switch to Friday. Andrew advised me that it was no problem. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Andrew and directed to the waiting room. The work took under one hour and I was out of there quickly. The check out process was as smooth as the check in because of Andrew's efficiency and professionalism. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as when I took it in, which tells me that the maintenance staff take appropriate steps to achieve that (gloves, paper floor mat, and temporary seat cover). Excellent service!

Fair warning - I tend to write pretty detailed and passionate reviews when it comes to car dealerships.. so this may be a bit long.. if you're here for the spark notes - This dealership is fantastic and I would highly recommend them!!Happy to share that I had an exceptionally great experience at Safford Tysons Alfa Romeo this weekend! I had communicated with the dealership's General Manager (Arthur) last week about what I'm looking for. I let him know that I'm shopping around this weekend with every intention of getting a new car. Arthur kindly asked that they be my first stop, and assured me that they would also be my last stop.. and sure enough, he made good on that promise!From the moment I walked in, I was very warmly greeted.. Arthur introduced me to Lee, who would be sales advisor for the day. Lee was fantastic to work with.. he was very knowledgeable about the cars and clearly passionate about what he does. I picked out the car I was interested in (2022 Giulia TI AWD) and we went for the test drive. Throughout the test drive, Lee and I had great conversation about cars and after understanding my likes and dislikes.. he proceeded to highlight all the right things about this car that I would like. Not just a generic sales pitch about how it's a good car... but a tailored pitch to my particular taste.We came back and started talking about pricing, trade-in value, and all that other not-so-fun stuff... Arthur and Lee took the time to understand my budget and where I could/couldn't compromise on things... and we eventually reached a mutually agreeable deal. They offered me a VERY fair price on my trade, and did what they could on their end as well... yes, this was a dealership that in today's outrageous car market, were willing to negotiate (within reason) to earn a satisfied customer and make a good deal.The rest was just processing from there... the Sales Manager (Nick), the Used Car Manager (Russ, for the trade) and the Rob from Finance all made sure everything went smoothly... and I later drove off their lot in my new car with a huge smile on my face!Overall, very happy with my new car, very happy with the deal I got here, and very happy with this dealership. If you're considering an Alfa.. this is the place to go! (yes, I know there aren't many options in the area anyway.. but still these guys are great!)Thank you to the whole team here for a great experience in an otherwise stressful time to be in the car market!

I've purchased 3 new cars before and this was by far the fastest, easiest, most convenient, and transparent sale I have ever had. The negotiating process was smooth and I feel that we both felt like we got a decent deal. First car that I did not leave with buyer's remorse! Ben and Khal were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

I took my Alfa Romeo for an oil change and a radiator leak repair and as always, I thought that the customer service was excellent. As soon as I arrived, my car was checked in promptly. Sophia, the service representative, provided me with clear and concise details regarding the service my car needed. She also kept me updated as necessary. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Safford Alfa Romeo.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and ended up needing an oil pump replacement. I called my extended warranty and they requested so many unnecessary paperwork from Mason and he constantly kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient, considerate, honest, kind and compassionate even after several weeks on waiting for approval for my warranty company. Even though it was approved for only a fraction of the total cost, Mason really helped me mentally prepare for the struggle of going through extended warranty.I will always come to this dealership because they really care about their customers.

Everyone here is amazing. I was able to make an appointment to view the vehicle and they honored my appointment time. That may seem small but that wasn t the case at other dealerships I dealt with. Even though they are a high end dealership, they were so down to earth while remaining professional. Elijah took great care of me and his manager Nick worked hard to get me a great deal. I love my SUV and appreciate all of their help. I would recommend anyone and everyone to shop with them.

I had a very good experience working with both Mason and the service technicians and Chitt and his team in the Body Shop. I had unplanned service (warning lights) that needed to be completed, and Service did a very good job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Schedule in the body shop was booked several weeks out but Chitt worked to fit me in much sooner as the damage was relatively minor. Very responsive and high quality work.

Went for my 30k engine service and a radiator leak was found. Mason was my very professional and explained what they found, including pictures, and they were able to fix it post haste. My warranty had expired but Mason was able to really help me out and found a solution so I wasn t paying out the butt. Great service and people.

I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday morning. I was from Indianapolis but visiting my nephew in Falls Church. I was immediately greeted by the service manager, and everyone there was incredibly nice. They normally only take people on Saturday who have made a reservation. However they worked me in because they understood I was from out of state. After doing some diagnostics and a test drive, the dealership waved the $250 diagnostic fee and washed my car. They are at the top of my all time list of good dealers.

Nick, the manager, lied to us. Three of us heard him loud and clear. We wanted to buy a certain car and they promised they would hold it until the next day the bank was open. As I was standing in line at the bank the next day, they sold the car to someone else. No integrity.I originally tried to put down a deposit and they insisted that as not necessary, they would hold it. We will by an Alfa, but cannot trust this dealer. We will go elsewhere. Lying is where I draw the line. There is no misunderstandings of what he said.

Drew, my service agent was always friendly, sympathetic, and helpful through the course of the service period.Once I was able to get the service manager, Mason involved in what was turning out to be a very lengthy ordeal, he worked to make sure my vehicle received the attention and repairs it needed. He also worked with me on cost.

Got my Alfa Romeo Giulia service here for some warranty work. Top notch customer service! I had to drive 2 hours to them because they were the closest Alfa dealer to me, but they made it well worth the drive. Had my rental ready to go when I got there and exceeded my expectations by a lot on the time it took them to get parts and fix my car. Great service department. I dealt with Melina, she was amazing! She did great making sure I was taken care of, and staying in touch keeping me updated while my car was getting serviced I honestly couldn t have asked for a better experience! Melina and her team exceeded my expectations by a mile, I would leave 10 stars if I could!

Had some issues with the taxes of service and cleaning of my vehicle. I also had a vehicle issues that after having it repaired. The service writers were VERY HELPFUL IN ADDRESSING MY NEEDS. I'm pleased with the assistance after I let them know. Hard to reach for appts. Otherwise, they are a good spot for servicing!

Took my Giulia in for repairs to my sunroof. Mason, as always, went above and beyond to assist me. My car was close to its warranty expiring and since I was headed on vacation he advised me that he d open a ticket to ensure the repairs would be done under warranty upon my return. I sent pics of my mileage and VIN and I was all set. The following week I dropped the car off and he d already organized a loaner vehicle. That said the work was carried out faster than anticipated and I was able to pick my car up that same day! Thanks Mason and your team for always making it such a positive experience!!
